I had maintenance done on my car here and theyve done an amazing job. Service was quick and thorough. My service advisor, Jeremy, was knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommended and I will be coming back.

Service was not done properly, necessary fluids were not put in, car was not washed. All was supposed to be done on the simple routine oil change time. Yet no body cared. They should start caring about their clients like they used to.

Hello, had the opportunity to trade in my vehicle. I should have done my homework. My vehicle is currently listed for over twice theamount that I received for it. Oh well, I am content with the vehicle that I purchased and hopefully I will have many years of enjoyment driving around in my new vehicle.

After purchasing a vehicle more than a week ago and not being given the financial, extended warranty and GAP paperwork that the customer service stops once they have what they want....A sale. I would not buy another Infiniti again and I am not sure if I will use them to service my vehicle. I had at first given them a 5 star review, but have since changed my opinion.

Jeremy was great at explaining what my car needed. On time service. Very knowledgeable. On the other hand, Front desk ladies was not attentive, they were on their cell phones. They told me to have a seat and didn’t follow up with me until I went and told them i could see Jeremy in his office and they were like yeah “you can go in” It would be nice to pay some attention towards your customers.

Infiniti of Denver is very efficient and quick in diagnostics of vehicles. Having used various car dealers service team over the past years, i expected a long wait for appointment and a long wait for repairs, but it only took 2 days a valet dropped my vehicle right to my front door after fixing it! What else would i ve looking for other than a first class service?

Save yourself from the heartache. I have had such a terrible experience here. I came in looking at a used QX56 since my last car was totaled and my 2nd car had over 200k miles. The salesman read my desperation for good reliable cars as a means to take advantage and completely hustle me into 2 COMPLETE LEMONS by using the right wording. Explaining that he could get me into 2 used cars, that had gone through 25 point inspections and how the company was reputable and family owned, so they cared about customers. He said I was making the right decision going through a dealership, and not a small car lot because they fully inspect these cars and although more expensive, Id be saving myself money by knowing I was getting good cars. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! Even after throwing in a warranty on the older car, both cars within weeks required thousands in repairs. Some were covered due to just purchasing, but the rest have not! Im 7 months in, still trying to figure out how to get out of the disaster this man with all his awards got me into. The warranty has covered nothing. Im in a worse spot now then when I walked in that dealership. A day a greatly regret.

Terrible experience with this place again. No follow up on issues found on my vehicle. Chris said the work on my vehicle would be finished in one day. Was told I would get a call when it’s ready. No call! I had to drive down before they closed to see what the deal was. All service advisers left for the weekend. My vehicle ended up being finished. So they were just going to leave me hanging until Monday. No one walked me through what was done on my vehicle and if there was more engine damage. Still no follow up call today. This place is full of unprofessional people trying to maximize every dollar out of their customers (Not in a prudent/honest way). I will be taking my business elsewhere. Creative billing is a problem. Average customer wouldn’t pick up on it. But it’s dishonest and fraudulent. Probably not the best thing to do to your client who is in finance....

Just moved to Denver from Chicago. Took my QX50 in for an oil change. Customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Kept in touch with me the entire time I was there through text.

Chris in the services area was excellent. I would recommend him 1000 times if i could! He was very commutative and tried to help me save money on fixing my vehicle. This being my first car, I didn’t have all the answers to some of his questions and he better explained everything for me for me to understand.

I had my 2015 QX50 serviced using the Valet service. Infiniti vehicles speak for itself. But, the customer service I have received from Infiniti of Denver goes above and beyond any other dealerships have done after the purchase! For me at least. Chris and Oscar were great. I’ve been bringing my car here since 2019 when I first moved here and truthfully I’ve never had any complaints. They are friendly, efficient and informative. I get everything in detail. What really stood out was this last visit. They have this valet service where they will come to your home, pick up your car, and bring it back once it’s done. They did this for an oil change. At the checkout call, he even applied a coupon for it. Incredible customer service. I can go somewhere and save some bucks but the service, convenience and quality I get here is worth everything.

My service advisor (Clark) is the best. He really goes above and beyond to make the customer happy...cant recommend them enough!!

I had to go to a regular tire shop, and they did not fix it correctly. Infiniti took care of it all! Everything was smooth and easy. I’ll be driving back to NJ in a few weeks feeling great in my car. Took my car in for some warranty work this week. Was notified my car needed another $2100 in critical fixes. I declined the additional work and took it to our regular mechanic. Our regular mechanic said he checked all of the things the dealership said needed to be done and could not ethically complete the work because there was nothing wrong with the systems outlined. To the dealerships credit I did need a new battery and engine filter for $250. So, I am feeling rich after saving $1850 today. Disappointed that the attempt was made to take advantage of me. Clark, my service advisor was nice, respectful and kind so that is the reason for 3 stars.

As a walk-in, I was impressed with the quick service I received. And was applied a coupon on my oil change I was unaware of. Very professional!

The service department is a joke. Unless you have a basic service such as an oil change, tire rotation etc dont waste your time going there. The mechanics are completely brain dead to diagnosing a problem in your car. Also, they always quick to tell you its not covered under warranty so they can charge, so make sure you py very close attention. I have owned j30, i35, g35 1st gen q50 and I am now on the 3.0t q50s and a QX60 as a family car, and this dealership make me regret buying infiniti this last round. They do not have your best interest at heart, to them its just another car in the garage. I have lost all interest in owning both my infiniti vehicles because of this service department.

All I can say is I truly appreciate the valet service they offer. It allows me to work from home while the valet comes to pick up my car and drops off a loaner. No hassles! By afternoon my car was returned to me after an oil change and freshly washed, I haven’t had time to get the car washed so it was greatly appreciated, especially after this snowstorm. Awesome service and attention!

Amazing customer service! I was looking to book a pre-purchase vehicle inspection for my G37x and they got me in within the hour. They texted me a video of needed work on the car and were very informative on the overall condition of the car. The repairs were quoted at an affordable price and a complete list of what was inspected was provided. Make sure u ask for a quote first and dont just let them do the work I cant believe I was charge 1300 for a tune up 800 for labor unbelievable and car came worse than it went in. Yeah friendly workers but crazy charge for half day of work lol but like I said I blame myself for not getting a quote in the beginning lesson learn but just putting this out so no one else makes the same mistake becuaee you will get over charged.

Both Clark in service, and the service manager, Tim, have gone above and beyond to work with me for an equitable solution. Clark is extremely knowledgable, courteous, and very responsive. Clark does the job of 5 men, always keeps calm and cool, very sharp and mindful. He followed up with me to make sure all is working to my satisfaction and it is.
