I was in the market for a new mattress, I went in simply to do some homework and compare prices and wants. I was greeted by Lars and was escorted to the mattress area. It was there that he educated me on what to look for and what questions to ask when comparison shopping. He had me try a few different mattresses and narrow down which suited my needs. I gave him my budget and he respected that, which goes a long way with me. I intended to go to one more location before making my decision, but with how comfortable I felt with Lars, there simply was no need. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this location… but most of all, I highly recommend you ask for him personally, you won’t be disappointed.

Ask for Marcus Erazo. He was extremely helpful but It was his great attitude that really allowed me to commit to a purchase. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. He was full of energy and positivity. The man loves his job. A great salesmen, more importantly, great person.

I have always shopped Rooms to Go, but this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Brad who was the sales rep was great. He was helpful, informative an friendly. We saw a commercial for a sale that was going on at rooms to go. Regretfully we saw the commercial 3 hours before it was supposed to end. We were in high need of a new couch and were hoping to get lucky. Upon arriving we were met inside by Brad. Although it was closer to closing time, he was very welcoming and did not rush us. Brad gave us a chance to look around while not being pushy and feeling like we were being constantly watched over. As it would be, we ended up falling in love with and buying one of the first items we saw. We did compare and shop around but it was exactly what we needed. Brad did up the paperwork and we left quite happy without being pushed for extras and add-ons.We look forward to shooping here again and hopefully can work with Brad or someone as professional and him.

Came here looking for an ottoman. Very laid back place, you’re generally left alone to look at what they have which is great. We had no issue seeking someone out to help us when we had some questions. Ashley was a great help to us; she was very friendly and was able to place our order quickly with the color and style we wanted.

I worked with Roseann and I must say I was not satisfied. She was very dismissive & did not listen to my wants. She really seemed out of it. She was also a bit confrontational when asked about warranties & the fact they (Rooms to go) wants you to buy their mattress cover to have your mattress warranty covered without issue. I told her a price range & the brand mattresses I saw online that I wanted to see. Well, she took me to see what she wanted me to see. She was agitated because I wasn’t liking any of those shown as I had already done research on the three sets I wanted to see. I eventually got help from the mgr on duty who showed me the set I went to see. I appreciate his help & patience.

Rooms to Go will most likely provide great customer service in the beginning in order to get you to spend money, but once you do, you’re no longer of importance to them. I had a customer service rep basically tell me that Saturday. I purchased a bedroom set in may of 2020. I had to wait until the end of September for delivery…. that’s when the nightmare began. The chest was delivered damaged, so I had to call and have someone come out and confirm the damage. A month later when a tech could come out, he took notes and pictures. Fast forward a few months… they send the wrong drawer. I have to call back, they sent another drawer that didn’t fit. Then I’m told the item number is no longer in production so a new chest will have to be sent out. Well, three… YES THREE attempts later and I still have a damaged item. Dealing with customer service for almost a year and they aren’t doing anything to make it right. They got their money and have moved on. Not to mention the amount of time I’ve spent on hold waiting to speak with a CS rep… the longest being 90 minutes. I will never purchase from them again… it’s quantity over quality with them!!!

Our Sale Associate Farhan was amazing! Very knowledgeable and concise! We came in know what we wanted but didn’t know if we could handle the white fabric because of our dogs but Farhan sold us with the 3 year stain warranty! I’ll always chose rooms to go!

Misleading/fraudulanet sales reps, extended warranty from a 3rd party. Rooms to go service techs are a joke, came to fix my couch with a flashlight and nothing else ripped the lining off under my couch and said nothing he can do then just left didnt do anything other then damage my couch further. My couch is only couple days over a year and that falls out of their warranty and the front support wood bending/crackling poor quality. Save your money dont shop here it wont last and have to waste time to fix their misleading and awfully techs mistakes. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and customer service from such well know company, this will be my first and last purchase.

I wanted to go shopping to fully furnish my house. I went to multiple furniture stores and I didn’t feel comfortable at all. They were treating me n my wife like we were broke just because of the way we were dressed. I walked into rooms to go and I was greeted by their staff . But one person made us overlook every worker there . She treated us amazingly! We felt so comfortable with her because of her customer service! I spent 3 grand here. I asked if the delivery people could bring my old sectional down to my first floor bedroom was told no problem. Delivery people refused to touch them stood around for 45 minutes making calls trying to get out of it. I call the store and found no help there oh well. Sales person said any trouble call her. Shes off that day, left a message no return call. So Im left with a sectional and new couches and recliners in my second story living room. I just feel like the company should have made ANY attempt to compensate me or keep my business. I more than likely will not go back.

Ok, so our first visit was a good one. The sales people greet you but will let you roam. They first give you a little information talk about how they sell, options for color, etc. Good information and helped us go through the whole place in an afternoon. Dont forget to look at lamps and other side pieces. Some very interesting pieces. But that isnt a bad thing. We are partly furnishing a new home so we will look around but the prices are good and the furniture seems very usable and looks good to so we likely be buying some things from them.

When we first came in no one acknowledged or greeted us, so we went about our business. We looked at different sofa sets. Jill Byars come over and introduce herself and helped us. She made a great customer service recovery. Very pleased her service, attention and help. Will definitely go back to her whenever we need to make another furniture purchase.

Do not purchase furniture from Rooms To Go. They don’t stand by their products and don’t honor their extended warranty. I spend $10,000 there and have a few very minor issues that should be covered under their extended warranty. A drawer that came apart at the glue seam. A stain that didn’t come up with their cleaner. A coffee table that has a defective laminate. Etc. very minor, probably less than $500 in repairs. They make excuses and give you the run around in order to make it as difficult as possible to file a claim. It seems like the entire structure is designed so you will just want to give up. There are many many many options for furniture. I would highly recommend you shop somewhere else. Ideally a company with integrity.

I would look elsewhere for furniture. The store staff is lovely and Kim has been extremely helpful with all of my order issues. I’ve had four mattress deliveries due to wrong size, brand and/or type before finally getting the right one stained. Every piece of bedroom furniture arrived damaged. Now the couch is acting up but is “normal” according to the repair man. I’ve only had it since November 2020 to now April 2021.Forget even trying to contact the customer service department. The phone agents are rude and generally unhelpful. Im so tired of trying to get what I paid for. I give up.In case an employee has to respond to this, I’m not emailing or calling anyone else about these issues. It’s been months of calls, texts, and face-to-face pleas. I truly can’t care anymore. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the product and effort I had to go to for it. I just don’t want anyone else to go through what I’ve been through.

Not worth the money at all. The drawers are a pain in the blank to open and I have to put my knee and weight into it just to get it closed. Not to mention when the guys “professionally installed” the bed frame, they stripped more than half of the screw heads. Making it almost impossible to break down for our move. First time buyer and I’ll NEVER buy from this company again, at ANY of their locations.
