Stone Unlimited remodeled our kitchen including counter tops, floors, painting, lighting and new hardware. The project managers and the crew lead were fantastic and really listened to our requirements. Response time to questions was good throughout the project. They completed the project early which was a very pleasant surprise during this high volume season and scarcity of inventory and paint. They were also very careful when moving and reinstalling appliances which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Although we knew our bathrooms desperately needed a remodel, my husband and I didnt know where to start. We didnt have a Pinterest page or pictures saved. Pranit came out to our house to hear our ideas about design and then implemented those plans. He was very patient and helpful in assisting us with making decisions one-by-one. Most of our choices were made in one day at their design center, where we selected cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, hardware, etc. We were pleased with the quality and professionalism of his contractors. Elias and his team were prompt, courteous, neat, and quality driven. Raul, who did the tile, was outstanding. Georton, the plumber, worked with us to fix issues that arose. David took over the project from Pranit and helped us complete the remodel to our satisfaction. Of course, problems ensued along the way (as would be expected), but we appreciated that those issues were addressed in a timely manner. Stone Unlimited was a good choice for us.

I didnt use them, so I cant really say much good or bad. I am already working with a contractorvand they only sell turn-key installations, not fixtures and such that my contractor would install, so we had to go elsewhere.They replied that they made recommendations and talked to me on the phone, neither of which was the case, perhaps theyre confusing me with another contact. Keep in mind Google onlyvasks me to review places Ive visited in person. I wrote nothing negative, just a neutral description of my experience so that others will not waste their time.

My wife and I couldnt be happier with our new Quarzite countertops and new backsplashes. The workmanship of the craftsmen at StoneUnlimited was excellent especially on the complicated countertops. Work was done on time and with precision. David was on top of every detail and handled every question and concern we had promptly and courteously. We highly recommend them.

The countertops were installed out of level with wooden shims. We have no idea why. We had to plead with their manager the following day to remove the wedge and level the countertops correctly. They actually wanted to leave the quartz bowing and unlevel which could void the warranty for many stones. This was very stressful dealing with a company that required this much supervision to install an expensive countertop correctly. Please see the pictures.

We had a kitchen remodel done by Stone Unlimited (SU) in the fall of 2019. We were pleased with all aspects of service the company provided - from the owner, to the project manager and office staff, to the crew members who worked in our home. The project was managed expertly and monitored closely. Any issues (and there are always at least a few) were addressed quickly and courteously.I do need to share one cautionary tale though it is not about the company. I would think long and hard before selecting marble countertops for a kitchen (may be a better choice for a bathroom). The Carrara marble we selected, though beautiful, has some drawbacks. While we’ve not had any issues with staining, which is mitigated by the sealant applied by SU, we did not realize exactly “how” sensitive the marble is to etching, water marks, and dings/scratches. Though I don’t blame SU for this as its the stone itself, I do feel our project manager could have a cautioned us more strongly before we chose marble for the kitchen. Having said that, the marble is definitely a piece of art and I was told by someone that that the Italians consider some wear to be part of the charm, so hopefully I will come around to that idea.

We had our master bath and kitchen remodeled and are very happy with the finished product. Sherry Henkle did a great job managing the project and all her contractors. Very professional and kept to schedule. We would recommend her and Stone Unlimited. We are a happy customer.

A designer had come out on Thursday and taken measurements for a complete bathroom renovation. We set up an appointment for the following Saturday where we were promised a 3-D rendering of the project and to view. samples of tile etc. Three of. us drove about 20 miles to the Stone Unlimited showroom only to be told that our designer was off and would not be in. David Belcher tried to help but without any instructions left by the designer was not able to do much. I asked David to call and ask the designer if she had left any of the materials we had been promised and he indicated that apparently there was nothing. Our time is valuable especially on the weekends and Stone Unlimited personnel didnt seem to care that we had wasted an entire Saturday morning. Needless to say will will not be going forward with this company

StoneUnlimited did our master bath remodel. We cant say enough about how pleased we were with the excellent job they did. Rachel was amazing as project manager; she provided some great design options and was so patient and professional as we worked our way through each step of the remodel. Everyone on the team did an outstanding job with expert workmanship! They also were great at cleaning up each day before they left for the day. We highly recommend them!!!!

Our new bathroom is wonderful. Rachel worked with us every step of the way and made sure that each of the contractors arrived when she said they would. She communicated any changes as they came up. The quartz on our shower walls and vanity is beautiful - expensive but well worth the money. I would definitely recommend Stone Unlimited to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom or kitchen.

