My family comes to sweetFrog as a treat or special occasions. We drove over from Gambrills since there isn’t one near us and found that the store was closed at 7pm despite being listed as open until 9pm. I get being short staffed so it’s ok, but it was still a disappointment to find a place closed 2 whole hours before its listed closing time.

If youve been to a sweet frog before, youve been to them all.They cant control their clientele, so the running and screaming and shoving kids shouldnt be a reflection of the establishment.I would have liked more seating options but the yogurt was good and all the toppings were stocked.

Don’t come here!! It’s infested with roaches!! I came here to get frozen yogurt and I went to get a cup and it had roaches crawling in it. I was so disgusted. There are roaches literally crawling around everywhere. DO NOT COME HERE.

We came at 9:00pm only to see it’s closed when it clearly says it closes at 10pm. Horrible. It was our first time to this sweet frog and it was truly disappointing. We’ve came all this way for nothing.

Im here with my fiance been siting in front for about 15 mins at 6pm no one to be seen, even called there store phone still no one answered

Ordered Sweet Frog twice now where they never sent me my order. This is the second time I’ve ordered two items from them and only received 1. They decided it was acceptable to leave me a note in the bag which is not at all an adult response. The correct thing to do is call the customer and inform them you are out of a flavor, not taking my money and then leaving a note in the bag. Complete unacceptable. Sweet Frog has lost my business.

This is the spot in Annapolis for create your own Froyo. After Menchies went out of business at the mall and the Parole Centre, this is the spot my friends and I go to for a great frozen treat.They have a variety of flavors and toppings including healthy options. They also have many no sugar added flavors which helps keep the froyo calories low. Oh, and they have a rewards program that also gives you a discount on a froyo serving or two after several purchases. Id recommend this spot.

Come in 15 minutes before close... employees are nowhere to be found. Management should look for employees who care about the service provided.

Kid Friendly

I’ve only ordered here for takeout twice and both times we only got one item instead of the two ordered. Completely unprofessional, not to mention extremely disappointing to the person who doesn’t get their item.

They are out of milk shakes but you can eat inside which is nice!

Product is good and the cashier was really welcoming but prices are sky high, got a medium cup of cake batter yogurt and it was $9! I can get 2 half gallons of Turkey Hill Ice cream 2/$5 so what I spent on a tiny cup of yogurt I could have spent on 4 tubs of ice cream that would have lasted 2 weeks. Definitely a place to come to if you dont care about wasting money.

Very poor Customer service. Starting with opening hours. Store sign says 11:30am but didnt open until noon. Walked in no greeting. After selecting yogurt finally Manager comes from back in house shoes to let us know he doesnt work on Sunday but there because of short staff.Frustrating part is this was our 1st visit to any Sweet Frog and didnt know anything about weighing your cups. We initially wanted a small but had no idea you could get a small cup but they were out of them. Guess had there been a visible employee to assist, we would have been more knowledgeable about each process.1st and last visit to any of establishments.

Couldnt rate this higher. Always new flavors and fresh toppings. Theres also a guy in his 20s working there that always remembers my wife and I. Hes incredibly helpful and friendly. I usually dont tip at places like this but almost always do here.

Go to other FRO-YO establishments for a better experience.The yogurt flavors are satisfactory, toppings are above average, everything else is quite poor.Things went south as soon as we entered the store. When we (my six and eight y/o boys and I) entered the store, no staff was present. After a minute, a staff member came out. My boys politely asked for sample cups. The staff member handed the boys sample cups without saying a word. She did not even respond when my boys said, Thank You.Four other customers came in after us. No employee greeted them or offered sample cups.The ambiance was quite poor, the lighting was poor and felt like a sterile cubicle environment. The dominant sound was the whine of the freezers.The entire store was in poor condition. The Vanilla machine was out of order. Further, the only vanilla they have is sweetened with the aritifcial sweetener; sucralose . It was labeled as no sugar added. There was no mention of sucralose visible in the store. I learned this by researching online.Some tables were dirty, my wife got yogurt on her when she sat down in a booth. Paint was peeling all over the store. The floor in corners of the restaurant, including the entrance, were in dire need of sweeping. Please see pictures for other areas that needed care.

Very tasty dessert, with personal choices at every step. A business model centered on God is a plus to me.

I went to this store today at 1:30, the door was locked and the lights were off. An employee was at the counter but did not answer the door when I knocked.
