Took a phone to them to get repaired. They said it would be 3-5 days for a part to come in that the phone needed. A week later after I called to find out if it was ready. (They never called me) No they said the part was faulty so ordered another one. Almost 2 weeks later they said the phone was no good and couldnt be repaired(after I called, they would never call me). So I go to pick up the phone and my covers that go over my slots are gone . So I go to them and asked for my covers and got em. Now, I realized that my sims card is gone too. I just called up there to so I can get it back . They told me theyre not responsible for accessories. How is that an accessory it went to the phone!And they hardly speak english, I dont recommend this business!

Took my phone told me it would be ready the next day and told me that for 4 days straight turns out they restored my phone without my permission and lost several stuff and turns out that my WiFi antena, gps antenna and several screws went missing when I took it to another place to get fixed

Lack of professionalism and honesty they changed the SIM card of my phone and put one that was not compatible and the phone does not work

Very bad service !!! They have my cell phone since yesterday and they said that Iva will be ready in half an hour, and they closed early without warning. They do not answer your calls and still have my cell phone !! I could not communicate with them to pick it up!
