Had to transport a car. Keys were left locked in a car with a dead battery. No one to help . Spent our time to get into it. .just so we could load it. Then had to try and get through the maze to get out with a 53 ft trailer . Hours later....finally on the road.
Awesome experience! Jeremy Henry was very helpful and knowledgeable! He made my first experience there amazing. I am definitely recommending him to all. Manheim is very lucky to have such wonderful help!
Great Work Team!! The Security Team Is Awesome!! They took time 2 help me print a gate pass for the vehicle I went to pick up. They were very courteous, a five star rating for another 10 star Manheim!
Ive been to this location a couple times now and this was my best experience. Ive given much lower stars in the past but this time they seemed much more organized and the place wasnt super busy.
I go make some extra money here 3 days a week. They are really good at employing people who need the money. I think about buying a car here as lot but they only sell to a licensed dealer. Dealers get low prices on vehicles all the time here. They have garages th that fo everything you can think of. They will fix a wrecked car or put a new roof on a car that has hail damage. They get a lot of cars that have been repossessed or old rentals or vehicles off of a lease.
Great place not to sure about the process of purchasing vehicle but I know its one heck of a place work and the employees there are very nice and very courteous
I flew in from NewMexico to pick up a 2018 dodge charger that my boss had bought online, the left rear tire was punctured, the car had no spare, the tire was removed and I had to use Uber to take the tire to different tire stores to find a tire that would fit, loaded the tire in three different Uber vehicles, I will never come to aurora again, this place sucks
Horrible. They told me my car was not able to start and it had a dent, neither was true, the tow truck company did not deliver key with car so therefore I had to make a trip back across town to pick up my key and then back to Manheim to pick up my car. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...
Beautiful scenery and shopping, not the friendliest place Ive visited though.kk
This company we just pick up cars or returned cars !
Made an appointment. Drove an hour and a half to get there to be told they didn’t have the appointment set, their schedulers work from off site and didn’t get it put on the books. So would not help us! Payment has been made on the vehicle and yet would not be released.DO NOT RECOMMEND
Selling is great. Buying is awful you will lose all arbitration cases.
Ive been a Manheim customer since 2006 and Ive never seen such disfunction from any other auction as Ive seen from this place in 2020. The staff has changed from happy, helpful individuals to dictators who get their feelings twisted at the very mention of a question or issue. More and more consignors are opting out every week due to the lack of customer service theyve received this year. My dealership has ceased all consignment activity and our buying activity continually decreases with every passing week and issue from this location. I would not recommend them for sourcing or consigning inventory this year due to constant unnecessary changes, poor attitudes/service, and mismanagement of client relations and dealer services
From a car hauler prospective. They dont allow over night parking. Flying j is a 1/4 mile down same block. If you have an inop they have a payloader forklift like copart and they will come to truck lot to unload.
Good place to get used automotive parts very reasonable
Lots of parkings for trucks and friendly fast service for transporters
Void of leadership and accountability. All of management is from out of state. A corporate run utopia of CYA blame games. Insane buy fees, unable to publish a fee schedule. Scammy.
The prices for the cars here are very good, it worth to buy from them!
The receptionist is unprofessional and likes to argue with customers. When I asked to talk to a specific department she kept denying me the right to talk to the redemption department. I hope they hire someone more competent with better manners.
Always changing policies and procedures. Let well enough alone
Very organized. People are really helpful and friendly. I love chatting with them; we have a lot of awesome conversation- everyone from the runners to the admin are wonderful and friendly. The arbitration department is very caring and they do a good job of listening to your needs and helping you out too. The process of buying a car from the auction is very smooth and the way they reorganized the auction- makes it even better. I like the fact that you can see the cars a day or two in advanced, and even test drive them.
Very helpful security personnel
I usually dont mind coming to this manheim but this time I was kind of upset. 3 out of my 7 cars were in different places they told me that there was no one scanning the cars so it was pretty much go everywhere and find it. I spent and extra 3 hours finding my cars for a trucker that time is valuable when your elog is running.
Nice operation and staff.Traffic sometimes rough but expect that around Denver.
If you can get cars anywhere else I highly recommend it
Phone operator doesnt seem to give all the information to check in vehicles to the dealer.
Covid safe huge lot
Huge lot. Fewer cars than normal.
One of the worst manheim locations in the United state .. lousy customer service untrained and Unprofessional employees, no Knowledge what so ever when it comes to manheim auction Rules and regulations, very bad when it comes to condition reports on vehicles.. Horrible in every aspect you can think of.
