Extremely overpriced. Schomp Ford overcharged me for their services, and there is nothing I could do about it. I purchased the handle cover from them and asked them to paint it. They charged me $25 for the piece, more than double the price shown on Fords official website. Their service to paint this tiny piece cost $135, bringing the total to $160, which is ridiculous. If I knew they would overcharge me like this, I wouldnt have used their services. They didnt even paint the whole piece, as you can see.

Since the new ownership they seem 10 times better with service. Last time it took them 4 weeks to replace a cracked overflow tank. Schomp swapped a rear diff and a entire motor in 2 weeks .. Miguel is the best and yes they have the usual Dealership issues.. but finally a reliable Factory service in Aurora

Quick lane at this store requires appointments and it doesnt say that it does on websites. When I called to check info found out no appointment available for two weeks...thats reason for low rating.

Went in to find out what sort of clips I needed to fix my under door trim piece.Some employees were very helpful, but some seemed too busy chatting to help out.We eventually found the right clips on their computer, and the were listed at something like $10 a piece for a tiny plastic clip but the dude working with me cut the price in half or so, so it ended up being $25 for 5 tiny clips that you can get on amazon for about . 25 cents.Also, when I came back to pick them up, (special order!), no one volunteered to give me a hand so I figured it out myself and realized there is another piece that goes with the clips on the rocker panel, but I didnt figure that out until I was almost done with the other clips, so to fix it right, I would need to take all the clips off and redo it.Its not like its an obscure car, its a 16 focus, but apparently no one at the dealership had ever seen one before.Im still missing several parts of the door clips, but I think Ill handle it myself now that I taught myself how it adheres to the door.Also, when I first got there, no one wanted to help me and tried to pawn me off from the more experienced staff to the parts department, when I didnt even know what part it was.They did put it on a lift, but when they took it down, the rear end of my focus scraped the floor and I need a new engine cover in the front, but no one seemed to care, and I didnt want to get charged for diagnostics or whatever, so I didnt mention anything.Parts department guy was as helpful as he could be, but I think he may have just started recently and didnt have the experience to figure out that theres more than one part needed, but he was as helpful as he could be without any other staff offering to help him out.

Worst experience ever. Over charged us for no reason. Didnt give us the health report on the vehicle. Also let us sit there for an hour after our vehicle was done. Manager doesnt care

The service department / Mike was great to work with. I was very impressed with how quickly they got my car in for the service. I also felt the prices were very reasonable for the service work they did. They even had a shuttle to get me to work and back. Super helpful and will be coming here when I need my next service. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

3 hours for an oil change, basic inspection, rotation, and brake check? Ouch! Also, dont bring me my air filter, tell me it needs changed, and then proceed as if to change it just because I acknowledged your statement with ok (no price mentioned either). Communicate! Thankfully I immediately caught this shady practice. Finally, please post signs asking customers not to idle their vehicles while waiting in line. Not only is this illegal, the air quality is bad enough.

Went in for an oil change. Did not receive a quote on eta until after my car was already handed over. Was told about 3 hours. Had I know I would have taken it to a different quicklane. The guy behind the counter had 0 customer service skills. Barely spoke to me. Because its a hybrid it requires synthetic. This was disregarded. Will never be going back. This experience was pathetic.

Google says they close at 5pm. I called literally 5 times on my way over there. I showed up at 3:23pm. The guys say they close at 4pm and the are “done for the day”. I said it’s says 5pm online. He just stared at me so I went on my way and wasted a 30 minute drive. Thanks guys. Real professional.

I purchased a new F350 in June 2018 from Mike Naughton Ford. It included a free first oil change. I returned for this service on 3/8/2019. This is the first truck I have had that needed Diesel Exhaust Fluid. I was told the service department fills it up when it is brought in for an oil change. When I arrived I was asked if this is the first time at MNF. I replied since I bought it, yes. The service writer said your supposed to bring it in between 5000 - 7500 miles. I told him thats news to me. He then stated that following the factory oil minder was also fine. He also asked if I wanted the DEF filled. I replied yes, I was told that was included with an oil change. So now my truck was in for the WORKs. Oil change, tire rotation, fluids check, inspection, grease etc. 2.5 hours later I was told my truck was finished and I could get my keys at the cashier when I signed the paperwork. I looked over the paperwork and noticed that the tire rotation was not completed. I asked why, they told me they had a problem with the lift. Fair enough. When i got in my truck I noticed they did not refill the DEF. I needed to get to work so I just left. Further inspection later that day I found that the tires had not been checked, the washer fluid had not been checked and started wondering if anything was actually completed. The only thing I know for sure that was completed on my truck was the oil minder was reset and a sticker to remind me that my next oil change is due in 5000 miles (with a large greasy hand print around it) was applied to my windshield. Granted it was a free oil change but.................

Absolutely garbage! Showed up and was told it would be a two hour wait for an oil change. It’s been 4 and a half hours and I’m still waiting in the waiting room as I write this! This place isn’t terrible!

Came in and was able to get an oil change/tire rotation within a reasonable amount of time, for cheaper than most other places around that Ive been to. Its a very basic service, but thats why it doesnt take long.

Been here a couple of times to get an oil change but they always say Oh were full you can come tommorow So here I go home then I go the next day with an appointment and they tell me were closing soon. Im not just waisting gas Im wasting money and time. Im very disappointed because I dont have time to waste. ive been here like 3 times just to get an oil change but they seem to not want to attend me. Its like Im just taking mycar on a walk. I dont reccomend coming here unless you want to waste time and money

What a bunch of disrespectful, lazy, bunch starting with their manager Jamie ... I have made an appointment a week in advance and dropped the car there first thing in the morning, filled up the envelope with instructions to change oil and flush coolant and by the end of the day they did not get to it !!! their explanation that came with an attitude was ... we could not get to it today, bring it back tomorrow or go someplace else ... what a bunch of disrespectful losers, I could have done that in my lunch time at Jiffy Lube for less ... shame on you so called dealer
