I had been to Best Buy Cedar Hills store. Staff service is very good. One of new Sales executive Mr Michae helped me a lot. He is awesome at customer service. I was looking for Mobile phone trade in and purchase new mobile. He explained each and every point clearly and waked us through the overall process. He helped in finding the details.I appreciate Best Buy store for maintaining such a good staff members.This is one worth visit store in Beaverton
I lost my Galaxy Pro ear buds and went in to replace them through the protection plan but they couldnt honor the request. Its not part of the policy. They only cover damage. I didnt know that. I wasnt going to just go away, so I stayed there doing the back and forth with the manager. Eventually, I called my better half and she told me they were right. So I just bought a brand new one - with the protection plan - its so worth it! Dont buy without insurance. Ill just find the buds in the bush and bring it back to replace it! Thank you Best Buy! 2 starts is for not honoring my request even though your right! In this case the customer was wrong.
I bought the Insignia 1.6 cubic ft. portable washer and I absolutely love it. The washer is actually bigger than I expected and does an amazing job. The spin cycle leaves your clothes almost dry, leaving the need for a dryer minimal. The washer is so quiet that I forgot it was on. The setup was very easy and connecting to the faucet is a snap. To close the lid, just gently touch it and the rest is magical. Ill definitely return to BB when I start shopping for a dryer.CONS:I only had one issue, washer had a small dent in the side, but the customer service team offered and I accepted a $50 refund, they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Very clean store, with a great helping associate who managed to find us the Nintendo switch and a good game to go with it for my step sons birthday. Everyone had a mask on correctly and very helpful.
This was my first time at this location in quite a while so this is based off my single visit. When I entered the store it seemed like ever other best buy. However I was quickly made aware that they were not well stocked on seemingly anything. I simply needed a charge cable and a new phone case. There was basically no charge cables to be found and a very small selection of cases witch again, many phone types sold out.
Im not sure if its due to low staffing or just a new policy, but I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to get, and normally you can grab someones attention, let them know, they open the case or get someone to open the case, and they either give it to you or walk out up front for you, but today they said I had to be put on a list with the person up front. I put my name on the list and they said to browse around and theyd text me when someone was available to help me, probably about ten minutes. I told him I wasnt here to browse, just buy one thing that I already knew I wanted and I knew exactly where it was so Ill just wait there. I walked over and waited and about two minutes later homie from the front desk came over and opened up the case for me and walked my item up front. Seriously, improved the quality of the experience 1000%. I went from thinking I dont know that Ill shop here in a whim again ever if I have to be put on a list like that to Im definitely coming back here within a matter of minutes. Thanks front desk homie.
When we got there there were only 2 employees that we saw and then they told me to scan the qr code to get connected with someone. We waited way to long before we were connected to someone (who earlier told us to scan the code) and that was only cause we went up to them and asked for help again. I needed a new computer. My only wants were a 14-16 inch screen, I could do school work on it, and it could run minecraft. After bouncing between computers we settled on a Chromebook from the open box stuff that was in my price range. We checked out and the employee brought over a chromebook expert to help us install minecraft. After sitting down with him and having him set up the computer with me he said that he had installed minecraft and we left. Later I tried to play minecraft but it didnt work. Nothing opened but a coding program. I tried following a few different online tutorials but none of them worked. I tried getting help from my brother and he said that he wanted me not to get a chromebook because it cant run anything other than main google stuff cause its a chromebook.Tldr; customer service sucked and they sold me a chromebook that didnt let me do one of the core 3 things I wanted
I preordered the new MacBook Pro the same day it became available (10/18) and should’ve been able to pick it up today (10/26). Checked my order status only to see my MacBook was now unavailable for pickup because they ran out of stock at this store… Aka they sold the $3000 laptop I already bought over a week ago due to employee negligence and a clear inability to count inventory. Thankfully, a customer service representative on the phone found me another one at a nearby location. However, why would I EVER preorder anything from best buy again if they’re going to just sell my stuff to another customer and make me jump through hoops to get the items I already paid for??? I didn’t even receive an apology or any form of remorse. I’m super angry and disappointedUpdate: I take back what I said about the customer service representative. He was also incompetent and sent me to a location that was also out of stock. I’m beyond frustrated

