The tech was right on time and stayed well beyond his timeslot for me trying to help me get my new nest thermostat to work. His help was greatly appreciated and I was able to get it working thanks to him. LCM has been a great services provider for many years and I highly recommend them to you.

Service here is second to none. Pete is extremely thorough and always delivers the facts and costs and lets you decide. He always gets me a loaner. I couldnt really get a vehicle here(didnt work out on my wifes car), but I will bring my Ford truck and my wifes Escape here for all it needs.

Horrible place bought a used Ford truck from them 2 years ago, They keep trying to sell me extended warranty via mail. It was e mail and phone calls but I have blocked them. Another auto dealer that cant understand no thank you.

Seriously the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t come here and give these people your business since they just don’t deserve it.I took an hour drive to come here after being assured I can take a look at, drive and choose one of the two cars I was interested in that they had on their lot.The young man who was a salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant, no complaints there.His manager however, a bald caucasian in his 50s was quite the opposite. Pushy and unpleasant to say the least. He went on about how I should just buy the car without ever driving it and said that’s how most of their customers do with sports cars, refused to let me take either one out unless I practically buy one before even driving it, which is utter nonsense when you are buying something for its driving experience and want to make sure you are actually going to enjoy owning it.These were sports cars, but I was very serious and upfront about my intentions, was 100% ready to make the purchase on the car I’d end up choosing and they just lost a customer over their nasty sales tactics and dishonesty.I would avoid this place. Don’t let them waste your time, but instead give your business to the people who actually deserve it and treat you right. I will get the car I want from a dealer who does business right, as this is certainly not what a car buying experience should be.
