I walk into Ira Lexus Manchester and was greeted by some very friendly faces. Joesph greeted me with a very friendly smile and gave me the best customer service I have had in awhile. He listened to everything I wanted/needed, and gave me a very fair deal! I was so beyond happy to work with him, he was great about communicating and deserves a raise!! After going to many dealerships and being treated like absolute garbage, I would 100% recommended this dealership. They go beyond over the best customer service.Very happy! Love my new Jeep π
I recommend this dealership. I definitely recommend working with Joe. He is an incredibly genuine person who sought to fulfill my wants and needs. He worked with me at every friction point of the process while maintaining honesty and integrity. Something that is hard to come by while dealing with car salesman. I am sure there are other good salesman at this dealership, however based on my experience you cant go wrong working with Joe, he is a solid guy. Out of all of my car buying experiences this one was by far the best.
Have had great experiences with the GM Nigel and Joe. However, service is another story. Always, waiting waiting, waiting while the advisors chit chat. This is the second time in a row on Saturday. Absolutely zero sense of urgency. This service department needs work.

Nice place. Nice people. I had trouble on my end getting into the car I wanted but, they were kind and patient beyond what could reasonably be expected. I would buy from them again without hesitation. No shifty, shady sales people or slick managers trying to make me buy something I didnt want because they were trying to control their customer nonsense.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! The salesman that helped me was Phil Dumais and he was great to work with. Very nice and attentive, listened to my needs and was never pushy. It was clear that he was genuinely trying to help me get into the right car instead of just trying to make a sale. He even pulled up cars I was looking at from other dealerships to compare. The Finance Manager Geoff Garden was also a pleasure to work with, was straight forward very knowledgeable. They took all the stress out of buying a car and made the process a breeze. Outstanding customer service. They were willing to stay well after closing hours to make sure we drove off the same day in our RX350. Stayed positive the whole time. Were reasonable negotiators. Extra features were offered but no pressure. Were proactive in showing us car features. Washed, vacuumed the car once more before we drove off. Had to come back for inspection the next day because techs already left for the night - not a biggie. Overall we left very pleased with our experience. Iβve been to many dealerships. We were helped by Jordan. Initially when we walked in, it was only to view the vehicle as we had others we were interested in so it was sort of a quick pop up to see if we should keep it on the list. The 2015 Infinity Q50 they had was one I favored but when it came down to it, it was my boyfriends choice. Less than 2 hours he decided he wanted it. But it wasnβt just the car that sold him, it was also our salesperson. Jordan listened to the wants and concerns he had. He made him secure in his choice. Jordan and his team found the best deal for us, we were so grateful and thankful for all the help, making it as smooth as possible. The communication was A1. We purchased a vehicle a week or so ago from Phil, and also dealt with Anita the sales manager and Sovy in finance. All three of these people where extremely nice and made the buying process very easy. They were all very forthcoming with information and helpful as we worked through the buying process.Phil was extremely knowledgeable about all the different features and trim levels of the various Lexus models, which made picking the right vehicle much easier.Having purchased many vehicles in the past from many different dealerships, this would rank at the top of my list for overall buying experience!
Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and kind! They work hard to make sure you get what you want and to get your payments as low as they can for you! The man I worked with ( Harris) was a great guy and took very good care of me and made sure I was very happy with my decision! Overall Lexus has the best staff and Iβll forever go back to them!

I brought my car in for regular servicing. Iβm new to the area, and Laurie had me on my way by the time I finished my coffee. I would not recommend this dealership. I was car shopping and had previously been to 4 other Lexus dealers. I called and spoke with Jordan . I told him what other dealerships offered me and asked if they could beat it. I told him exactly what I was looking for. We had an agreement . I drive all the way to another state to meet with him and his manager for them to offer me an additional 50.00 off. Like are they belittling me or is that a joke? 50.00 off of a 50,000 car. That wouldnβt even save me 5 cents a month. It cost me more than that to drive there and back. Such a waste of a day/ trip driving there. It was very disrespectful. They only care about themselves saying they barely have cars they arenβt giving deals due to the pandemic . They arenβt the only ones dealing with issues during the pandemic one of two of my jobs shut down due to the pandemic and Iβm a single parent. Just trying to catch a little break as well. When I said no to the deal they walked away without a word. Very selfish and disrespectful.