We’ve ordered a few appliances from this store over the past 7 years, and everything from the purchase to install has been great.However, in July we purchased a washer and dryer which wouldn’t be available until the end of August. The day before our install appointment we got a call from corporate customer service that our appointment was cancelled and it needed to be rescheduled. They couldn’t tell us why the appointment was cancelled, so we went back to the store. The employee that helped us assured us that the washer and dryer were in stock and that’s not why the appointment was cancelled. We rescheduled the install for a week later.Today our appointment was cancelled again, and again corporate customer service couldn’t tell us why so we went back to the store. This time the employee told us that the washer and dryer were out of stock and probably wouldn’t be back in stock until October. There has been a ton of miscommunication since we initially ordered in July about install appointments and whether things are actually in stock. Definitely disappointed and will try to buy a washer and dryer elsewhere.
In the past sale pressure really grated on me, but this has not been my experience as of late. I came here because amazon sells whatever in whatever conditions. Here, new is new and not some recucitation.sp.
I understand that they are trying but my last visit was not a good experience. I walked around the appliance section for 15 minutes and got no assistance. I walked to the front of the store to find someone and was told Id have to add my name to the Que for assistance. I waited 10 more minutes, still nobody. An elderly gentleman was waiting there longer than me and simply left when I told him of the situation. I understand its hard to find people to work right now. This model is not how to help fix that situation however. I directed him to the other Beat Buy location near here that seems to be better staffed.
Worst experience at this store, Manager Ben is Condescending and an unprofessional employee, Tanasbourne is much friendlier store.

While shopping for a new phone, I have found the folks working here to be helpful and they were fairly well enabled to help customers to make a satisfactory choice. The product add-ons were sufficiently useful for the cost. This is a big change from my previous experiences of this store! I do hope that this continues to be the case.Well done Best Buys for allowing your employees to use their talents and brains to help people!
When Im finding less and less stock in the brick and mortar stores, it was refreshing to see the amount of in-stock products available at this store. As always there is friendly service and with price match you cant go wrong. So why not get out of the house, check out the actual product, rather than a picture on a website and get a real feel for it, before you buy. Best Buy is still my go to place for computer gear and home electronics.
Dont buy at this store. The employees will not give you the promotional items even through its showing on the website. I lost $15 worth of the promotional item just this month and Bestbuy customer service refused to honor it. They kicked the problem back to the store. Lesson learned.
The guy at geek squad was very helpful and knowledgeable and he was able to diagnose the problem with my computer very quickly. Unfortunately it was bad news but he was very nice and I had a positive experience.
I used to buy electronics stuff from here, but the last time that I came to here I was planning buy a new laptop. An employee approached me very kindly and she asked me if I needed help, I said yes. I asked her for a lap then she explained politely which one she could recommend and I thanked it, but then every time I tried to see a lap, she would come to explain to me and it became very annoying so I decided to leave the place without buying anything and thinking that it would be better to buy online without anyone bothering you.
Understaffed and not terribly organized.Tried to buy the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 classic- they gave me the wrong one twice. Since you cant look at it till your outside as the box is sealed I had to return it twice. Irritating.
My mom tried to guy a stereo for our car and paid for Geek Squad to install it. She paid everything and scheduled an appointment. But then on the day of the appointment, turns out they didnt have all the parts and they couldnt do it even though it was scheduled and paid for. Not sure what happened there. We got a refund instead.

