The experience at eye Mart in auburn was very very good. I had lost my. Glasses and within about an hour I walked out with New glasses. It was outstanding!!

This is the best eye care facility in the Auburn/Opelika area awesome staff and great optometrist hands down. I don’t know of any eye care business in the area that can do what EyeMart can do. Eye test, pick your frames, and at most an hour later you have your new glasses.

You may notice that I don’t normally go out of my way to post many reviews unless I’m really impressed with the services provided.... anywaysSo, I came in already knowing what I was looking for. I also already had my prescription from an eye exam I had taken the previous week, elsewhere. With that said, I came in- selected my frames and a sales associate was able to quickly get me processed through check out. She was also able to help me maximize the best value based on my needs. I left with plans to come back probably the next day and went to another shop in the mall. On my way out (~30 min) I realized I had missed a text saying they were all completely finished. They had my glasses ready in 15 min. NO LIE!!! I was really impressed and my new glasses are awesome!

My son lost his glasses over spring break and needed glasses to return to school. We arrived at the store at opening and were greeted by Ms Sandra who took excellent care of us the entire time. She practiced COVID precautions and directed us to appropriate frames. She noticed a problem with the prescription from our previous store and assisted us in correcting it. She also handled a hold on our insurance from a prior eyeglass shop. She then informed us of our benefits and assisted us in locating and purchasing frames that were both ready in less than 30 minutes!! The frames were stylish and the final price was excellent! I was able to get my son to school in a timely manner! We will be back!

Friendly courteous staff, great value

This Eyemart Express in Auburn, AL did an excellent job. The sales associates, including lab staff Lawrence went over the top to fill my glass orders. I purchased 4 pairs, three of which were ready in less than 40 minutes. They even filled a custom order prescription pair that I expected to take 14 days, in 36 minutes. Great job. Highly recommend!

They did a great job to get me exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and got me in and out quick. Definitely earned my business in the future.

Michael was extremely helpful and courteous while I was picking out my new eyeglasses. He helped me through the insurance process, as I get reimbursed through my plan and he helped me to get a discount that I wasnt aware of!!! That tells me a great deal about this place that they really do value their customers. I will continue to purchase future eyeglasses here for sure. Oh, I did have a bit of a wait because of Covid restrictions and there were other customers in front of me but Im glad I was patient cause it was worth it.

It was my first time adulting, and everyone was so helpful and so cheerful. I had picked out 2 pairs of eyeglasses and I didn’t have to wait to have them ordered or anything. Most of the glasses were in the store and didn’t have to be ordered. I asked a lot of questions and they answered everyone without looking irritated. Can’t wait till I go and get more!!

Very professional and just very sweet and employees that Seem to enjoy their job. They took the time I needed and helped me pick some glasses that were just right for me. The staff here was very helpful, friendly, and most importantly, patient. I took quite a while to find my new frames, and they were helpful and gave me useful feedback of what they thought looked good/bad, fit/didnt fit. I never felt rushed or like they thought I was wasting their time. I highly suggest going here for your next pair.

I had a wonderful experience with Auburn Eyemart Express! I received lots of help in picking out frames and was very happy with their price and discounts. They also had a wonderful selection of frames. I finished picking out everything about 15 minutes before they closed and they STILL got my finished frames to me before they closed for the evening. Such kind and hard working employees! I would definitely recommend going to Eyemart Express!

I can not say enough great things about this place. The service here was above and beyond what I could have expected. JoAnn was excellent in helping me pick out frames that worked for me and helped me find any benefits to make them as inexpensive as she could.The gentleman in charge of cutting the lens, Lawrence, was also excellent. I came in at about 3:30-4:00 when they were scheduled to close at five that evening, and Lawrence stayed over closing time to cut the lens for me.Please consider this location the next time you find yourself in need of glasses. You won’t be disappointed!

Went in to purchase new frames for my daughter & everyone was so helpful. They didn’t try to push her into anything she wasn’t comfortable in. Very friend customer service! Also, the turn around time was phenomenal! We picked out & had our new glasses ready to wear within an hour!! We’ve always had to wait for at least a week for glasses to come back. We’ll definitely continue using them for frames in the future!

The first time I visited I didn’t realize they had just closed and the door was unlocked so I walked in. I was speaking with one of the girls who was very friendly and outgoing and the manager (I’m assuming) wanted to close the store and started waving at the girl helping us, basically implying we needed to leave. I thought this was a little rude. Decided to give them another try and wasn’t impressed at all. This time saw another salesperson, not very knowledgeable which made me feel uneasy because it’s my first pair of glasses. There’s only about 20 frames that fall into the promotion deal so it took me a while to decide. She kept standing right beside me waiting so I felt rushed. The manager came out and told me it would be $70 to add AR. It ended up being $124 because they failed to tell me it’s less money if you send them out to be done vs. in store. I didn’t even get the one hour service because their machine was down so I had to come back the next day. The salesperson didn’t seem to care about any of these issues. I also had to ask her to get a case with them. She just handed me my glasses at first and said here you go. Won’t ever use this store again.

Sandra was so sweet! Even though I already had an idea of what kind of glasses I wanted, Sandra thoroughly explained to me what lens options/materials would be the perfect match for me. Eyemart is also very reasonably priced and the environment itself is all around fantastic. I would highly recommend Eyemart Express to anyone in need of glasses!!

