Having a appointment it still took just over 2 hours.I understand we are having a work force problem.That tells me they over booked for their workers.This also should be a warning that in the long run overworked employees will start to make mistakes both safety related and performance related.Good luck and please take care of your employees.
I’m a long time customer and their service department has always provided good service and most of the time I’m able to pickup my car when promised. However, this time it took a little longer because there was a technical problem with completing my wheel alignment. But, no complaints from me.

I was told my oil change could take up to 2 hours. However I was there for 3.5 hours without anyone apologizing or updating me on my repair. I saw my vehicle pulled up by the tech and still no one came to grab me. After 10 minutes I walked up to the desk myself to have the person behind the counter say “your vehicle is ready”. There was no consideration for my time or apology at all. I advised I would pay for the service but would not purchase the plan for 3 oil changes and was told he was not sure he could remove the plan from my account. I advised I would not pay for a plan at a place that makes me wait 3.5 hours for an oil change. He went to speak to a manager and when he came back he advised I was good and didn’t need to pay. This was the only positive to my experience. It’s just unfortunate that this was not offered before I had to explain my frustration of waiting almost 4 hours for an oil change.
Very pleased with the timely service! I brought my Jeep in without an appointment but they were able to take a look and quickly resolve the problem. The service rep, Jon Kazimer, was great - helpful and knowledgeable.
I made an appointment over a month in advance. I took the day off (Thursday)to get the repair done. When i dropped off the Jeep they needed to keep it and stated that they would contact me with an estimate. I never heard from them and called them several times with no response. They close at 6:00pm and i finally heard from them at 5:30 and was told that they needed to keep my jeep for a few more days possibly through the weekend. Communication is very important and they need to let their customers know if repairs can not be made that day earlier so that their customer can make the necessary plans for orher transportation.
The check in process was superb. Service needed was done well. The check out process was terrible. My Jeep was parked outside the window for about 45 minutes while I waited to be called in the waiting area. Finally I approached the service desk and asked about my Jeep. They had no clue it was ready despite a stack of completed work orders right beside them. This was true for several customers. Had I not said anything we might still be sitting there today. Slight exaggeration for sure but these guys had zero clue what was going on. Three hours for tire rotation and oil change is excessive.
My jeep is still new and in great shape so I prefer to take it to the dealer for standard maintenance (because I care about it) but arriving at 12:45p for a 1p oil change APPOINTMENT and not being able to leave until 3:45 (once payment was said and done) is insane. It’s not like this is even new for them. An oil change and tire rotation should take an hour. But here it’s nearly 3 hours, every time. And they didn’t give me a new reminder sticker and didn’t reset the oil change alert in the dash. Simple little misses, and a laughable wait time. Not great.
Larry H Miller on S. Havana in Aurora has consistently provided tremendous service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee for over three years now. I highly recommend them. The team is knowledgeable, professional and they do a great job!

Great people amd good service but needs improvement on their phone system. Calling for service dept, i always have to leave voice mails but no return calls.

I made an appt. At Larry H Miller Jeep located in Aurora CO where I originally purchased my jeep. Upon arriving on time for my appointment, I was informed by the service technician that he could not complete the job in two hours that I would need to leave my vehicle over night. Consequently stated that they wanted to make certain that was the only issue with my vehicle so they would like to provide a thorough estimate. This is after my own mechanic I have been utilizing for over five years, who also has a diagnostic machine evaluated my vehicle, informing the issue which I have encountered with another vehicle I owned in the past.After 2.5 hours waiting they not only had still not even looked at my Jeep to provide the estimate that they stated they would provide within a two hour time frame, which again was ridiculous as I already received an estimate from a technician Mike who worked there but was on vacation that week but my time is valuable too.With that I requested Larry Miller Jeep to return my vehicle after already waiting 2 weeks for my apt time, not taking any action after showing up for my appt. and leaving me with no value added.I informed them they they have lost a customer for life and I will inform anyone verbally at the disappointment in the lack of customer care, service,Or professionalism.
My battery died one day after work, yuck! Dropped it off at Jeep that night with no appointment and they had it all fix by 10 the next morning. So glad they could fit me in so I could have my car back with almost no down time. I have always been treated well at this dealership.
Took my Jeep there for service due to problems with the electronics. Excellent customer service and experience, issues were resolved promptly and cost was reasonable. The service agent assigned to me, Rachelle, clearly explained the process and kept me updated of the progress as I waited. Her service was really 5-stars.

Waith 3 hours for oil chanch ridicules
4 wheel drive is out took it in due to a letter received from FCA on the PTU symptoms match problem description. Computer was hooked up and codes read. Tech said the rear axle control module was out and that would solve my issues because he could not communicate with it and it has power but the whole 4wd system can’t be communicated with. Miles matched in and out. Was charged $150 for this and said said it was going to be $1300 to fix. I didn’t know a growling noise could be heard on the tester. Not happy with the visit.
The part I needed was actually in stock and took only 2 hours to replace. Great job everyone!

Went in for recall on the transmission they got me right in took about an hour. Every thing was great.

When I see ads on TV about how Jeep owners (old and new) are so proud to see each other on the streets and then call a Jeep dealer and get told they do not work on 1999s ( with only 66,000 miles) it makes me sad and mad, not proud.

Very poor service as well as extremely poor customer service! Will never take back to this Jeep dealer again. Agent was rude and extremely arrogant and did not care about our concerns or consideration. Did shoddy repair work and repair work failed and said they won’t repair properly.
Went in for the “express” oil change and tire rotation at 8am. Took an hour and a half. Also asked to have wiper blades replaced. That didn’t get done.