Walked in to the store, young lady asked me very nicely, do you need any help, I said, just going over there and buy a Mac Book Pro. Thank you.I wait, and wait and wait …then see a sign, scan in to wait in line, i walk back to the front, same young lady, and she says, Oh you need my help now! I said …Is the the new Face of Best Buy, give my phone number as signing up to get helped, she said, Do you need help, I said, Yes..But is this the new way to buy thing at Best Buy, Give my phone number and wait. She said…I dont have a Chrystal Ball, DO YOU WANT HELP OR NOT, I walked over, got my wife and left the store. Guess what…I can give the Apple store, Costco or a large number of places mr $2400 dollars for a new Mac Book Pro.Funny thing about young people today. They dont care if i NEVER walk back into a Best Buy store ever again….But i know me, and i never will.
A friend needed a ride and some help with product selection. He ordered a phone for his daughter and one that was in stock at the store. His phone we walked out with. The one he ordered he was told would take a few days. Well his ordered phone showed up the next day! That was beyond incredible! The communication, knowledge, and honesty has now made me a Best Buy customer.
With covid happening some things have changed and you have to sign in if you want help with something.. which can be a pain if you just have a question or something of that nature.. but they make up for it with helping literally until you are satisfied, and you have all their attention and that feels really nice so no one is interrupting you and youre helped quicker.
Somehow the bad service makes this worse than ordering things online.Staff are rude, not super knowledgeable and the shop is low on stock.I’d rather get electronics from literally any other electronics store I have been to.
Meh. Its hard to compete with online retailers these days, but its comforting to just be able to walk in and hold the product in your hands before buying, so you know what youre actually getting.I say this because after a seller on Amazon sent us the wrong laptop charger, we were able to go to best buy that day and get a replacement. It is definitely more expensive, which is why its meh.
Tracking down someone to help can be difficult. Employees didn’t seem to eager to help, as I stood in the apple section for 10-15 mins waiting to purchase a MacBook.On the positive side, they have a good selection: although be sure to price check them while you’re there. They will match the competitions price. I’ve used this to get electronics the same day at the same price as Amazon.Over all 3/5 because their prices can be steep on some things, and the service has left me wanting, every time I’ve come in.I was able to score a MacBook Air with an “open box” for a good deal. They are also good for that. Always check if they have something used/new/returned.
I went to audition headphones for pc gaming. Almost none of the display models worked. Then I decided to listen to the car audio speakers while I was there. Again none of those worked.The store was clean.

Best Buy is the place to go for any of your technological needs. Theyve got it all. TVs, Gaming, Cameras, Computers, Tablets, Movies, Music, and much more. The prices seem to be very fair and the products top quality. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Very clean and cool environment. One of my favorite places to shop.
They’re better than they were a few months ago but still don’t have enough people working. There are excellent, engaging staff now, much better than 6 months ago, but the store covers a large area. It’s impossible for them and customers too.
Best Buy continues to deliver stellar service in the time of Covid,the online order and pick up are a blessing in these uncertain times. Wait times are minimal and checking in is easy once you are parked in one of the slots marked for curbside pickup.Definitely my go to for flash cards, small appliances and the like.
Incredibly helpful staff and their concierge service at the front door always points me in the right direction. They recently removed their movie section and replaced it with smaller kiosks scattered throughout the store. Im sure physical sales were going the way if the dinosaur, but still, I miss that section.
I was wondering if this was a typical situation with a price that I was told would be honored when the product arrives in the store. Not to mention that I was already sent to a different store three weeks ago to buy a laptop that they didn’t actually have and wasted my time and gas. Now I go in to pick it up and pay for it only to hear Once again I don’t have the laptop mam and it can be ordered but it’s price is way the heck higher then the first price and second price I was quoted. Best Buy better figure out what the heck is going on with their store and people who are running it. I’m about to walk away and Shame them for their customer relationship being on back burner.

The shelf are bare. Looks like they have no stock. I asked for something they had a tag for. Was told they are out and to try online. They were polite but did not help in me getting the item.Was trying to support the store but I ended up buying it on Amazon.
Severely reduced the Blu Ray section and they have a poor selection of headphones. If you need computer stuff or kitchen appliances, this is your place. If you want home entertainment/audio its best to go somewhere else or just shop online. In-store isnt worth the effort.Staff is friendly and extremely helpful and the store is noticably clean though. But I dont think Ill be shopping with best buy for basic electronic needs anymore.

I rate this location a 4star because their have been times where they didn’t have a particular item in this store (but another one on the other side of town does), and that some employees don’t know where everything is, some items are stacked on shelves as overstock? Because the shelf wasn’t tagged or anything but just around the corner you’d find the same items but on a marked shelf...idk it was disorganized when I went and just rather makes the trip and go out to the cascade location.
This was the first time Ive purchased a major appliance from Best Buy and I was surprised at how knowledgeable the sales associate was. Great experience. Went in to look for Smart TV and Refrigerator.
Another great Best Buy experience had to exchange some light bulbs and was a little late on the return date but they took care of my exchange for different light bulbs and then bought more PC parts that were hard to find.
Purchased the whole set of kitchen appliances for renovation. Got great service and discounts on all products. Ben at the appliance section was great. He knew what he was talking about. We came prepared, through internet, including Best Buys own) except for the refrigerator. Ben was ready to serve with expert info to allow fast decision after our questions were answered. It was unexpectedly pleasant experience.
They had plenty of product but after 15 mins of looking at a laptop I was thinking about buying not one person came up to me and asked me if I could use any help. There were at least 4 in the department but I guess it take 4 people to help the one other person there for a computer.
The workers are super patient with you and are very helpful in finding whatever you need. I will go back and for sure order more stuff. Also a very organized store, and things are easy to find and access.

