Dont rely on the store hours listed! The google page list sat closing time at 9, while the actual store closes at 6. The employees are amazing and accomidating, however the manager is a real piece of work! Hes lied directly to me even after being proven otherwise, then simply doesnt return any calls...

This location has horrible customer service. My wife called them to confirm if they can process passport photos for our infant and was told they would be no issue. When we showed up the employee flatly refused to take the picture and arrogantly mentioned he has worked there for 5 years and never taken passport pictures for infants. Was able to drive up to CVS and they did a wonderful job processing the picture. Go to another shipping Company. FedEx (specifically this location) has horrible customer service. The store manager called to follow up and zero empathy just defended his employees horrible customer service. Store manager even confirmed his District Manager was the one who my wife spoke with to confirm. I rarely take time to post about horrible experiences. Horrible company and horrible employees at this location.

They arent doing their job. I cancelled my Direct TV service. This FedEx is a drop off center. They have stated on three different occasions that they cannot ship these items because Direct TVs system is down. This is false. Spoke with Direct TV and they arent having any such issues. This FedEx store is refusing to pack and ship the items that they are contractually obligated to perform. Do not go here. They are lying right to your face because they dont want to do their job!By the way, I went immediately after my third time from this store to another and they shipped the items with no difficulty.

I’ve been here several times and there is ALWAYS a line and only ever one person working!! Today I wait half an hour for a pick up that took 5 minutes once I got to the counter. They must find a better system or start having two people working. So frustrating.

The associate there were very helpful, my wife and I went there the other day to fax some paper out they were there to help us out and a few weeks back we had to send out some important paper and they were very helpful. We would go back in a heart beat with no regret

Great service! Always do business here when I am shipping in Allentown. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Allentown area. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and they have a large inventory of shipping and packaging items to help with shipment on the spot. Thanks for all the help over the years!!

Dont bother coming here to print your headshots or anything with a photo. They require a copyright form from a photographer! No one does that. Not photographers. Not actors. Not models. Whatever. Went somewhere else and had it printed. No problem to spend my money somewhere else! Bye Felicia!

Been to this location multiple times, for most of their basic services- shipping, copies, supplies, etc., and theyve always been helpful, professional, and efficient with assisting me. Shout out to the skinny representative with the glasses.

By far one of the least customer friendly FedEx locations I have ever been to. Must be under new management, as they now charge (repeat) customers $7.99 to use their packing tape to seal a box!! Ive never had so many issues shopping a package, even at this location, but lately they have become quite difficult to work with.

Terrible, Xavier was not able to assist as requested for a package I send out on Saturday to be delivered to Orlando Florida by Wednesday. Thursday, today I find out package will not be delivered until Friday. Terrible terrible experience plus Xavier obviously can’t properly assist and give CORRECT information

Went in to ship an item that was In a white box. I was told by the guy working there that I couldn’t use that box because they know it’s a usps box. Mind you there was no labels on the box. But because it looked like a usps box they couldn’t accept it. .... they ended up stiffing me out of 7 dollars for a new box.

I wish I saw the comments about this store before I went there. I had to deal with a fat guy wearing glasses. He was rude, irrespectful and racist person. Do drive a few miles extra and pick another store instead of going here.I had to send an email to FedEx customer relations to share my experience.

This is the worst Fed Ex shipping center in the valley. I have three important packages to get out today and they would not take them at 4:30 pm. They were trying to close early. Totally Unprofessional. Never will use this place again. Thanks for wasting my time.

Have had good experience printing here, but not today. The guy servicing customers today by the name Gene was both incompetent and rude. Didnt care to answer my questions and just kept saying no, it cant be done, You dont get it, it cant be done, when all i asked him to do was to punch some holes on the second document using the exact same machine they used on the first document! I told him I wont be coming back here when he is around.

They lost my package, I am not a happy customer. Will never go there again
