I scheduled a routine service and to troubleshoot what I thought was an issue - a straight forward service order for my first visit to CW. Ellison was extremely professional from quote to delivery. Brought my E400 in for some 50K mile service and they earned my return business moving forward. Great pricing and didn’t try to upsell me on anything that was not needed.

Ive taken my vehicle here for 4-5+ yrs, and i get better quality car and customer service than I ever had at the dealership. I trust them enough to ask for their recommendations and advice on how to handle my issues, whether current or upcoming, and to understand my options. Theyre well trained, experienced, honest, have high integrity & care about doing right by the customer. They do a great job of communicating. Theyll tell you what they did and what they found. Their prices are better than the dealership, too. They always do their best to accommodate any time or schedule constraints (of course, within reason) Curt has gone above and beyond to help make sure my car was ready for a long road trip even when it came down to the wire at the end of the day. I was incredibly grateful!! I cannot say enough good things. I absolutely recommend CW Performance!

Ive been using CW Performance for probably the last 3 years or more. Never once have they failed me. Their prices are way better than the dealerships and the are very honest with what is needed. I have two MBs and both have been taken in at the last minute to do emergency things such as replacing a dead battery. They can also do your A and B services without it voiding the factory warranty. Curt and his team are the best of the best. The only mistake you could make is not taking your MB to CW.

Love this place! They ONLY do Mercedes so know what they are doing. I take my s-class here and have been nothing but pleased with them. Their prices are reasonable and the work is good. The only downside I can think of is they are so good that it can take at least a week or two to get an appointment.

Great place to take your Benz. Great work, honest people, good prices and nice sitting area. They explain your bill and supply suggestions for future preventive issues. Way better than going to the stealership! You wont be disappointed.

I must say that my experience with them turned out better than the 5 star reviews I read on Google. In Aug 2019, the meters (odometer, etc) of my E350 went dark(no lights). I took it to a Mercedes repair shop in Chatham mkt, Cary in Sept, who couldnt diagnose the problem even after spending 8 hrs on it. When I picked my car back from there, I wondered if his labor is really worth $110/hr if he is not capable of finding a problem in 8 hrs. Well, what could I do except for biting my tongue. A little later, in Oct, when I took my car to CW Performance on someones recommendation, I was hopeless and afraid of another bad experience. To my pleasant surprise, they found the root cause within an hour, told me the cost of part (passing the dealer discount to me), and kept me posted while they waited for the part from Mercedes. On my way to pick the car back, though I was happy that my car is finally fixed, I was also nervous and prepared to be unreasonably charged for many padded hours of labor. They surprised me again, when I saw the invoice with far lower hours than I expected. I think if CW Performance cant make a Mercedes owner happy, no one else can. And I hope they will maintain this wonderful impression during my future needs with my Mercedes.

You WILL NOT get service like this at a dealership. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and this is THE ONLY place I would take my expensive cars. Curt and his team pay attention to every aspect of your car and have the best prices for Mercedes Benz cars in the Piedmont! They can perform regular service, special modifications and can even order parts for your car. Ive been looking for a new high quality Mercedes shop in the Triangle for years because it always bugged me that when I went to the Mercedes dealership I was paying for their big shiny building and flat screen TVs as much as I was paying for my car to get fixed. All I ever want and need is to drop my car off and get it fixed properly. I recently found CW Performance and their repairs were priced lower than the dealership (my guess is their overhead is WAY lower) and they repaired my car perfectly. Its a relief that just because I own a Mercedes it does not mean I have to pay a fortune when it needs repair. Thanks so much CW Performance!

Curt is very respectful and polite. I like that he will make his recommendations on any repair work he finds necessary but is never pushy. He beats dealership prices and overall experience by a long mile. The waiting area is clean and nicely appointed. Regular services are completed within an hour and appointments are easy to schedule. This may sound a little ridiculous, but I actually feel like I am driving a new car after I get my car serviced here. Without Curt, I would have got rid of my Mercedes long back.

Plain and simple, if you own a Mercedes, bring it here. The best all around from customer service, quality, reliability etc.. I hate when people say they are the cheapest around, so not true... they are the most inexpensive around. Nothing about this place is cheap, top quality shop, equipment, and mechanics. The work performed is unmatched to any dealer service or any independent service center around. I made the mistakes of taken my Mercedes elsewhere in the past. Havent made that mistake in years since Ive found CW. If you own a Mercedes and do not bring it here, its your loss.

Best Mercedes mechanic around, hands down. Curt is very polite and always extremely helpful. He has saved me from the side of the road a couple of times and also given me a lift when Ive had to drop my car off!