We went in to do the iPhone special that Best Buy is doing for Black Friday and after years of working in the service industry myself (and understanding how these sort of promotional weekends and holiday weekends go) I could not have been more impressed with the help we received from Grace. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and just an all around pleasure to deal with. I can say if every retail associate had the attitude and character that Grace had helping us... Amazon would go out of business. Shout out to Spencer for all of his help and expertise as well. A long process to getting new lines opened was made so easy and enjoyable. Thanks again!
I called and spoke with Gary on the Geek Squad because I needed to be sure I could purchase a converter for my laptop which is 220 instead of 110 as it was purchased in the Middle East. Instead of listening to me he repeatedly told me he “thought” I could just buy a new power cord and that would work when I specifically told him it would need a converter- something I know factually. It would be very appreciated if those answering calls were more well informed and better listeners.

You dont get very good information about a product here. Sale clerks are clueless about products they are selling. They have to read the labels to to tell you about it. Camera stocks are very limited, you cant find anything you want unless you order online and do store pickup. I bought a Phone for 1200 dollars and had to beg to get help to chose a case for it. Apparently customers are just a nuisance for them. Avoid.
Pleasant experience despite not being able to pick up my order. The knowledgeable and friendly staff was incredibly helpful when I stopped by to pick up a TV we had ordered. Each employee I spoke to was couteous and they even measured and demonstrated to me that the doors of my vehicle did not have the right dimensions to fit the box before helping explore other options for delivery or renting a van or truck nearby.
Horrible customer service. Getting someone to assist you is borderline impossible. When you finally do manage to flag down an employee, they dont really have any information and arent interested in finding the correct information.This is my last time visiting this store.

Ordered curbside pickup for my business. They told me with less than 5 minutes until the store closed that my order was ready. I arrived with a minute to spare because I had been waiting in the parking lot and they told me it was too close to close. All this after I had called the store to ensure that the order would be ready today. Will not be ordering from here again for personal or business purchases.

Best buy has taken a down hill slide. Being the only major electronics retailer has not resulted in better service / selection. Their inventory has declined and level of service with it. Going into the store it feels more akin to an old Kmart. Just my two cents.
I think the CS is good. But after purchasing a samsung a51 phone last year in August at Best buy. The purchase has left a bad taste as a consumer. Best buy only allows a 14 day guarantee on phones purchased. Secondly, i had to purchase a second phone to get the samsung fixed. I went through u fix it in tigard, then i sent the phone UPS to Samsung. After $700 for a $400 phone and 8 months later. Fingers crossed the orginal phone works. If not ill have to go through the process w-1 year warranty running out. Thanks best buy!
I had an appointment set for today with geek squad about my computer. I talked to Richard about my issues with my custom built computer. I told him about the power outage in my area and the fact that my computer was plugged in during that period of time. My computer was not performing all that well (running very slow), and he helped me understand what possibly could be wrong with the system. The likelihood is that something had gotten damaged when the power outage happened, I tried replacing the power supply and it didnt work (previously) so he told me that my GPU or my power supply is likely the problem.He told me what they could possibly do at geek squad to troubleshoot. Informed me that there was no guarantee that what they could perform would help me, and the cheapest route was likely the yearly service plan with them that was $200. He told me they had no way to test if a certain part was wrong with my system.I made the decision to replace the parts myself to see what might help it. Thank you Richard for the help!

