My wife and I came in looking for some new furniture and were very pleased with the experience. We worked with Felicia who was great. Not pushy at all, very accommodating and patient despite how many times we went back and forth on various pieces of furniture. If youre looking for great quality furniture that will last for years, this is the place to go. They had some very innovative designs you just cant find anywhere else.

The lady working in Caseys was horrible and rude. She did not greet us when we entered and was rude when we asked questions. Other staff across the main hall in the other part of the store were great!

Pros: The furniture is really cool. There is something for every room in the house. Its modern, funky, contemporary, even edgy. Fits our style perfectly.Cons: They said they would call when our furniture came in. They didnt. When we called, they said the furniture had already been picked up. It hadnt. They finally located it in the warehouse, and told us to come the next day. Then when we showed up, they said the furniture had already been picked up (again). It still hadnt. They looked around and re-located it in the warehouse. The sales person said they should have told me you were coming. Well, not our problem.In all, Ill only go back if it is the only place that I can find a piece that is really cool, but from a customer service standpoint, I felt it left a lot to be desired.

We recently purchased four teak dining chairs from the Scan Design Outlet store in Altamonte Springs. We are very happy with the purchase. The sales people were very helpful and the furniture is great!

Very modern, high end furniture with a similarly lofty price tag. If you can afford it, however, its worth every penny and will likely last you a lifetime. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly.

Bad Customer Service for the sake of policy - Weve spent thousands of dollars with Scan Design. They wouldnt let us exchange a $400 office chair for one with a slightly different shade of white. We understand their no return policy but come on. An in stock item exchange for another in stock item? No knowing when to be reasonable cost them thousand more from this customer.

Out of the way showroom for modern, artistic furniture. We have a family room from their former Ft Lauderdale store. They dont just have Scandinavian, but beautiful Europen designs. Not the variety we remember, but a good source for unique taste in furniture.