I recently took my 2018 SL 550, which I had special ordered by a local MB dealership, for its first A-Service. Curt kindly greeted me, and he was very courteous and very informative. He offered me free coffee and a variety of other free refreshments. Since Curt had made me feel so comfortable and confident with his keen professionalism, I decided to tell him about an extra part that I had found in a cupholder after the dealership had completed a warranty repair and also had left the interior with dirty smudges. I ended up giving the part to Curt in hopes that he would install it thus preventing me from having to return to the dreaded dealership. I explained to Curt, up front, that I was more than willing to pay him to do the warranty work, which is obviously free at the dealership, to avoid having to deal with the dealership again. When Curt returned, he told me that he had installed the part and that it would be their minimum charge. As I was thanking him, I was thinking to myself that this probably meant 50, 75, or even a 100 dollars. Curt then told me that their minimum charge was ZERO DOLLARS! Not only did I get my car serviced for much less money and a free installation of the missing part, I also had my car returned to me with a clean interior! I also would like to compliment Adam. While in their nice, clean, and well-furnished waiting room, I asked Adam several questions. Adam was very patient and courteous, and also very informative. Adam seemed genuinely happy to spend his time answering my questions. Needless to say, CWP now has me as a customer for life! Curt and staff are simply the VERY BEST!!!

These guys are AWESOME! Courteous, professional, honest and just down to earth people who care about the service they provide to their customers. This is the only place we take our car.

I went to CW to get a quotation for a misfire issue with my C230 after getting it checked by the dealer. They charge a reasonable diagnostic fee. And the problem was fixed with no unnecessary repairs. I will not hesitate getting another MB knowing I can go to CW if needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Took my car to Mercedes-Benz in Cary last year after moving to the area and swore I would have to find another option after getting my bill and dealing with unpleasant costumer service. Found CW online and couldnt have been happier with their costumer service. They took great care of my car and quoted fair prices for the needed maintenance with no pressure to get anything extra done. Much cheaper than Mercedes dealership. Also did an excellent job on washing the car. This will be the only place I take my C-350 in the future.

Appointments are easy to make, they never take more time to service my vehicle than they say, and there are options to just dropping your car off. The entire crew at CWP are very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving our new baby SL550 in their hands. They quickly repaired the vehicle at an honest reasonable price. I firmly trust these folks and you will too.

Have been here a few times for a regular A or B service and regular scheduled service on my MB and Curt and his staff are fantastic! But recently I had an issue with my steering column and when I googled the issue, the cost was $600 at the dealer. EEK!!!!! So I called Curt and made the appointment. Before I got to the appointment, he researched my model and year for this issue and we talked about it the faulty part in the column. So back my car went to be worked on and he comes back out 45 minutes later and says ok we are done. HUH?? what was it? He said the part was indeed the issue but his technician was able to get it back in place and in working condition. Want to know the cost??? $23.51!!!!! YES - I looked at the invoice and said well ok then - gave him the money and ran out the door before he could change his mind! Curt is fair on everything and only charges you for the job they complete. Unreal - right??So - for all of you still going to the MB dealer - if you want to give away your money - let me know - I will gladly take it from you if you want to throw it away!. What are you waiting for? Call CW - they are the best!

My only complaint is that Curt and his team do not work on Audi vehicles. We bring our Mercedes to CW and have never been disappointed with the service we receive. Unfortunately, the Audi has to go elsewhere. Keep up the good work CW!

This is about month overdue and I feel bad since CW did such an awesome job for me. Let me say that Stephie, Adam and Kurt were so understanding about my situation and were quick to help me. I want to thank them for helping me in my first problem. Thank You so much!Now onto the the fix, first my CLK430 blew out its motor and leaked all the fluid when I just got to work. I searched and CW Performance shop came up. I called they got me with like 20 mins, which was awesome and had me out in under 30 mins. Then I brought the CLK430 back for a look over to see what other repairs my car needed. It was a lot of just minor upkeep but then again the car is 16 years old. Kurt ran down the list from needed most to least and the price. It was all very reasonable. What would have cost me probably 5-6 thousand dollars at a Mercedes Dealer cost me 1/3 or less. Im talking not just one thing but 5 out of 7 were completed for a great price and a month later everything is running strong.I appreciate everything this shop did for me and they now have not only a faithful customer but a true advocate for their shop. Thank you once again for your help and quickness in the repairs.

If everyone ran their business the way Curt does, there would be no need for on-line reviews. We needed to rebuild the front end of my 2000 C230 a couple years ago but werent sure if we should put the money into it or a new car. Curt and his staff gave the car a full examine and then put together a longer term plan for what I could expect to spend in maintenance. It made the difference in our ability to make a good decision and over two years later Im still driving my C230 and very happy with it.Recently I took the car in for an oil change and exam and Curts staff found a couple other minor things that needed attention. After the work was complete my wife picked up the car and drove home. Well, long story short the car broke down on the way and in the end I know that CW performance had nothing to do with it but, Curt handled the whole situation with customer service beyond anything Ive experienced in a long time.As long as I have my now 13 year old C230, well be going here for service.
