Ice cream was yummy. Sat outside and enjoyed the breeze. The employees could provide better customer service. A little cleaning on the inside was needed but will go back and sit outside again

T-Mobile Tuesday brought me in with a $5.00 gift and I tried a two scoop cup. I picked Praline and cream and Jamoca Almond Fudge. I enjoyed them both, but now have a new favorite. The Praline and cream is sooooo Good!!! I will Definitely be back! 🍦🍦🍦

Clean store. Staff attentive and works quickly to get to customers as efficiently as possible. Some toppings unavailable, but most flavors still there. Seating outside if youd like to sit and eat your ice cream. Seating is spaced for social distancing.

Terrible experience with this Baskin Robbins on Monday 8/16/21 EXTREMELY RUDE workers young short white girl with glasses and a little older black girl with pony tail. Said I was rude to her by simply putting my money on the counter instead of in her hand which in my opinion looked as though her hands had not been washed all day. Slammed my change on the counter and told the white girl to finish my order. She was equally as rude. I ask for their names and they refused to give me their names. I WILL NOT GO BACK IN THE BASKIN ROBBINS EVER. You lost my business yesterday just for employing little witches like this. Your LOSS, And I will spread the news. HORRIBLE WORKERS.

I came here with my daughter to get some ice cream. The worker yelled at me for touching rats which she said was private property. I went to pay for my food and 3 roaches flew out of the cash register. When my 5 y.o. daughter asked for another flavor the lady threw the receipt machine at her and chased us out the store. Luckily she tripped and the rats started attacking her. Very unprofessional will not be returning!!

Employees were rude (seems to be a common denominator). Five employees working when only 5 customers allowed at a time..? No social distancing for employees though....I’ve visited a few times recently and it’s always the same, only one or two employees are working while others are standing around. As a former employee, I know this to be very unacceptable a) the amount of workers at a time b) the lack of work being performed while being paid. Also, my friend was in the store while y’all talked bad about me :) sorry to call you out & make you work!

I purchased a banana split with all the toppings for $11.62. I live about 5-10 minutes away, when I got home, I had banana soup. Awful messy experience. The toppings were too hot and melted everything including the cherry and whip cream

I went in for a banana split, there was an issue with my order. I informed the male there I guess he was the supervisor. He was very polite and professional, he replaced my order as refunded my money. I dont know his name but I want to thank him for helping me. The banana split was great.

The employees were so rude! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION! EVER! The one in Germantown is way better! This place was out of 5 of the flavors, and acted like they didnt want my 7 year old trying 2 flavors! It was horrible! My son decided he didnt want Ice cream after They were so mean! They need new employees if they DONT want to work there then they need to find another job! We spent $75 dollars tonight on ice cream! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Always go there so nice. No problems at all. My favorite combination is caramel oreo,cotton candy,and icing on the cake.

I was really pleased with the ice cream cake i ordered. I called ahead, they told me it be ready the next day. The cake was delicious. It was rused. The workers were very pleasant and curteous to me over the phone and explained to me what i can add and gave me accurate prices.

I only go there for eggnog ice cream. Im a seasonal ice cream eater. To bad you cant get eggnog all year long. The workers are always courteous.

Good ice cream but the scoops are so freaking small. As high as the prices are the scoops should be the size of baseballs.

What can you say, Baskin Robbins has been around for a long time for a good reason. However, the Stage Road location really could improve on their service.

An old building, always has some dingy paint inside, but it has plenty of seating, plenty of ice cream, and a bathroom. The recent renovations put some nice benches outside. My sons favorite Baskin Robbins.

Had an issue with the young lady who took our order. Other than that, the ice cream was tasty and enjoed the benches outside while eating the ice cream...(EDIT)...tried this location again today, I wont be going back. This time a young lady was cleaning up the lobby the while the place was swamped, she picked up napkins off of the floor and went back behind the counter without ever washing her hands and proceeded to scoop ice cream and peel bannanas. NO THANK YOU. I Will be choosing another location from now on. Sheradins, here I come.

I arrived Saturday afternoon 12:40pmThe location was open according the sign outside. The open light was off and two workers were just sitting at the table on their phone. Its almost 1pm theres no reason they shouldve not had that place up and running. The workers could care less I was outside. Less than three feet away. I wont return to this location. Seems like they will hire anyone

Asked for 2 three scoop sundaes. Told the worker ice cream for both and toppings for one sundae. Worker took it upon herself to make the same without checking to see if I wanted it made like that. When I asked if they were made the same after she bagged them up, there was no concern to try to correct the mistake. Horrible service
