Took SUV into their shop for issue with skipping when applying brakes. They called me and said rotors needed to be replaced. My rotors had been replaced at another shop about 18 months sooner which I mentioned to them.They recommended that I call the other shop to see if the rotors were covered by a warranty. I did and the rotors were! By being honest and professional, they saved me $500!Going forward even though I live far from them, they have earned my future business!

Had an engine replaced there. Car ran great just didnt stop. Actually hit another car leaving. Backing out. If you pumped them up then they grabbed, but it was to late. They slammed on the brakes a few time and checked the ABS sensor that was now lit on the dash. They just sent me on my way. I later found the problem with a mechanic neighbors help. The brake booster hose was crushed under the manifold. Moved the hose, and the breaks work great, well except ABS. But really no breaks. Check it when you get the car and drive it around before you give it back. Car does run good after I had the coolant system cleaned for leaves being in it. Wont use them again.

Never call me to tell me whats going on super unprofessional and just dont give a f about customers. They have had my truck over a month just for a new part that was ordered three times. Never get a call to let me know whats going on nothing at all!! Id never come here again Im honestly getting worried they dont have my truck anymore so Ima have to stop after work and check

Got my car back with a dead battery, no one bothered to check it out. I would have gladly purchased one along with the repair job they did for me. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

I broke down in Denver and my car was taken to this shop for insurance reasons The problem ended up being a sensor in the oil as well as a fuse on my battery this was all found out at the second garage I ended up taking the car to not this location but nobody checked any of this nobody checked the oil nobody checked the fuel filters at the store All they did was let my car run for hours they didnt drive it and when I broke down after picking up my car from this shop not 20 minutes later they would not assist everything had to be paid again this is not a location that I would come back to

Charged me $75 for the diagnostic and told me the transmission had a leak and the total cost to fix would be $702. I took my car to a different mechanic they put 2 quarts of transmission oil in my car because it had none there was also no antifreeze in the car. I dont expect anything for free but for the $75 diagnostic someone could have mentioned that there was absolutely no transmission oil or antifreeze in my car. Also they are going to do the work for $500. Sheridan had the parts marked up almost double what they really cost. Go somewhere else shop around do not just blindly give these people your money. Reubens Transmission in Denver gave me the most honest and affordable service you can trust them.

I got my car fixed during COVID times (October 2020) and the man guy, Tony, is really looking out for you; not trying to screw you over. He is very helpful and explanatory if you are question-asker like me. They did a great job on my car. My mom has been going to them for years, but this was my first experience and I approve.

Today they made huge effort to work me in last minute when they already had a full day. I really feel my car is in good hands with their mechanics.

Great customer service. I had front shocks installed for a leaving kit for my 4runner. Staff originally completed the job incorrectly but made every effort to fix it the very next day @their first opportunity and was completed faster than their install. I felt that they were honest and that their prices were extremely fair. I will use this shop again in the future and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Honesty and VERY Reasonable Prices.After I took my car in, Isiah the Service Manager explained/showed what *needed* to be done to my car and what things I could wait on.All on printed sheets, so you can see the prices of everything.. it makes it great for your own budgeting and feel like your not being pressured into buying something your not comfortable with.The estimated price was cheap and when I got my car back the next day, it ran like new.

Took my Pontiac to 3 other shops telling them I had a coolant leek. They were the first to actually look for and fix the leak.

Was looking around for a shop to remove freon from my AC system so I could replace my AC and these guys took me in right away and hooked me up free of charge! Will definitely be back to re-fill and maybe a couple other things Ive been neglecting around the car. Thanks again!

Sheridan Auto Tech East is great! I’ve had a ’03 Honda and a ’98 Taurus worked on here and they have always stuck with the original estimate and I’ve never been overcharged. Their work is good and my cars have run well after being in their care. Isiah the Service Manager is super nice and gives me straight talk with what’s wrong with my cars. I trust this auto repair shop which is hard to come by in our over-priced economy.

Isaiah was very honest and friendly. He inspected every new part that was ordered for my car and sent back ones that were defective before having them installed. When I picked up my car, I found out that they forgot to do something I asked for. They apologized and did it for me then for no labor charge (which was 1.5 hours of labor...no small deal). All the prices are standard by the book. Isaiah cares about the quality of his workmanship and his customers experience. Will definitely come back again.

I thought Id bring my car to this shop for a diagnosis, because my service engine soon light came on. After looking at my car for 5 minutes, they told me I needed a tune up, which would cost over $600. My intuition told me that something didnt sound right. So the next day I took my car to the dealership.The dealership did not have a definitive reason as to why the light was coming on. I was told however that the car did not show any signs of needing a tune up. But what they did do was update the software in the car, and the light went off.Shame on Sheridan auto, for trying to take advantage of the elderly, I dont understand the good reviews.

I was having serious problems with my car. Sheridan auto tech fixed the problem very quickly and called me step by step telling me what was wrong with my car. And there prices are very reasonable.

I had my car towed and spoke to Isaiah took care of me and price was real reasonable and I am now able to make my Physical Therapy appointment on Monday thanks to Sherdian Auto Tech I will recommend everyone to this place .
