Robert was very helpful. He had great design solutions for location of my appliances. They have a good show room for ideas. I would recommend Robert as a go to kitchen designer.

We visited Parr to look at Windows for our home. Lindsey waited on us. He is very knowledgeable and knows much about Windows, features, etc. We learned a lot and he is going to submit us a quote tomorrow. A very good experience thus far. Thanks a bunch Lindsey. Update: We installed the 5 Windows we purchased from Parr. Made a bigger project out of it by stripping off the cedar siding. The new Milgard Windows look great. Tuscany line was our pick. No regrets.

Great selection on the showroom, but definitely pricey. Found the exact same door at Lowes for $700 less! Salesman was less than enthusiast.

Dont even butter to call, I just called and introduce myself and the lady she gave me a wrong info about the product and transfer me to sales person three times and no answer. I hope management they see my review and fix the problem. NO CUSTOMER SERVES

Worst experience EVER! I was told the 1 drawer that I ordered on 6-15-12 would take 3-4 weeks. Its 8-21-12 and I was just told they dont know how long until itll be here. Ive had to call multiply times. They NEVER return calls and Im amazed at how much they can screw up an order for 1 drawer. Will NEVER do business with them again. For ANY price!The guy that messed up my order multiple times was Jason P.