We have used Stone Unlimited for 3 projects and we are very pleased with the outcome. We had all of our kitchen granite surfaces replaced with a beautiful and very unique surface - really great. We later had our backsplash updated, and also had our bedroom hardwood floors refinished and had hardwood steps added to our basement access. The flooring work was really good and the people from Stone Unlimited could not have been nicer to work with.

Rachel was wonderful in listening to our needs to renovate our master bathroom so that it would be handicapped accessible. Her design turned out to be both functional and BEAUTIFUL. All the crews were professional and Rachel was great keeping us updated with the schedule. A+

Having had a wonderful experience with them some years back, we recently engaged Stone Unlimited to remodel a bathroom, and transform a basement bar and family room fireplace. Once again they delivered spectacularly. In particular:The consultation process was very smooth -- the design suggestions were spot on and always geared to the looks and functionality we were trying to achieve. Also, they always took care to answer any questions we had without burdening us with excess technicalities -- a fine line to walk.The scheduling, which was quite complex since we were having a lot of other work done, was very thoughtfully and effectively handled, and -- most importantly -- was carried through, with everybody showing up when they were scheduled to.The craftsmanship and materials are absolutely top notch -- the bar and fireplace work was far from straightforward, but every challenge was surmounted with the absolute minimum of fuss.The end results -- in a word, beautiful.On a personal note, we would like to add that Pranit and Rachel -- indeed all their crew - are some of the nicest people one could hope to meet.I can recommend Stone Unlimited absolutely unreservedly.

Pranit Shaw and his team at Stone Unlimited were a pleasure to work with on my project. The project had to be perfectly planned and executed as I only had two weeks between tenants in my rental property. There were other unique pieces of the puzzle with which the Stone Unlimited team worked cheerfully and most importantly, in a timely manner with high standards of workmanship. I even had to leave town unexpectedly and was unable to oversee the project at all! I came back, walked through with my tenant and handed the rental house over with beautiful new floors and kitchen. Worked with Rachel as our project manager to renovate our master bath. She was excellent leading me through the project and orchestrating the contractors. Once we agreed on a plan, she gave me a calendar with dates indicating what would happen each week. At the beginning of each week, she communicated what would happen each day and would give me lead time on when decisions for specific materials were due. In my case, I struggled to find a tile that I liked and I sourced from another vendor and they worked seamlessly with the other vendor. I was also able to pick out my slab of granite and Rachel helped me layout where the cutouts should be. The project was on time, the communications were frequent and the quality was solid. We entered the project and received 4 quotes and StoneUnlimited was the 2nd lowest. Completely happy with our decision and would use them again myself.

Very good experience from start to finish. They send you a template after you pick your slab and their installers know what theyre doing. Bathroom counter looks beautiful.

We used StoneUnlimited for master bath update project. We shopped among a few other companies and were going to go with the cheapest one due to our limited budget. StoneUnlimited was not the cheapest, but I liked the design option he offered as well as the showroom we could visit, which made so much more easier to visualize compare to the contractors that did not have a showroom. Pranit was very professional and thorough throughout the project. His cabinet installer was excellent as well. Their receptionist was not so friendly and made us feel like we are bothering her when we called. She could be a little more friendlier and professional...It would be helpful for the company. But that was not an issue when we started calling Pranits cell directly. We will definitely use them again.

From the first meeting with a project coordinator (Rachel) to discuss our ideas for a bathroom remodel, to the final sign-off on the project, Stone Unlimited was honest, reliable, and showed a high level of attention to detail. They helped with every step of our remodel from design to picking out and providing fixtures, tile, countertops, cabinets, and paint. They also have a variety of licensed subcontractors that handled almost every aspect of the project (demo, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting).We were given a schedule before things got started and were informed if any changes were needed. Rachel kept in touch with us throughout the duration of the project and has followed up to make sure we are happy with the results. The project was completed on time and actually a little under the original estimate. The crews showed up on time and were very careful to clean up when they left and avoid any extraneous damage that can accompany many remodeling projects.I will definitely be calling on Stone Unlimited again for any future jobs and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Pranith and Sherri were very accommodative for extensive customization requests we have made for our basement cabinets, counter tops. They suggested right quality countertops for our outside BBQ area also. We really enjoyed working with them on the entire basement cabinets kitchen, living room, family room etc. Quartz counter tops were top quality. Installation team was also very professional.We love their customer service and very accommodative nature for any changes requested during the course of design, ordering, manufacturing, & installation.

Pranit just completed a total renovation of our master bathroom. The actual project, from demo to completion, took approximately 4 weeks as promised, although we had been working closely with Pranit over several months on the design and plans.