First of all I live in Vermont near the Canadian border. I needed work done on my car and with fingers crossed I called Ira Lexus in New Hampshire . They were helpful, efficient and so accommodating. Checked in promptly when I arrived. Service was completed quickly, within time promised.Only negative was that Ive had some issues with accuracy of navigation. Attempts are always made to get an expert to help, but they are never available. Seems it is my responsibility to follow up, and not theirs.
Had to bring my car to the dealer to update my GPS system. As always, the staff is wonderful. Very professional and kind. But the cost to install the update was ridiculous!! And it was the 2020 version, not even the 2021 version! My husband was able to update his Acura with the 2021 version at 1/4 the cost. Unfortunately I will not be bringing my car to the dealership anymore for service. Itβs too cost prohibitive.
Great car buying experience. Comparatively no pressure from the sales reps or finance officers - they are serious about the quality of the product theyβre selling and they know it and they just want to find the best fit for their customers. Place isnβt cheap though but you get what you pay for

She is knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful.This time the Lexus RX 360 2009 needed the rack and pinion assembly replaced. This is the first large repair that Iβve had in all these years. I was given a car to use while my car was being repaired.The waiting area is pleasant with hot or cold drinks and some food like yogurt etc bBarry at the intake is pleasant and helpful.I love my Lexus and this dealership.

My husband and I stopped by to look at cars, not intending to buy because we werent sure what we wanted yet. There wasnt a lot to choose from, mostly SUVs. Josh came out and was very helpful. We ended up taking an older Lexus out for a ride and we both loved it. We currently have a 2005 Lexus that weve had for 14 years so we know Lexus is a good car. While buying a car always takes a long time, the process was pleasant and painless thanks to Josh and his manager.

I am totally impressed with the service I received on my Lexus. I drove from NC to NH and had a transmission issue. Without hesitation Ira Toyota said a new transaxle was necessary and was covered under warranty. I was given a loaner. My service consultant Josh Marquis was excellent.His genuine concern for my need to get back to NC and subsequent expedition of my service was remarkable. Although there was a minor set back, Josh continued to provide me with regular updates. I was back on the road to NC within 4 days and had no issues. I am truly thankful to Josh and Ira Lexus. Dropped my car off for a noise that I hear constantly while I drive. They told me they hear it but they cant figure out where its coming from so come back when it gets louder. My car is still covered under factory warranty and should not be making noises like this. I belive this noise is coming from the drive train and could leave me stranded if it goes unattended.. This is not a little rattle from deep in the dash, it is loud enough to be heard over the radio with music playing at a moderate level. This was a completely unacceptable resolution. I would expect more from an upscale brand like Lexus.
Brought my vehicle in for a headlight issue had to refuse multiple hours of upselling via text before they even began to diagnose the problem. Apparently they no longer cover headlight moisture in their warranty and suggested I submit a claim to my insurance because βsomeone could have bumped by carβ and not left a spot of external damage but hard enough to break the assembly? They have had moisture problems with the headlights for years and from my understanding used to be covered in the warranty but now they want 3k to fix on a car with less than 20k miles. Iβll be driving an Acura next.

Laurie in the service department is the best. Iβve had my issues with this dealership but Laurie provides absolutely exceptional service. Something really annoying is the blocking of websites in their WIFI. I was trying to contribute to an organization and the website was blocked by the dealership. Keep it up and Iβll be going elsewhere.

