Nelson is the man! Ive been going to this Sherwin Williams for 10 years, and I cant remember a time I came into the store and he wasnt working. Super knowledgeable and courteous. The staff can answer any questions you have and even point out things you may have missed or been wrong about before starting your paint job.

Although this store is farther away from my home, I will return here for my paint when i update my house. The sales associate was concerned when I told him I wanted to match the 2013 color on my walls and advised me that I had a better chance if I used the exact base. That meant buying a half gallon rather than a pint. It matches perfectly! Well worth the extra $$! He also found a 30% coupon to cut the cost. In my opinion, he did everything he could to help me and Ill be back!

The store rep was great. I described what I was doing and he recommended the correct product for my application and why that product should be used over other products. He also provided some additional information regarding steps that should be taken for a successful application.

The clerk was extremely helpful! The store is clean, well light and I enjoy the sales.

Walked in to try and get some advice. There were two others in the place and four employees. I had a tiny baby with me at the time. I waited, the phone kept ringing, they kept answering it, I waited. People were running around addressing everyone BUT ME! Not one hello, Ill be right with you NOTHING. It became a game to me. Let me see how long I can stand here before ANYONE acknowledges me. 25 minutes. Yup. And they never did, thats when I walked out. To be fair this was a year ago but I was so pissed I went right to my trust Home Depot and have never strayed since.