Clean covid experience. Everything felt pretty sterile. They only allow a small number of shoppers in, and they make sure you know what you want before going inside. Just wish they had better selection.
Website inventory has been wrong three of the four times Ive used it. Dont even try to call in because you will be on hold for 30 minutes, MINIMUM.I understand that we all need to have patience during these really difficult times, but the management of this best buy has been terrible- Even during black Friday at major retailers, I could get ahold of an employee or help desk representative within 10 minutes, which was more than fair.What bothers me is that the multiple times Ive been into this Best Buy in person, like early December when I bought a Surface Duo from them, there are employees on the floor who arent immediately busy, which is totally cool if it werent for the fact that I had been waiting for 48 minutes just to ask for customer service over the phone.I want to say the every employee working there is a total nerd and loves the tech they get to showcase- all wonderful, insightful and helpful guys who are a blast to talk with. Sadly, I just feel like the management sucks, and its pushing me to look elsewhere for electronics retail.
Do not walk into the store expecting service. If you are not scheduled you will not be accommodated for unless you come in with an advance notice that you wish to shop at their store.

I like Best Buy and I want brick and mortar stores you succeed. Ive shopped here a LOT over the years. But I think they have been a little overzealous with their restrictions for shoppers, lately. The everyone-wears-a-mask policy, in particular. But even the lines at the door, etc. Really annoying. This was before there was any governor mandate to wear masks.As soon as I saw that, I left and we ended up buying $3000 worth of appliances at Home Depot, who didnt have any such policies. We were able to go right in, no mask, select what we wanted and buy it, while maintaining distance. Much easier and faster.Companies need to balance keeping people safe with also keeping customers happy / comfortable. Or else youre gonna lose business. I think Best Buy could be a little less stringent.

One of the worst best buys Ive been into. Not only can I not get help for a simple question, I cant seem to find the que to ask for help because no one will help me find where the help que sign up is at. Its like running in circles to find anything. Plus half their audio stuff is only accommodated for apple products when its plug and play so forget coming here if you have anything but apple or bring your own plug-ins.
Picked this up with free delivery at this location. What an excellent price for a 75 and 7 series Samsung! Told my friends in CA about it. But they only have it for $999. Not sure if it was a mistake on the price or just OR. Either way, excellent deal. Easy parking, friendly staff, lot of other stuff in the area. I frequent this branch.
Took my receipt in from another store and was helped immediately. Got in and out under 5 minutes and they helped load the item into my truck. Super friendly service.
Around Christmas inventory was GONE which makes complete sense in a pandemic! Customer service is okay. Bought an oven and had it shipped to store and went fairly smoothly. They don’t have everything in stock, but the ship to store works well. They’re also following COVID protocols well

Super friendly. Great returns. No issues. I bought a watch for cellular use, att could not connect it. So I had to return the watch. No restock fee! Was happily surprised and the return was fast. Best buy at Jansen Beach is awesome. I will shop there again.
I was looking for some high end Bluetooth headphones, which they do not stock. The employee apologized, and referred to the Best Buy @ Tanasbourne and I got exactly what I needed!
The selection of electronics has started to dwindle down since Covid started and China started to cut off exports to America... Dont even get me started on that topic.So I came for a TV and husband was there to get himself a laptop. Few open box were there for purchase so choices are to big or to small so had to pass on buying a TV there.HP laptop was what Bradley decided on getting. HP does it again with throwing the fingerprint scanner on for security measure.
The Oregon location was horrible. I came in looking for a 65” TV. The whole time I was their struggling to load the TV onto my cart no one offered to help they just stood back and “supervised” my struggles. After about ten minutes, the guy in charged came out and took the cart from me saying “you can’t use the cart unless you’re an employee”I asked him why is that? he said because people keep tripping over them. He told me to get in line at the service desk and wait my turn like a good puppy. I took my $3,285.00 6 miles down the road to Video Only. They held the door as I was walking in and loaded the TV onto my truck. Will never shop at Beat Buy again in this lifetime. I do not recommend Best Buy to family, friends or even my enemies.
Broke my TV and needed a new one and my overall experience at Best Buy was quick and easy.Kelley was very helpful setting up my purchase/delivery. Even helping me get my package delivered a few days earlier. Fantastic customer service and a great person to talk with! 10/10
I called prior to and was told i needed to make an appointment for them to fix my tablet. I drive there at the appointment time only to be told that they dont fix tablets only replace them if they are under warranty.
I spent 25 minutes on hold to ask some questions. I gave up. Fortunately Best Buys online chat support is much more responsive. My questions were answered in less than two minutes. I know that makes me sound dumb, but why cant I get my questions about *this store* answered by calling *this store*? I dont want to imagine what visiting must be like.
They have electronic items other local places dont have. Help is usually pretty good.