Incredibly disappointed with service department experience. Brought in my 2020 leased RX350 L for an oil change and state inspection. Lexus failed my car stating tires were too worn, despite the vehicle only having 22k miles on it. When asked how long their tires should last was told 30-35k. Lexus quoted me $1695 for new tires. I pushed back and they then said one of my tires had a small puncture causing air to leak. I had to inform them I purchased tire protection with the finance office at time of lease vs them proactively looking for this information. They did replace a single tire free of charge after my probing but I have ultimately decided to get a second opinion in order to pass inspection. Very off-putting that a vehicle just over a year old fails an inspection for tires the dealership is stating should last far longer. Felt I got the run around and will be servicing my vehicle elsewhere.

I have been getting my SUVs serviced at Ira since I bought my first hybrid RX. The main reason is honestly my service rep--Laurie B.She always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in top shape, which is important given my daily 110 mile round trip commute! I cant say enough good things about her!I am likely to always want a midsize SUV because of our dogs, and the hybrid gives me the best MPG for that size vehicle.

Barry who met me at the service entrance was friendly and helpful both times I met him. IRA is lucky to have them both. You would think the Service advisor would have taken the time to check if I had a pre paid service plan already before trying to sell me everything except the chair I was sitting in. And then scold me because I should have told her I had a pre paid plan? Really? And then she asked for 5 star review? I gave three stars because service took way to long due to the attempted upscaleβ¦.but they did a good detail washing of my car, that is all.
I made the appointment online for the same day 2:20 p.m. to drop off an ES350 (did not buy vehicle from them, first time bringing it for any service) for AC not blowing cold on drivers side. Everybody there was very nice, met the service advisor Shawn, explained to me what the A/C service consisted of and price, and if there was anything else, well go from there.Got a phone call from Shawn an hour and a half later saying its all set and blowing Cold Air! They evacuated the old freon and anything else that was in there, and gave it a full charge, put in a dye and saw no leaks but if it does start to blow warm air again Shawn told me I can bring it back anytime right into the bay and they will find the leak.Ive never made an appointment to drop off a vehicle for the same day and had it repaired and picked up within a couple hours! Everyone there was so nice! Will be back for a sticker and service in a few months. Best service ever, Thanks Shawn and service staff!
Run away from this dealership if you have a vehicle to sell. They tried to undercut my trade by four thousand dollars and clearly didnt even look up the right make/model/trim. They assumed I had no idea what I was talking about for what my trade was worth and suggested I go elsewhere to get a better price: I dont appreciate being talked down to. I can guarantee you I DID go elsewhere and got two other quotes for my trade for the right amount. I wound up purchasing a trade at another dealership. The sales people seem nice enough but their manager clearly has a lot to learn. Bottom line: KNOW the worth of your trade, do your research and if you intend on buying from this horrible place, bring backup/proof of your comps.

We have not picked up our new car yet but this far our experience has been very good. Our salesperson Alex was very attentive and accommodating and the finance manager was not pushy but presented all options thoroughly. The only suggestion I would make is for better pictures of any dents/damage on used cars as well as access to the report from the person who traded the car that explains any damage. I think this would have made the experience perfect for me. I would just like to know what one of the dents was from.
We bought a Lexus ES 350. Matt in Sales was very friendly and knowledgeable. We brought the car back to get it inspected and our minor service issues were handled immediately by our Service Manager, Ben. Geoff in finance took the time to work with us to get the best deal. Matt was also ready to explain any features, as needed.

I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car, especially the salesman I dealt with, Jordan. I was interested in seeing a car that had just been listed when I reached out. I got a quick response that it had just been traded in and was in the shop to clean up a few things, so photos werent yet available, but that I could get daily text updates on the progress on the car and when it would be available to view so that I could have the inside track on the first test drive. I was skeptical that this would happen, but Jordan texted me every single day with an update up until the car was available to see. I went to see it the next morning and everyone there was extremely pleasant and accommodating to help me make the purchase. Even though this was a used vehicle that was probably 1/3 - 1/4 the price of most new cars in stock, I never once felt like was being put on the back burner or given anything but top notch service. I personally traveled 50 miles to purchase this car, and I would tell anyone within 50 miles that its worth the trip to do business with this dealership!