I love how cute my glasses turned out! Amber and Sandra helped me find the right frame for me. I have a high prescription and wanted specialty lenses so it took a little longer, but still really quick! Everyone at Eyemart is really nice and super helpful!

Last year I bought new glasses and paid almost $500 and it took them 3 weeks to get them to me!This week my glasses broke and I needed a new pair... fast... and cheap.$120 and 20 minutes later I had my new pair of glasses and I like them better than the expensive pair that didn’t even last 1 year!!!Very impressed... Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to go back 2 weeks after getting my glasses because of my prescription change. They were more than willing to fix my lenses. No problem getting them adjusted. Be sure to ask for the teacher or military discount.

Wish I could leave zero stars, this place has zero customer service! Need a copy of my husbands prescription emailed to him due to an emergency, cannot even email it to the email that he has on file for his service there. What a joke!

First and foremost, I absolutely love how my glasses came out. I bought two pair and they both equaled a total of $63.99. However, the service was suspicious to say the least. Eyemart is advertising multiple pairs of glasses, at an affordable rate. When I went into the store, I noticed the employees were seemingly very nice and eager to help. Long story short, when it came time to purchase my glasses they were tremendously higher then I expected. My total came out to be $143.99 originally. I thought that was strange so I just simply asked is there not a more standard lens that I could get? Suddenly the employee gets nervous, as if Ive asked a question thats too sensitive for her to answer. Her boss reacted rather strangely as well. What had happened was, they had rung me up for two pairs of glasses and lenses and instead of asking me what lenses I would like or giving me choices on what they have; they simply just charged me for the most expensive and werent even trying to provide me with any options. This was very upsetting to me simply because their advertisement says one thing, yet they are not at all trying to correlate such through their services. What is even worse, is that the manager actually brought me an example of what I would be buying going with the cheaper option. Let me be the first to tell you the example she brought out was not what I ended up buying. Which leads me to believe that Eyemart is only after your money. Granted I got my glasses within literally 30 minutes I was a little bit taken back by my experience considering I was trying to be bamboozled. If you go into this store they have a great selection, and I suggest that you go with whatever you like, but I would be very wary of their service and also be sure to ask questions. Thank you.

I had such a great experience getting my glasses (which i got previously from a different eyemart express location) fitted correctly. Not only do they adjust and clean your glasses free of charge, but I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Shanae and Cameron worked together to assist me and could not have been any more helpful and kind. My glasses are no longer way too big and falling off all the time! They did a great job and it was a great experience overall. Thanks for the help!

The quality and quantity of glasses along with their excellent customer service is top notch.

They are nice people but the prices to get you there are a joke . After almost $100.00 for a eye exam which I didnt mind . The two pair of progressive for $76.00 was nothing but a lie . They wound up being $490.00 after the add in everything else. I went back to Walmart with my eye exam paper and got the same thing for about half that price .

The first visit went ok as far as the people being friendly and examing us. we have BCBS Insurance I called ahead to see if they took the Insurance she said yes. We go to our appointment and she takes our card she has to see it or she wouldnt of known they didnt take our insurance because of the mcr on it she didnt tell us nothing about it or we would of went some where else. Our insurance pays for the eye exam and 100.00 towards frames and /or lenses however u want to use it. We take our exams and I come out to the lobby while my eyes are dilating she said I could get with the receptionist and pay or do what I needed to do. Ok I tell her that I shouldnt owe her anything that our insurance pays for the exam and 100.00 for frames. I told her I called before we came in to make sure you took our insurance if u didnt we would of gone somewhere else. Then she said that she didnt know we had mct by talking to me on the phone. Ok you shouldnt of said you take it u should of asked about the mcr on the card first before saying I took it. The thing that really got me is Ill give her the phone call. But when we went in for our appointment and she made copies of our cards and highlighted where we had MCR she knew then they didnt take our insurance but she didnt tell us until after we both had our exams and was leaving. I told her that she did not tell us that or we would of went somewhere else. I told her she could file the claim and hope they pay it. We were not very happy about that.We go next door to get our glasses thinking we can do all of this in one day and be done with it. Wrong again I called and asked did they take our insurance yes we do they just didnt bother to tell me that the machine tht runs the card through hasnt been sent to them yet and they have no way of filing our insurance. But we will call you when it comes in. How long will that be? Im sorry I have no idea?? So we either go somewhere else or go home and wait on there call thinking it will be just a few days Wrong again. It was a long time before they called us. So we were still aggerivated about the whole thing we werent sure wether to go back there or not. We did decide that if the insurance didnt pay for the exam that they could write it off or do whatever they wanted to do with that bill we werent going to pay it cause she knew before we had the exams and done them anyway without giving us a choice to have them done or not. So far I havent got a bill from them or anything from my insurance.They finally call us and say they can take our insurance now. So my husband goes and gets his done. They look good on him and so far hes satisified.I went Wednesday and got mine done and picked them up Friday so far Im very happy with them. I bought the 29.95 year warranty I have narcolepsy and I fall and drop them all the time. I can mess them up I have had my dog to eat them and Im being serious. I woke up and she was crunching on something I was trying to find my glasses to see what she had thats when I found the frames.The people were very nice, the place was nice they just need to have there knowledge together and tell people the right thing and most important tell them if you dont take their insurance before you do nothing to them. They have very good prices, they cover damage to the lenses for a year the times that it is (during the year), they have a very good cleaner that you can refill as many times as possible without any extra cost and best of all 90% of the They give you glasses in 1 hour, they gave them to me in 25 minutes! I will definitely return to this place