Great title staff only good auction in the state always treat us with respect and are very professional. Never have to worry about issues with Manheim they always handle everything professionally
Great prices on great cars. Ricky Shaw went above and beyond to help me out when I flew in with my daughter to pick up a car I recently purchased. Very impressed.
Three auctions are amazing. So well setup! Super fun and great deals
I was sent to this place through a day labour agency. At first the job was fun and easy. I truly enjoyed myself. But I soon saw their true colours and intentions in my last weeks.
The auction should hire better people to answer customer calls. I talked to a lady this morning, she was so disrespectful and had such a horrible attitude.
I like the place
Luke is the best!
Great customer service today
Free labor. No help from these auctions,we should stop serving them
Im looking for employment or seeking an automobile its fun friendly and safe quality people and quality vehicles thank you to all the staff and personnel for such an amazing time and an unforgettable experience.
It is a hostile work environment. The staff especially the older lot staff are predators, bullies and human scorage
So far a decent experience. Maybe needs clearer signs or better lighting at night. But customer service was great.
Not a big fan.
This review is based on Manheim policy when purchasing vehicles online and the inaccuracy of condition reports. There’s a lot of room to improve.
Awesome Wi-Fi
Works very nice people on here! We know how is costumer care at some Manheim’s )))
Arbitration department does not call their customer to keep them informed
Quick service
Pretty awesome. I really appreciate being treated with kindness and respect...
Nice cars, but not open to the public just dealers, if they had a open action for the public, the average consumer could probably find a great car for a great deal.
Gary from Auto Brokers took care of me so well. Great experience!
I placed an extremely negative review of Manheim Denver yesterday because of a situation in which after a terrible experience I was made a promise in exchange for giving them another chance. I was then offered a shell game instead and I said never again. I emailed Ray, the GM, and told him of my dissatisfaction and wanted nothing other than for him to know. He reached out to me today and after a very good conversation, I’m changing my review. I appreciate the effort and especially the fact that he’s taking it back to his staff. Thank you.
Nice
Lot is not well marked. Lack of help. Took 2hrs. To find 1 vehicle. No one there could be of any help except the security guy.
Really nice building worst auto auction Ive been to! FOUR 4 and a half hours looking for vehicles. Very unorganized and when you ask for help no one knows where it is. The cars are constantly being moved. Such a headache
Great place to buy used cars
Not very helpful but I get alot of cars from them
Had a good experience. Pickled up the vehicle without any problems. And people were polite and helpful.
Security people is very good
Its like dealing with the most crooked used car dealer you can think of. Online bidding is the worst. They take fake bids from no one and mark the vehicle up. they hide damage by marking tons of damage so you really dont know how much there is. be careful
Greedy. They use temps. Abuse full timers.Customers, is, dealers brokers, ownership treat you like like you are dirty scum.Swallow any thoughts that you think they respect you, or even think of you as a human being.Dont speak. Do what you are told. There are 3 waysThe right way.The wrong way.The Mannheim way.The first two will get you fired. And if they want your opinion, they will give it to you. They tout safety...LMAO, you better watch your ads.It is a last ditch way to make a dollar. You are human feces to the company.
Good attendance
Auto Auction that moves vehicles on a regular basis and does a great job of helping Dealers get the vehicles they need to sell to their customers.
Good place to find autos for resell!
They can not keep track of hours worked even tho they have us check in they need a new person that knows what they are doing. Playing with moneys that people work for is not cool .
Nice place very organized. A temp employee from People Ready was very friendly and helpful on helping me out.
Great friendly service. Will recommend to friends.
Customer service and title department needs improvement. Creates hurdles to not do their job. It is a lot easier to say we cant do it rather than calling the lender and obtaining a form. I called the lender myself and they said no problem. It is all about the selling and getting their money, after the sale is not important to them. Out of six people I called one returned my call at this auction. Dont even bother talking to managers.
Looks good looks like everythings running good selection of cars everythings laid out where you can understand it
Good experience. Fast paced.
I didnt like it, messy all time - dealers give their license to any one and anyone bring with him anyone and it is like 1000 fish in 5 gallon pool..
Ive only visited the website and Im impressed. I hope to do business there and would like to have Bryce Hansel handle my business.
