I brought my bicycle here to be serviced. As a rider for the joy of riding, I have encountered shops that fail to meet my needs and experience. The owner paid special attention to detail to my needs and involving me in the process of servicing my bicycle. He demonstrated care about my level as cyclist, accommodating my specific needs and ride style. Specifically, I brought my bike in for brake service, thinking it was a brake issue, he demonstrated my wheel was the issue and solved the problem by tuning the spokes. He also improved my awareness of understanding and listening to my bicycle. Finally, he went above and beyond by providing standard care that has improved my ride and future issues my bike may encounter, but I was not able to afford at the moment. All and all an excellent experience and affordable. I will be bringing my bike back.

I cannot say enough about the great service from Tommy at Cutlass Wheels / Cutlass Velo. Tommy repaired my rear out-of-dish wheel, then generally tuned up my 17,000 mile Specialized Tarmac. Tommy just finished an annual inspection and maintenance of my Enigma Elite HSS with a Campy Potenza group. He was thorough, detailed and committed to returning me a top performing bike.
