This place is GREAT! Matt has so much knowledge and integrity. He is reliable and trustworthy which is hard to find these days. He knows what he is doing and uses quality parts. He does nothing carelessly and is very thorough.

This was such an amazing experience. I had an appointment today, to get 4 new tires installed and an oil change. The staff was so nice to me and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area! I was waiting for my boyfriend to come pick me up so I didnt have to wait for my car to be finished, but when he arrived Matt and Keith recommended a great wing place for us to go eat lunch at, it was right around the corner from the shop. We went over there, had an amazing lunch, and when we got back to the shop, my car was ready to go. I was very impressed. This is how easy it should always be. I will definitely be coming back here! Southern Tire is under new management and they did an excellent job with the routine maintenance. Also found an issue with a recall repair done by Ford. I will use them again!!!

Really kind and helpful repair shop. They didnt have the tire I needed but they were kind enough to give us air to help us get to the next tire shop and they kindly refused a tip I was going to give them. I could tell that they were a clean and professional crew and it seemed like they had long time repeat customers which says alot. God Bless Em!

This location is the absolute best. The new ownership is trustworthy and you can be 100% sure you are getting a fair quote. The turnaround time was phenomenal. I had a whole range of work done for my vehicle and will continue to use this shop going forward. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Got a flat from running over a drill bit. Called Southern Tires and spoke to Katie. She was kind enough to check if they could access the damage to my tire and see if it could be plugged. Not only did they fit me in the same day they also were able to fix my tire in less than 2 hours! I will be coming back to have my brakes done next. Awesome service. Recommended

Matt, the owner, is an awesome guy, and a great mechanic. Been using him for years and you can definitely trust his character and his work.

I was told I needed new tie rods for my truck by my dealership, I took it to Matt and he said I needed nothing but an alignment. 10/10 if you don’t go here you are doing yourself and your wallet an injustice.

I had a nail in my tire and was sent to Southern Tire by a friend who had a great experience in the past. Though they were busy they came to my car quickly and found it was a short tack that had not punctured the tire. Just to be sure, they checked the pressure and tested for a leak. A solid choice to get work done on your vehicle, but an even better experience that you can trust. I sent my 17-year old in to get his car looked at and he could not have been treated any better. Great service and price

Honest folks to do business with. Have had them work on my wifes car and my truck both. Each time they explained the what was needed and estimated the price upfront. Theyve called when working on our vehicles saying they also noticed this or that BUT didnt push it as a sale just explained what was what and if needed right now. My wifes Aunt has been a customer for over 20 years and she referred us. Weve been having them repair our vehicles for three years now and no complaints. Last time out needed tires they called us to let us know when it was in for something unrelated. Approved all four to be replaced. Got a call back short time later advising that one tire was like 85% good and really didnt have to be replaced at that time! Who does that??? This is a reliable place to have your vehicle worked on. Highly recommended.

I had a leaky rear tire. The guys at Southern Tire were efficient, and a pleasure to work with. They even sent me on my way with a souvenir: the screw they found lodged in the tire! They got it patched up within 30 minutes, and I was on my way again. Affordable and efficient service with a smile is hard to beat!

I checked my pads while getting tires at a big chain tire shop. They looked really low. ST had done my sons brakes a few months back and did a great job explaining to my wife and son how to be easy on them for a few days, no hard braking. Then they called later that week to follow up on the job. Whos does that? A business who actually gives customer service.So I brought my work truck in for brakes and asked them to go over everything from front to back. I used my truck to make a living so its important it stays on the road. They called and explained that the brakes where fine just low on fluid and my AC had just had a hose fall off and was fine.I had them change all the fluids and do a list of maintenance, and I mean a list. My invoice was four pages long.They explained every charge on my bill.I was more than pleased with the cost and the quality of the work.Awesome shop and a great staff.And of course called me the next day to see how my truck was running and if I had any questions.

Prices are not very good. They offer used tires but they are over priced, poor quality, and they surprise you with the final cost by not telling you up front all assiciated fees not included in the price

Reminds you of the old days, better service with comparable if not lower prices. stay away from the big chains and at least give these guys a try. they actually know tires, they arent 17 year olds trying to get you out of the door. actually looking forward to 20,000 miles from now when I need new tires. they gave me such better options than discount tires did

I went in for a couple of tires and they got it done quickly for a good price. Its a family owned business and you can tell these mechanics are trustworthy, or at least more trustworthy than some kid at a BigNameTire shop who could care less about how his work reflects on the business. Ill definitely go back if I need some more work.

These gentleman were the best....everything that I asked was taken care of and they called me several times to give me all the details and choices before they pulled the trigger. At pick up of my truck I arrived after hours but noticed they hadnt left my old tires with my truck, I drive a dually and the tires are expensive so its nice to have an emergency set. I was lucky enough the catch an employee on his way out and he was not bothered at all to reopen the shop and help load the old tires up in my truck. Ill be back!

Ive been using them for years and they always do a great job. They never try to up sell you on extra stuff, and will only do what you want them to do (ie, what you have money for). I trust them to keep my cars running!Of course, they arent some slick chain so dont expect bubbly personalities or wifi access.... just good old fashioned mechanics.

Nice people but TERRIBLE workmanship.2 of 4 new tires were mounted backwards & had to be remounted. They got grease on my interior (floor & door panel). When I asked them to clean it they got offended & did a poor job.WORST of all they DAMAGED one of my wheels & a TPMS Sensor that now has to be replaced because this allows leaking air from the tire. Although they should fix it I wont even ask them, dont want them touching my car ever.

I brought my car here to have it tuned up,, i have basic knowledge enough to tune it myself but lacked the time,, i had the spark plugs/wires and oil changed and tried to get the fuel filter changed,, they left a spark plug half out and told me i had an exhaust manifold leak, after i demanded my car did not sound like that when i drove it up the mechanic took a look,, i knew it was the spark plug making the noise and had him reinspect,, they changed the spark plug and it fixed the problem right infront of me,, the mechanic then went on to tell me that my car didnt have a fuel filter and that they couldnt change it, but after going onto google for 5 min, i was able to locate my fuel filter on my car and had it replaced by a different establishment,, the only reason i didnt give them one star was because the older gentleman at the front desk was really kind and didnt argue at all, he was very responsive,, as for the mechanics,, if you cant even properly change a spark plug maybe its time to try flipping burgers.. i payed close to $400 to have an oil change and spark plugs/wires put in and they couldnt do it correctly

Dropped off a tractor tire repair on Thursday morning. They said they were busy but what time would I like it - I said 4 PM. I wend back after 4 and it wasnt ready so I said I would be back the following day. The following day (today) I came back at 3:30 PM to get it and they said it wasnt ready but they would see if they could do it at that time. They are not open on Saturday or Sunday and I didnt have time to SEE if the could fix it - I took it my tire and am not planning on doing business with them.
