Very good job packing and shipping my items safely.

When package arrived, the box appeared undamaged, tape was secure, no dents.Inside there was paper lining the box, my pie plate was double wrapped in shrink wrap. Unfortunately it arrived in about 12 pieces. Will update post depending on outcomeUpdateSpoke to Joe and they took care of damages.. Great customer service! Every time I’ve come here to ship something, the owners are so friendly and willing to help. They accept packages through pretty much all carriers (possibly all) and have great customer service. Definitely come here for all your shipping needs, you won’t be disappointed.

The cost to ship a 2lb box was insane to a PA Address. Did not give any options for different shipping options. Said they only do it one way for the Tom Hall Auctions.I did receive a call back and the owner did work with me. He explained how things are shipped and recommended for future to call before paying invoice to see if they can find a cheaper way.

I just opened a PO BOX and the process couldnt have gone any smoother.

Ive used Lehigh several times to ship items to me in Ohio. They are prompt, friendly, and pack everything with care. I also appreciate that they use more environmentally friendly packing materials and am grateful there are no packing peanuts to clean up.

I purchased an item thru an auction and Mr. Collins was the designated shipper. I had an odd shaped item and Mr. Collins went out of his way to make sure I received the item without a scratch. I know that is what is expected of a shipper but he went out of his way to assist us and we appreciated very much his care for our item. I would highly recommend his company for any shipping need.

My shipment of an antique 130-year-old mechanical musical instrument arrived in perfect condition. Joe Collins and staff carefully packed and protected the instrument after consultation with me as to how it would be done. I highly recommend their services.

Terrible shipper. I purchased items from an out of town auction that suggested this shipper. Paid for the items and contacted shipper on July 8. The items did not ship until July 20 - 12 days, and 8 business days later.Items were three postcard albums - nothing breakable. Invoiced for $26 worth of shipping materials, which upon receipt would only have cost them a couple dollars.The total invoice for the shipping of a 17 x 12 x 8 box, under 5 pounds, after an 8-business day delay was a WHOPPING $52!!!!!! I ship the same box out of my Ebay store for under $20! I wouldnt recommend these guys to mail a letter.

Amazing shipper to use if you need stuff sent to Canada. Joe & Samantha went out of their way to pickup an item from an auction, repackage it and send to Toronto, Canada promptly. Thank you for the courteous and superfast service. Hoop.
