Not Sure where all the negative reviews come from but the customer service is Outstanding! The team @ J.Bode are very friendly and willing to work with you on payments and make sure you leave with a RELIABLE vehicle. The new business hours are a small inconvenience but otherwise I highly recommend them if you have bad credit or repossession and NEED a car. Fair prices and friendly staff 5 Stars!

Most rudest sales manager Ive ever met. He is no where near professional nor friendly had a bad attitude to the point I wasnt interested in anything they had I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone they dont even deserve 1 star

They are rather rude. My daughter was in a car accident some time back and she told them that the truck had some damage but was not totaled out. The insurance company sent HER the check for the damages for just over $800. The thrives came in the middle of the night while we was sleeping and took her truck. The payments are up to date but they said they took it because they did not get their share of the insurance money. It is my understanding that they are not entitled to any of the money unless the vehicle was totaled out. Now they are saying that if she brings them the amount of money she got for the damages that they will apply it to the amount of money left owing on the vehicle. They are liars and thrives. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. P. S. They dont even deserve one star.

Brother in law is dealing with a health issue in another state. His car is in my yard. Imagine my feeling to casually look out my window at 11 at night and see a man in dark clothes and a hood sneaking around my home. While my family is asleep. I confronted the pos and he ran for his car. I bought a new gun today. Its nothing to ask, rather than making people worry for their family because some slimy spineless bastard is sneaking around your home while your wife and children sleep in what should be a safe place.Also got a meeting with an attorney in the morning who says I have a case.Dont go with this company if you have any sense. Cards arent difficult to come by anymore and this company has literally no ethics. They cannot be trusted and the money they steal from you can just as easily be used to get a better quality car.Its also worth noting that the car hasnt functioned properly since he got it and even now wont even start.

So i just visited this place after being recommended to go here. I would say that i will never go here again. I was just discriminated against because i stay in a shelter. There are no laws saying i cant buy a car while staying in a shelter. Shelter provides an address we can use so that we are able to do the important we need to do. Like register a car, insurance for the car. But they said we cant sale you a car because you stay in a shelter and you have no way of registering the car. That is completely incorrect and then tried to say theres laws. No there isnt. Just did my research..

I would give zero star if I could. I let them know from the start I live in Greeley. Said no problem so went down test drove. Well yeah I was approved BUT since I live further I would have to have a higher down payment! Why wasnt this disclosed from the beginning when I told them where I lived. So disappointed

They said that I have to put double down payment because I am a truck driver and truck drivers jack our cars. I had leave in a hurry in order not to punch the f..king guy in a face. So if you are a truck driver: 1. Dont tell them that. 2. Bring double cash with you. Also, Camry I was looking at blue booked twice as less their asking price

Its a great place to get a car thats inexpensive. They sell good A-B cars you will have to put some work in. Great dealership for new drivers or people who like working on cars.

I drive by this place all the time and I got curious one because Ive been in the market for a new car. So my wife and I go to the lot with over $1.5k in my pocket for a down payment. As my wife and I are looking around we spot a red Nissan Altima that looked really good. Note NO ONE came to greet us we had to go find someone. The guy there was a tall white guy with red ish hair and he was rude as hell. What do you want is how he greeted me. I wrote it off sadly and I asked about the car... he said it was $35,000!!!! Gtfoh really!!!! We couldnt bare to stay after that response leave this place, dont shop here and lets help them close down.

Very rude. There are maybe two young guys that work there that can be polite. I felt like the old guy that sits in the back has a very racist attitude to anyone of. Any color. The cars they sell are not at all worth what they ask even if it is last resort.

My sons car has not worked right for the start. Come to find out the car was rigged so not to have white smoke coming out of the exhaust...rip offs! Dont bother getting a car here!

Worst Dealership EVER!!! DO NOT BUY HERE! I normally dont leave review, but I bought a car from them and three days later the axle snapped off, they came and towed it and put it in the shop and kept it for TWO WEEKS and still know one could tell me when I was going to get it back. I finally told them I didnt want it back, to which they KEPT my down payment.
