The quality and layout of my closet is awesome. Not only were we able to fit the original clothes that we had in the closet, back in the new closet, I was able to also empty out 5 dresser drawers of items and I still have room leftover!Closet looks awesome. Just a great modern update over the bland standard racks that we had.Jenn, my design consultant (Alpharetta/Avalon store) was awesome. There was a little bit of a mix-up on what parts were available/not available, and the timing of when my order could be picked up. Jenn swooped in, went the extra mile, and saved what could have been a potential bad customer service experience. Oh, and she puts together a pretty awesome layout for a closet as well. ;-)

When we started working with Sabine to create our custom closet she listened to everything we wanted and worked with the space to design exactly what we needed. She was helpful in making small changes to create the look we were trying to achieve and finished the design perfectly. We love our pantry and master closet. We look forward to designing and completing more closet projects with Sabine at the Container Store in Alpharetta really soon!

I just bought a new house and was determined to finally have a functional master bedroom closet that would not only make getting dressed in the morning easier, but allow both my partner Luis and I to use the same closet vs. one of us using the master closet and the other using the guest room. I took the closet space measurements using Container Stores handy guide, made an appointment at the Avalon and met with Sabine who is the best planning consultant EVER. She was super patient with me and showed me what would work best for me given the needs I had. She even worked up two estimates for me just so I could see the cost difference, which I really appreciated. Ordering and picking up the materials was super easy, and Sean the installation tech was amazing! The closet looks perfect and I couldnt be more happy. I will definitely be back to plan my laundry room and pantry!

I would highly recommend getting your pantry or closet designed at The Container Store in Alpharetta. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have an oddly shaped pantry and my consultant helped me maximize the space and it is wonderful!

Ms. Joy definitely sparks joy with her customers! This was my first in store experience with The Container Store and it was extremely pleasant. Happy to be a member of the Perks program now and so glad they have reopened for the in store shopping experience.

Love the Elfa line at the Container Store! When I went into the Alpharetta store my consultant, Denise, made designing two closets from a picture look easy. I picked up the materials from the store with my minivan a few weeks later and Alex Leopold did the install to perfection in about four hours. I definitely recommend this store location and service team.

From start to finish, everything was made easy. The designer came up with a beautiful and workable plan. The installation was done quickly and professionally (thank you, Alex!) Highly recommend.

This is my third experience with an Elfa installation and each has been a very good one. I had a master closet designed in the store and my husband and I installed it ourselves. Then I had a pantry in a new home designed in the store and had it installed by the CS installation company. Most recently had a guest room closet designed virtually with a designer and installed by the CS installation company. Sabine was the designer on all three and did a great job, easy to work with and knew quickly what I was looking to accomplish. The installers did a great job as well, especially working in a tight space, were very respectful of the work area, covering the floors and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend.

Love the container store. You can now shop inside. And let me just say that their bathrooms are super clean. You cannot bring food nor drink during this time. I would not normally bring food but you cant even bring bottled water.

We ordered 2 master closets from the Avera line. Our designer, Sabine Suda, at the Avalon store was nothing short of remarkable. She listened and helped design the closet I had envisioned. She was professional, knowledgeable, and followed up after the sale to let me know what to expect, etc. Ive never had a salesperson quite this on the ball and it started off the entire experience on a good foot! The measurer that came to my house showed up on time and was equally professional. The two installers, Sean and Clarence were exceptional. They stayed after it until it was perfect. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience!

This is one of my favorite stores. Everything you could possibly need to organize your home is here, and the friendly and helpful staff love their jobs. It is always a pleasure to shop here.

The workers are all incredibly nice but it can be really hard to find any to help you especially when its busy. Aisles are only big enough for one cart to go down so try to go on a less busy and no truck day.

The Container Store is the perfect store to go to find the perfect storage product for every storage need that you can have. You can find something as small as a neat discreet pill box or something as big as designing your dream closet. Endless possibilities. I love it.