So, in only approx the last 3 months, I have experienced the following LARGE problems/lack of attention to detail:A. I paid for a vehicle in cash, 16k. Received a paid in full receipt, and gate pass to remove the vehicle. Title was mailed to me a short time later, maybe about a week. Of course the gate pass would not have been issued, and the title would not have been mailed HAD THE VEHICLE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL. Theres no way around that with Manheim. So approx 2.5-3 weeks after paying for the car, I received a call from that location, get this: asking when I was going to pay for that car!!!! Flabbergasted, I said I already had, had picked it up, and received title already - two things which would have NEVER happened if the car hadnt been paid for!! I was told theyd do some research and get back to me shortly. Irritating but I wasnt worried. A few hours later theyre calling back. I am told Sorry, we have NO record of your payment, and DO NOT BELIEVE this car has been paid for. Pay the original balance plus late fees immediately, or bring the car back to us! Its clearly an error that a gate pass was issued and title was mailed. WOW ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? So pay twice for the same car, or give it back and let them keep 16k? Get the F out of here!!! I found my paid cash receipt for that VIN, marched it into a location, and got that cleared right up - though I never received an apology or even an excuse as to what may have happened on their end with regard to the error/oversight. What a great (lousy!!!!) computer system they have.....B. One car I purchased, while I made sure to review the vehicle summary page - where it shows sale date, VIN, miles, the seller, CR score, link to Autocheck and Carfax reports, etc, then the SALVAGE-YES OR NO line, being clearly notated as *NO*, then after purchase receiving a Salvage Title instead of a Clear Title!!! Titles are non-negotiable in all 50 states, meaning if its sold as Clear it has to actually and truly be clear. So after THAT phone call & subsequent research, found out the vehicle had a notation as salvage/prior theft recovery in the Separate-window-opening Seller Comments button/section at the very bottom of vehicle summary page (which nobody clicks on).... Yet I was flatly told I should have clicked on & read those comments too -- doesnt matter one bit that the MAIN summary page showed SALVAGE-NO, so its *MY* problem now. BTW: the car brought clean title money. Thats a nice little trick to offload a salvage vehicle for clean title money, right?!C. Bid on a vehicle online, on Simulcast. My bid was accepted, I was the high bidder, and couldnt bid anymore (against myself!). At least 5 full seconds passed. Right before the auction ended, the bid actually ROLLED BACK, to the company I was bidding against, and THEY won the auction -- for a lesser amount than my accepted/recorded bid!! No explanation could be offered when I raised hell to managers, GMs, and corporate. Needless to say I didnt get the car. Wow!D. Attempted to sell a vehicle. Got the lane and run number. Watching the auction as I was out of town, my car miraculously DOESNT EVEN RUN!! Wow!Im furious. And Im not going to run it 40 cars afterward, as most buyers waiting for it would have already moved on, thinking it wasnt running. Missed that opportunity! Dealers bring cars to Manheim to RUN AND SELL -- correct??? How does that occur if those cars dont EVEN RUN?? Completely ridiculous!! The explanation? We had a big problem with that this week. Lots of cars were in different lanes for some reason, and never ran. Your car that should have been in Lane 2? Yeah it was in Lane 8 - not sure why and sorry! Lets try again next week... Lol.Its laughable, truly!!!
Who is the buffon in charge?? He has chased off almost all the good knowledgeable help and replaced them with know nothing clowns. Im talking about you Gary!!
Staff is one of the least helpful staff i have ever encountered
Give. Me great job specials😃
Excellent
Security office is very bad. They dont know how to print gate passes
Everyone here is really friendly and willing to help. One of the best Manheim locations
Since when did Manheim close the parking lot to overnight parking? This is very inconvenient!!!!
My comment will be handled through Manheim corporate. Been in the auction world for 34 years and never has anyone from any auction spoke to me as you did...... Congrats Mark, you win Worst Service Ever award!
I would suggest hiring a car puller
Pretty good place to work parking cars
Nice place to get a car if you need one
What a zoo. Cars are never where they should be. Way to much time spent finding cars.
Excellent place to buy cars fast friendly service
What a joke. They screw up the runs of our cars. Charge us for numbers we didnt reserve, and then put a hold on our account when we want to dispute charges. I only do business with any of the Manheims because I have to. If there was another alternative I would use it. If your a little dealer Manheim with take advatage of you every time because they can. Never felt more like a number and not a welcomed client. Some one should look at this business for antitrust issues. Hate this company and hate doing business with them, only because there are no options.
Need some work on customer service
Great auction house! Car dealers
Way way better than KC man
Nice
Great!
Poor communication
Cars are pulled by a car puller to load this morning. Sat out in parking lot overnight. So I could load early morning. Manheim Denver had the cars towed. 250 $ per car .
I work here! Overall, the place is fantastic!!! The employees really do care about the customers!
Safety, Organized, catering, all makes and models different selections great staff
This place is a madhouse you cannot bind your vehicles with people are rude and not helpful
