This place is my happy place. 😊 if I cant find it in store they always offer to order it to have it shipped. Positive attitudes all the time.

Just OK. This experience was pleasant. Last time, was asked multiple times to raise my faux-vid mask to cover my entire face. For a place that has sold Misfits t-shirts as a staple since their inception, that strikes me as a lot of conformity (forced conformity,, at that) in a business that attempts to present a punk/non-conformist image.

They kicked me out because they didn’t “recognize” my mask as a mask even though it was covering my face like any other gator. I was wearing boots, with a hunting hat, they kicked me out because I’m white, and most of all a straight white male.The fat cows with multi colored hair can get bent in that place.They probably have stds and will die from hiv for being degenerates.

Hot topic, ....while still pretty cool,....its kinda slipping a lil,...the service was great though,....but some of the displays were a mess,...due to people going through them,but all in all it was a good experience,....Id go back again.

They do a great job of keeping Funko collectors informed of stock the night before! Store is usually clean and organized. It can be a bit cramped, but thats not their fault.. just need a bigger space!

I dont shop at hot topic much anymore. I came here to get a specific themed Christmas gift and they had a good variety of what I was looking for so Im happy with that. Definitely a little pricey though.

Best hot topic in the area. Its a little cramped but they have a ton of stuff. Management is really nice and friendly.

If I was a teen, Id probably love it. The cramped aisles were impossible to navigate a stroller through. Not very well lit and a bit cluttered.

Used to hate this place, loud music, obnoxious staff. Now its a source for nerd clothing. Music is better, staff more talkative, maybe we all just aged? Sadly the store is insanely crowded with merchandise, so it is isnt disability friendly.

Horrible experience today 😥 I cant believe the sales ppl today. All I wanted was a Dr who button. The two ppl ( a women and man) was so busy talking to each other that when I asked for help they looked at me like I was bothering them. The guy told me there was no Dr who stuff in the store. But because I have just been there a week ago I knew there was. I still got a Dr who bracelet earrings and button. This was the worst shopping experience ever.

Has always been my favorite store so I was a teenager and Im now at 31

One of the better ones in the tri-state area

I was racially profiled at this location. I never use the race card. But this time Im certain. The manager followed me around the store the whole time. To make sure he was follwing, i moved to the back of the store. I noticed he followed and started fixing things near me. So i moved to the front, and of course he follwed .After i picked out something he started to make it obvious. He just stood behind me everywhere i went and stared at me. I thought to myself that maybe he was just making sure i didnt have any questions. So i decided to try on some random shirts. I sat the hair dye down and picked out 3 band t- shirts. I asked him if I could try them on. At the store i work at, if we suspect someone of shoplifting we will take their clothes and count them when they come back out. I assumed the policy would be the same here. So he counted going in which is normal. I pretended to try the shirts on, then put the shirts back on the display. He was no where to be seen. I sighed relief .Thinking, oh good he wasnt profiling me and went back to check out. Suddenly he approaches me and goes where did You put the shirts? I felt disgusted. I dont see the shirts where are they. I wanted to scream. I led him to the band t-shirts and pointed out the three unfolded shirts I had tried on. He felt guilty and tried to defend himself but I just walked out. 30min in this store and I left with nothing.
