Nice guy. Held a car for me and I didnt even end up buying. And he was cool about it. Not pushy in general.

Bought a car from them a few months ago with very many problems they hid. Not to mention the whole purchasing process was extremely unprofessional. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend them to anybody. Don’t let their cheap prices fool you this is a junkyard.

This lot is run by dishonest people. All the cars on the lot come straight from auction with little to no inspection, most have major body damage/mechanical/interior issues. The one car I found that wasn’t on its last legs, the day I went to look at it we agreed on one price out the door (taxes fees etc) but the next day when we were ready to finalize the purchase it was a completely different (higher) price. I would advise anybody looking to buy a car to explore Craigslist, Facebook, or virtually any other option BUT here!

My boyfriend and I bought a Porsche from this venue. We did a test drive, and the people who worked there seemed nice and trustworthy. But the very next day the check engine light came on. (We suspect they turned it off when they knew we were coming.) The car ran, but every time it was warm outside, it overheated. We spent thousands of dollars to try and figure out what the problem was, only to find out that the head gasket needed to be replaced. I have no doubts Auto Arena knew that when we came into buy the car. This caused us months of stress. Certainly a used car can be sold as is but I believe a reputable business would disclose something as big as that to a potential buyer. In closing, I will add buyer beware.

Went to this place seeing they had good deals, but as the process started going to finalize the deal, it was the most confusing time buying a car ive ever had. Had a car i wanted to trade in and the manager knew very little as to how to help. Would not recommend this place, definitely better options out there.

The best experience I have had buying a car. I wasn’t looking for anything high end but they were still super friendly and beyond helpful. When I am able upgrade to something nicer I’m definitely going back.
