This is a hidden gem of a place for cellular phone repair! They buy, sell, trade and repair used devices.My Aunt needed a new phone. She’s in her 80’s and vision impaired. She didn’t want to spend a lot of money but needed a phone with a larger screen. They had a used 8Plus that she really liked and traded in her old phone for it. They were very fair with her trade in and the price of her “new” phone. They were even kind enough to transfer all her information for her.I’m so excited to find this place! This is where I’m going to start doing ALL my phone business. I’m not one of those people that have to have the latest/greatest new phone. The people were SO NICE and very patient with my 86 yr old aunt. It was obvious to me, Chance - the owner - is a man of God. You can tell he loves his job and is good at what he does. I feel believers should support other believers whenever possible.I won’t hesitate to do business with Chance and will recommend him to anyone who needs service. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Went in here to get a quote on a Samsung screen repair and asked about the pricing at a few other places just to have them trash talk another place. You won’t get my business spreading hate about other businesses in town. The younger guy is who I spoke with.Edit in addition to the owners response: I’m sure this is the location I walked into. Because of these “slip ups” aka bad business on your part I drove down to that very shop and received excellent service. Upon hearing about the bad mouthing they laughed it off and said they too had horror stories from customers regarding your shop. Humble yourselves and god bless.

This place is awesome. The guys there are very knowledgeable. Went to best buy to get screen protector and let them put it on and they screwed it up. Took it to these guys and they put a protector that was as good or better than the original one I had for a year. They did a great job.

Perfect customer service. Extremely helpful.My Galaxy S8+ stopped charging, and I wanted to try to get it repaired. They went above and beyond to diagnose and try to repair it. It turned out a cheap cord I bought had fried some stuff beyond what was feasible to repair, and both a new battery and charging port still didnt let it charge. They still helped me back up my phone, and transfer it to a new phone, so I didnt lose anything. They also were very helpful in explaining everything. Had it all done same day.This experience was so much better than anything I had ever experienced going to a place like Verizon or AT&T. Would recommend them if your battery isnt lasting very long, they can fix that quick, I know I will be going back there.

These guys are awesome! Came in looking for a new phone because my iPhone wouldn’t hold a charge longer than a few hours. They had plenty of phones to choose from but also gave me the option to just replace the battery of my existing phone. Saved me a bunch of money and I had my phone back in no time! A new battery fixed the problem and I couldn’t be happier.

These guys are great, my wife and I have been customers for a couple of years now and they have never failed to please. Whether it be changing a broken screen or replacing a dead battery they have come through quickly, efficiently, courteously and inexpensively. Update: Went back and bought an upgraded version of my old iphone at a great price and they even wiped out my old phone and bought it from me. Great business, all about customer service.GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PHONE IF YOU NEED IT FIXED! I took my phone in because it wouldnt charge but didnt know for sure if it was the battery or something else. They figured out what was wrong for me. I was going to get a new phone soon anyway, and the fix was costly in time which is also money so I didnt get it fixed there, but I did expect to pay for their time. They didnt charge me a thing just to figure out what was wrong! I will be going back to check out refurbished phones in a couple days. Two thumbs up from the chick who never leaves reviews.

I took my 85 year old Mothers 5 year old Dragon Fire Tablet in to have them replace the battery. I cant remember the name of the young man who waited on me but he was exceptional!!! I told him what needed to be done and he gave me a very reasonable estimate ($ 25.00 to solder the wires to the mother board) and told me he would call me the next day with an estimate of the total cost as he wasnt positive that it wasnt just the battery. I stopped by the shop the late following day and he told me that it was more than just the battery. He told me that it would be cheaper to replace the tablet then to try to figure out what was wrong. He said he had a couple in the back that he could sell me but then (much to my surprise!!!!!) he suggested that I purchase a new Fire tablet from Amazon instead of a used one from him for around $60.00. He indicated that it may be a few dollars more but I would have a new one with a warranty. I was taken aback that he was so honest about the purchase of a new tablet. He didnt try to pressure me into buying one of his used units. He told me I could probably get a good deal at Amazon.I then explained that I have no idea how to use a tablet as I have never used one (Im a MacBook Pro guy) and he told me that he could help me download the games for my Mother. He also said he would be happy to answer any questions I had on how to use a tablet. I was impressed that he would take the time to show me how to use a unit that wasnt even purchased in his store. He did say there would be a small charge for this service. I will be taking him up on his offer to help me and will gladly pay him for this time away from repairs, etc. to have him answer my questions.I thanked him profusely for being so honest and asked how much I owed for him for running the diagnostics on the old tablet. He told me (again, much to my surprise!!!) that I didnt owe him anything but to keep his shop in mind for anything I might need in the future.Ill be going back to the store should I need any kind of cell phone or tablet repair. He was professional, personable, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and likable. In todays world finding Customer Service Representatives that exceeded my expectations and more is difficult. Customer service is going downhill fast in this country. Not at Amarillo Cellular Repair.I HIGHLY recommend them for any issues you might have with your phone or tablets.
