I went to the store at 10 am when they were supposed to open and found a note saying they werent going to be open til 11 am. When I returned and walked in the door was told by Daniel that he would be closing the store for another 20 to 30 minutes to deal with a personal issue. I thought that was rude. Then he ask me what I wanted. I wanted to gripe and complain. I proceeded to ask what i was going to do about my 3g/4g phone not being accepted in February 2022. He told me I would have to buy and new cricket phone. I ask shouldnt cricket be replacing my phone cause I just got my phone for Christmas. He told me no. I told him I was on disability and needed my phone for my disability and cricket should be willing to help. He told me that having a phone was a privilege and not a necessity and that he didnt care if I had a phone or not. He told me needed to close the store and deal with his personal issue. I ask him why the store didnt open on time. He told me his daughters car blew a motor and he had to take of her and that she was more important than the store. I said so you are refusing to help me. You are being very rude and you are only worried about yourself. He proceeded to ask me to leave his store so he could deal with his personal issues. This person was completely disrespectful, rude and didnt care about customers. He needs fired. You have a job to take care of customers, who pay your salary. You are to put customers first. You are there to take care of us. If your personal life is before the needs of your job then you need to find another job that doesnt deal with taking care of customers. If your needed to take care of personal needs then you should have called in and had someone replace you cause you didnt give a damn about anyone but you. I am asking that Daniel J. be fired. He definitely doesnt need a job as a customer service person. He was uncaring, disingenuous, rude and not customer service qualified.

I am a very pleased Cricket Wireless customer; however, every time Ive been to this location it has been understaffed. In addition to this, generally the staff have been consistently unprofessional. We recently went to this location to purchase a replacement phone for my daughter. We waited (literally) for 65 minutes. While we waited, the customer service rep was playing some very inappropriate heavy metal music. (It certainly wasnt business professional.) While he was working with another customer he was cussing at the computer, slamming the mouse around and complaining that Cricket was too cheap to buy decent computers. I will concede that the rep was helpful and knowledgeable for us. (2 stars for that.) However, as he was helping us get the replacement phone setup, he kept getting interrupted with personal phone calls, kept belching, and then started flirting with my daughter. As you know ladies, belching in a your face is a sure way to get your attention!! :-| Bottom line, if you dont have to go to the Cricket Wireless store, dont. If youre looking for a great customer service experience, the online assistance if very helpful, professional, and courteous.

Me and my fiance went in store to get an iPhone XR we had purchased and had carrier unlocked put on my plan. We get in there and the goofy non professional acting guy his names Daniel starts telling us the phone is locked and we waisted our money its worthless. So after this I end up just buying her the XR in store and paying over $329 that night, when was only planned on paying activation fee and to add a line. Well after we were told phone was worthless Daniel offers to buy it for what we had in it noting he took the $ to pay for it out of the drawer so we did so seeing how we needed the $ at this point. well we go in the store a week later to upgrade features on the line when we noticed Daniel is talking on the same iPhone XR that he bought off us after he told us the phone was worthless and could not be used on any carrier hes standing there talking on it and I called him out about it in the store he tried to act like it wasnt that exact same red iPhone XR that he got from us I let it go but talked to the same guy that unlocked the phone for us and he said there was def no carrier lock on that I phone!!! SHADY BUSINESS MAN!!! WATCH OUT

Just wana say that Daniel is a boss. Working alone handling a huge line. Interacting with people in line the best he can. Knowledgeable and capable at the same time. Give the guy a promotion if he isnt the boss already.

Hidden fees, non refundable fees, more expensive than Comcast for inferior service. DO NOT shop here. Ill be finishing out my VERY EXPENSIVE first month and never ever coming back. Edited to add: I already contacted your customer service and they refuse to help.

Employees were super helpful. Having just moved to a small town in Indiana, I was very concerned with reception in my house (wasnt getting any signal with my provider at the time). They were very reassuring that signal would work and helped me feel confident. The process was very seamless, and I had service up and running on my ported number within minutes. Employees were very friendly and funny. Great experience in this store.

I switched from Verizon which is very costly. I thought there wasnt anything better. I was wrong. I went in 3 weeks ago just to simply ask about pricing, phones, network performance, etc. The guy I initially talked to couldnt have been more helpful on getting me numbers so I knew what I was walking into before I even made any move and was not pushy. The phone I wanted was the Motorola g7 Supra . It was about $180 (excellent phone for the price by the way), so to start up with their top teir plan (unlimited 4G and 15gb of hotspot) including activation, phone, bill and insurance was about $256. I thought oh well I wont be making phone payments and all that stuff. Here I am 3 weeks later, walk in, start to set everything get the phone I want. And I was told well today is your lucky day, that specific phone just got a deal, as long as you port over your new number and dont have to be provided a new one, the phone is free so everything out the door was $106.39. couldnt be happier to save $150 I wasnt planning on saving. Awesome job guys. Ill definitely be recommending people. Coming from a guy who literally never writes reviews, but your service was over the top. The 2 guys that were working 11/22/2019 deserve some recognition and appreciation!!!! Not to mention, they made me feel at home, making funny jokes with me, we were all laughing and Im thinking I dont even know these guys personally and they have me dying of laughter great experience. Will be keeping cricket as long as possible!!!

Very disappointed in the customer service at the Anderson Scatterfield Rd. location. I went in yesterday and spoke with Deanna and after spending over an hour in the store they were out of the two phones that I wanted. she apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that she would go pick up the Moto e5 supra and case that I wanted from another location and would have it ready for me today (Thursday 4th of July). I had to call the store about 10 times before Cheyenne answered and told me that my phone was not in the safe as promised by deanna advocate. I tried to call the store back about 20 times after talking to her to see if there was anything else she could do to help me and couldnt get an answer. it took about 30 phone calls before being forwarded to customer service and they had to call twice before she answered. she said she had no info or update on the matter and Deanna hadnt returned her message. I have been without service since saturday and expressed how important it was to get the phone today.. Cheyenne was very short and seemed annoyed to have to deal with the situation and acted like she didnt even care. She tried to say that perhaps Deanna just said that she would get it to bulldog me or get me out of the store. I told her that wasnt the case and that I had a pleasant experience with Deanna and that she was very kind and helpful and sympathetic of my situation and that it was HER (Cheyennes) customer service that was faulty. she told me that she would message her manager Edwina and I would have to talk to her about it and they open at 10am tomorrow. and that the reason she didnt answer was cause she has been with customers and she is not allowed to answer the phones if she is with someone. I told her that her coworkers all do and they seem to provide much more efficient customer service with a happier outcome. Im tempted to wash my hands of this company and be done. I now have to wait until TOMORROW (DAY 3 OF BEING IN CONTACT WITH THEM) before i can even get my device that i shouldve been able to get yesterday. if they dont make it right tomorrow im done.
