This is the best place to buy a car hands down. Yesterday I applied online, had Mike in the finance dept call me immediately, got all my documents and in 30 mins had me approved. I went to the location, picked out my car, and 30 minutes I was in and out. Efficiency is the name of their game! The entire place was so nice and inviting. I cannot express how much I loved my experience at Enterprise. I rented a car after a bad accident, and got rental. I talked to Adrian initially, but was running late. When I got there, I was introduced to Justin, who was AMAZING, but Adrian made a point to say hi to me (so did the manager Chris). I told Justin what I was looking for and what my budget was, and we found something I adore AND can afford. Every time I walked into that building I felt welcomed and safe (being a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’m an easy target to get scammed). Like I said, I cannot express enough how happy I was with my experience here.

My experience with Enterprise Car Sales was phenomenal. I feel that the price was right but the mileage was high for a new vehicle. I opted out of an extended warranty with Enterprise and went to the Nissan dealership and obtain a 6 year 100k extended warranty at a cheaper price but it must be paid in FULL.

Definitely a 5/5! Had a really hard time with other dealerships for 6 months and recently ( Jan 18th ) had a car accident with my fiancée in our 2014 Ford Focus SE. Had a car rented to us for 30 per day and it was a 2020 White Hyundai Elantra SEL. My first time driving a newer-than-2014 car.We thought all the features were so cool, so we started looking to Hyundai dealerships for a chance to buy one and stop paying $900/m. No luck. I kept getting approvals but only if we pay 3.5k down/3k down/2k down. Then some kept me waiting in their locations for over 5 hours.We then found out that Enterprise sold certified used cars, in which Im not picky. Im an Uber driver and want both my fiancée and I to have a comfortable ride. Just to see how financing would work with Enterprise, I called up the location that I rented from and asked if I could see to buying the same make model and trim level. Color didnt matter.We got a call from car sales and walked through the process and let me tell you, she was nice and bubbly and made everything feel like it was going smoothly. I say 1k down, she gave no hassle, even with my job and income. They all rolled with it and on the same day we were in, then not even an hour later we drove out of there with our beautiful 2020 Silver Hyundai Elantra SEL. If this ever gets to Sarah, thank you so much for everything and treating us hospitable. Blaire as well for the purchasing the car a second time haha!

Buying my vehicle from Enterprise was the best experience Ive ever had when purchasing a car. My sales consultant Justin Keller was knowledgeable, friendly, and thoroughly went over expenses, warranties, and showed multiple loan offers, tailoring everything to my preferences. The best part was the process only taking about 2 hours and not getting the fake carsalesman nice. You actually felt like you were talking to a real human. I will adjust my rating accordingly in 6 months, to 5 stars or less. Though my experience on 4-16-2021 was 4 stars.

Super easy, crashed my car the Friday before Easter, Easter Sunday put In an app, never took a loan for anything before. About a 600 credit score and it was smooth as butter. Monday morning by 7 they called, 2 more 5 min calls over the next 2 hours and a lady drove me my car an hour and a half away from the lot. Worst customer service ever I would never recommend this place to anybody. We call about a truck we are interested in made appointment to go drive it and buy it. Drove two hours paid for tolls drop their daughter off at babysitters. Skip dinner get there sit down he called out to look at the truck looked at the truck started the truck had a question about the truck he goes to get the manager and he says we can’t buy it they sold it are you kidding me four hours of driving pay tolls both ways pay the babysitter for nothing no reimbursements just a I’m a sorry they said they were trying to help us out never got a callback nothing.

