I recently took a bike here to get a rear hub replacement for a wobbly rear tire, and a new shifter. After about 3 or so days the bike was ready and i took it into the parking lot. on the first pedal my derailer exploded. i guess when they replaced the shifter, the over tightened the living heck out of the cable. we took it back down, and was charged another $30 for their mistake. now $160 in, i get the bike and and it runs fine. literally the next day after a 2 mile ride, tire is wobbling worse then before. i haven’t been beating the bike up, it stays in my room, and i ride it on the road. absolutely insane.

This local bike shop is a wonderful place with great customer service and products. They love bikes and understand the needs of bicycle riders.

Had a problem with my rear cassett. Thought would have to leave it. Tightened it up while i waited no charge. Nice local people.

Great little shop. Needed to have my wifes brakes repaired. Went in thinking Id have to leave it, but business happened to be slow at the time so they took care of it while I waited and charged a very fair price. They even tried up a wheel that I didnt realize needed it. Ill definitely be going back in the future.

This is a wonderful bicycle shop. I love the fact that i grew up around the corner and remember this place. They are sop kind and take the time to listen and find ways to help. I love the feel of the shop and the immediate care i received on my bicycle. They are really for me, the every day cyclist.

Took my BOB Stroller wheels there to get tubing replaced. I asked them to put my new tubing in my old tires. One tire had some goo on it but was still useable. They threw my tire away, put my tubing in a new tire, and charged me for a new tire without calling to ask or let me know. When my husband asked for the old usable tire back, he was told it was thrown out because I took too long to pick up the tires. They were there a maximum of 5 days because we were away from home. It didn’t make sense why they would throw away our property without calling us first. We will be finding another bike repair shop in the future.

Took my bike in today and they couldnt be any nicer! Needed new tires and a tune up. Done in 2 hours.

Don was exceptionally courteous and communicative throughout this process. That level of communication was really appreciated. The new fender looks great and they handled all the insurance business gracefully, even though it created extra work for them. On the down side, however, I wish somebody would have taken just a minute or two to really be sure the bike was fully back in working order before I came to pick it up. I noticed the blinkers and tail lights were both not working during the drive home. While they did fix these problems at no additional cost, Multiple trips back to the store is difficult without a ride home and time that is hard to come by at the moment.”

Terrible service. The guy working was beyond condescending. I readily admitted to knowing little to nothing about bikes and that I was there to get advice. He proceeded to mock me for not knowing things about bikes and then even derisively told me Well obviously youre more of an expert than I am when I tried to bring up research I had done about different types of bike tires. When I asked him not to use technical language, again reminding him Im not familiar with bikes, he continuously did so anyway. He was a 100% jerk so Ill be taking my hundreds of dollars in business elsewhere.

Took in two bikes that hadn’t been ridden for over a year that needed a tune up.Great service, helpful staff.

Stopped in on a whim to look around, started talking with Josh about a couple bikes and before I knew it I was riding on a sweet new bike that I couldnt resist purchasing! Love my new bike! Great bikes at really great prices and excellent service. Wide range of styles and capabilities.

I go to there fix my flat tube of my bike they charge $25 which’s cost like a car flat tires. That’s expensive Running after money that’s not a good.

DONT BE FOOLED!! Very friendly while buying, but not for long. The bike broke after first ride and when taken back he tried to charge $15 to rinse with water and replaced part with lowest grade parts. When we complained about quality he became a tyrant. I have had to get other repairs since and happily pay to stay away from the shop.

Nice selection of used bikes and good prices. I traded one of my bikes which was too small. They specialize in Raleigh 3 speeds, but they have all different makes that are in good shape. The website says they close at 6 pm, but it is 4 pm on Saturdays. At little hard to find, since they are in the back of Joppa in the basement of the building.

The owner is a very nice lady but the 2 guys she has working for her rubbed me completely wrong jack gave me an extremely racist vibe did not make me feel comfortable at all I have 3 bikes there I will not be getting service instead I will b taking my bikes to a more respectable bike shop and when I first found out about the shop I wondered how can such a awesome shop no one comes to and now I see why Ann has a great personality but until she finds Better help they will never make it you have to treat your costumers better remember there the ones that pay you

Took my bike back within their 10 day return policy (picture attached). The mechanic pointed to that sign saying there are no returns and when he realized it said no such thing tried to claim the owner must have it somewhere else temporarily. The bike had several issues including parts dry rotting and falling off but the mechanic on staff as well as the owner Larkin refused to honor their very clear return policy. I even offered to take a loss because I didnt want the bike but Larkin became very hostile so I had to hang up (he couldnt even come out to the shop to speak with me though he was right on site). Shady company. Steer clear.