Was sold a LEMON 2019 FORD FUSION BY KEVIN AT THIS LOCATION! However Chris the manager and his team is aware of and refuse to right it. This has stopped on me at least 10 times with electrical issues and such. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE IS HORRIBLE ONCE YOU SIGN! I was referred to Enterprise Car Sales through my credit union. They had nothing but good things to say about the sales team and the reliability of the cars sold there. I was skeptical because I’ve heard stories about how rental cars are driven roughly. I took a chance and was introduced to Justin. Justin made sure I had options and was completed satisfied with whatever decision I made. He didn’t try to push a sale and he spoke honestly about each car I was interested in. He went above and beyond and had a car driven from Chicago so that I could test drive and weigh my options completely before deciding on a car. I must say that I was shocked at the amount of great customer service that I have received I had bad credit and car that was not in good shape and needed a brand new for my birthday and they made it happen I got approved for my car and it took less than an hour to drive away with it as well. So Im a little late on writing this review, but Ive also had some time to experience the car and give my honest opinion. My wife and I purchased a slick 2016 NISSAN Rogue yesterday from the team at Enterprise. This was the first time weve gone the route of a used/certified car vs. the dealer and I have to say what an incredible customer experience we had. From start to finish, Tobias King, Brandon Kuta and Blair Berg took care of us to the nth degree. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted but Brandon gave us additional info that helped us make our final decision. Tobias was the KING of hospitality throughout - offering up answers to all of our questions and being patient while we fought the Naperville traffic to get out there. And Blair - my man! He was super friendly and put us at ease during the finance piece of the equation. Lastly - everyone in the store treated us like we were the most important person there and when I mentioned that I was a veteran, each thanked me for my service. Thanks for the great experience guys! So one thing i can say is that I didn’t even know enterprise sold cards I thought they just rent out vehicles. I was then introduced to Aaron Malone. When I say he’s going to make sure you get exactly what you want I mean that. I can in wanting a 2018 Nissan Rogue, he helped me find other options in my price range as well. After explaining everything to me, being very very patient and very determined to get me a car he definitely found me something that best suited me. I really appreciate the time and dedicated he took to help me get my 2018 Kia Optima. I will forever be grateful for him.The other thing I liked about Aaron was that he was friendly the whole time even when I know I was being very picky and probably was getting on his nerves. He never gave up. Shows a lot of ambition. I was very satirized with my purchase & I will be getting more cars from here in the future also I would highly recommend Aaron Malone. He really knows his stuff.

The entire team (sales, finance) was wonderful! We walked in on a busy afternoon with an idea of what we were looking for (from the website), had our sales rep show us several options and let us test drive (without him!). The finance team help us out with financing options that fit our budget. The process took us past closing time, but no one ever rushed us. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely consider going back again.

I went to Enterprise because I figured they wouldnt be bias toward any one make of car. I was correct. Ken listened to everything I wanted in my next car from heat all the way to my water bottle fitting in the cup holder! They were very patient while I had them run numbers on a couple of cars. I was given blue book value for my trade in and was fitted with a perfect car for me. I never felt pressured to buy from them or to buy that day. In fact I asked Ken not to call me after our first visit and he respected that. I went back to him and my purchase on my terms. I definitely recommend them to any one looking for vehicle.

Being very particular, and having been burned by car dealerships in the past, I was nervous about the next car purchase, waiting as long as I possibly could. Most car purchases can take all day long. I didnt want that - I wanted a smooth process without all the haggle and slick attempts to add to the price. Also, I didnt trust the online car delivery deals.That said, I AM SOOOOOO GLAD THAT I TRIED ENTERPRISE!!! - I knew from the beginning that I could trust them. They suggested that first I look online for their cars, and then complete the credit approval before I entered the lot so that I wouldnt have to waste time. Saw great images of the cars I liked, and got approved. Went in, and they were very kind! . Saw the cars, narrowed it down, performed test drives, and made my choice! They worked as a team, and I was done before I knew it!!!! No haggle, and they answered EVERY question I had! They also were very safe, exercising safety measures during the COVID 19 crisis.An easy, excellent experience and I couldnt have asked for anything more.

The experience was far more than I expected or even hoped for. I requested a test drive for a particular vehicle. The vehicle was ready at the appointed time. The entire process was straight forward, transparent, and not the least bit as painful as other times when I bought cars from traditional dealerships. They provided financing at a low rate. All of the paperwork was done digitally, and printed out at the end of the process. They put the plates on, filled the tank, and I was on my way in record time. I arrived in a rental from my local Enterprise, and turned it in right there. Im very pleased and suggest that you seriously consider buying your next vehicle from Enterprise.

Perfect car, no dealership hype. Wife found the car, went to see the car, drove the car, bought the car!! In and out in under an hour. Dealerships should have learned this No Pressure technic years ago!

Went there a few weeks ago for an estimate on my truck and to look for a new SUV similar to my Trailblazer. Mark seemed helpful that night but kept showing vehicles I could not get either in or out of. I have mobility issues and he said when I left with not liking anything he would work on it and get back to me. Its been me to call him or text him. No calls or texts from him on his own except one of his, a picture of his dogs. Its been 2 weeks plus no word.Cash in hand and I still have my truck and my Trailblazer now moving on to a regular dealership to purchase my next truck. If you want a vehicle I might suggest going somewhere else other than here. I went here cause my family did business with Enterprise. So disappointed!!! Dont tell a customer your going to help and then forget about them, or have no contact its rude.
