I first wanna start off by saying that I appreciate the salesman Greg Who sold me the car on his first day there working at the dealership, and to everyone in the finance department who got me into this amazing 2021 Nissan Ultima that I purchased On 13th of September. I was at the dealership for about seven hours or more because they wanted to make sure that I left was a brand new car and as well with a great payment. when I tell you all this I mean it from the bottom of my heart. they went out of their way to do everything to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of with everything that I wanted within the car and payment wise. Even to the point my credit didn’t get ran to a bunch of different places it only got ran to one or two banks and then I ended up financing with a Nissan which they got me a great interest rate on my car which was 4.9%. I am going to forever be grateful for this dealership for the support the amazing gratitude the customer service everything from once I stepped in to the dealership was amazing from head to toe. I think you Jim Coleman Nissan as well with my sales person Greg. If you guys are looking for a Nissan and great customer service and someone that truly caring about what you want in him not to get the swindled go to Jim Coleman Nissan and ask for Greg.
I was almost a customer. Called service this morning as I was having my electric Leaf in due to a flat tire. Tow driver shows up, but some genius sees electric vehicle and turns down the delivery as you don’t service the Leaf. Enrique in service could have communicated this to me and I would have informed driver to mention tire issue. Dealing with Nissan roadside service to get car to another provider has taken most of the day. Thanks for nothing!
By far, this was the most positive experience I’ve had when shopping for a car. The first person to great me (Noah) put me at ease and welcomed me. The working with Oba, the salesman, I was excited about the possibilities of what I could get with a new car. He was not pushy, treated me super respectfully, and answer many many questions with patience and skill. Finally, Danielle was so friendly and made a stressful situation (talking about finances) flow and feel very easy. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new vehicle not only for a great car but a lasting relationship.

What an great group of people at Jim Coleman! My sales rep Irina was absolutely amazing, she made sure I found the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. And the finance manager Gabby was just awesome. She faught hard to get the best interest rate possible to make sure I could afford the extended warranty for piece of mind. They stayed way after hours for me to get it done. They were all very nice, and it was genuine not just an act to sell a car. I really appreciated that! You all Rock!!

Great dealership. Kirk was very friendly and accommodating and Stephan was very upfront, honest, and aggressive with pricing. I went in another direction because I found a closeout deal elsewhere but Stephan was very close and honestly most of the time I don’t think you can find a better deal. I typically hate the car buying experience and dread anytime I have to purchase a new car. Id have to say that Jim Coleman and my salesman Oba James changes my views. I made an online inquiry and was contacted by Oba when they opened to schedule an appointment to test drive. I arrived at 3pm, test drove the car and was out the door in my new car by 5:30pm. Id have to say that the process was much shorter than my previous experiences and I would definitely recommend Oba and Jim Coleman to anyone in the market for a new car.
Shout out to Ryan Bejo for helping me out! My driverside airbag module failed and the repair costs exceeded $1800. My car was only 5 years old and this shouldnt have happened, especially to a safety product. I called a bunch of dealerships for quotes and Ryan at Coleman suggested I contact Nissan Consumer Relations. They investigated my case and even though my car was out of warranty, they decided to fix it.
First time to this dealership after moving across town and I will bring my Nissan to them as long as I live here. Everything was wonderful, from the first phone call to the heated drop-off car garage, the excellent waiting lounge, and the personable and ongoing service updates. My experience included having to bring the vehicle back after the original repair for further work and I could not have asked for them to be any more accommodating which included the use of a loaner vehicle that was certainly a nicer model than my own.

My car experience at Nissan was one-of-a-kind first of all this was the first time I bought a car being newly divorced and all, not sure how to go about buying a car. They were so helpful and so supportive that it was not painful but enjoyable! Definitely recommend! Many thanks Nissan!
The windshield of my Nissan Altima (Lease only 3-4 months old) had cracked for an unknown reason. There were no signs of impact, no punctures, and nobody has hit my car. Danielle Watson worked with me to resolve the issue. She honestly cares about doing the right thing and works to create a solution that is fair for all. I will be working with Danielle whenever possible.
Buying process was smooth and mostly efficient. Phil was very helpful in answering questions. I would give 5 stars, but apparently dealership did not provide MVA/MDOT with notice of sale and trade in as I got a letter from MVA for a $150 fine for not having insurance on the tradedin. LOL.

I was not sure this was the right time to buy a car during a pandemic. Once I arrived at Nissan I knew that I had made the right decision. They made it very easy with getting the financing. All the staff was so nice (shout out to Mr. Morris!). I will definitely be back for upgrade!

I got gifted a 2002 nissan Sentra not knowing much about nissan I came here because of the good reviews, to get a state inspection and a oil change they said I failed the inspection with the rack and pinion and motor and trans mounts and muffler needed to be replace with a total of almost 7k and they gave me “15%” off that brought my total down to almost 5k since it was a gift I wanted to keep her so since I was already here I decided I might as well get it serviced here, sadly it was a mistake on Friday 4/2/21 was the day it got inspected and oil change I called later that day and decided I wanted to go through with it so the employee told me she would order the parts and I asked what would be oem and what would be aftermarket she didn’t even know for a fact what was oem or aftermarket “very helpful” no biggie 3 days later I call to see how’s the progress going Tuesday 4/6/21 she had told me the “ parts worker” forgot to order the parts I wasn’t upset because I understand things happen so she tells me that day that the next day she will tell me a estimate of when the vehicle should be ready, next day passes 4/7/2021 the day goes by no call no text no nothing I end up texting asking any news ? She says there parts suppliers doesn’t send the parts all at once but one by one never heard of anything like that... so I say if you don’t think it will be done before my temporary tags expired please let me know by tomorrow so I can take it somewhere else and get a payment refund please but the respond I got was “I know! I know! I’m trying!!!” That’s not how you respond to a customer 🤦🏾♂️ I just kept it calm and said please let me know a estimate time it will be done tomorrow 4/8/21 Thursday today the day I’m making the review because she didn’t even reach out to me today so I’m completely lost on any progress that’s being done to my car!! I don’t even know if they even started on it yet and it’s been a week now! meanwhile that Tuesday 4/6/21 I just drop off my Honda CR-V at Honda and they doing double the work and gave me a estimate time that will be done in a week!!! and kept calling me to let me know the progress meanwhile I gotta kept calling and texting just to make sure my vehicle is even going to get serviced that I already paid for :/ such a hassle might be a good place to buy a new vehicle but not to get serviced....

Needed attention on my older model Altima and I was dreading the mechanics response to Ive got this weird tapping sound... Googled around, and didnt even know there was Nissan service here. Was somewhat skeptical about dealer service given pricing reputation, mind you, but see below...Left a service request Thursday evening, got a call first thing Friday morning from Ryan. Totally put my mind at ease, talked to me by phone about the issue before I even brought the car in, somehow conveyed trustworthiness and honesty over the phone...These guys not only turned the car around quickly (it was done within two days) but also offered to give pick/up drop/off, also offered a rental if needed, and the facility is brand spanking new and comfortable.The kicker - the car is performing like new, Im comfortable putting another 75k on the car, they even washed and vacuumed it, and Ryan was able to do all of this with really really great pricing. Candidly I must have been getting ripped off elsewhere with my other vehicles all these years, because for the work they did I thought I was in for 3x what the bill was. Seriously.Great customer service, easy to work with, great pricing - so much so that I felt compelled to write this review and thank them. I have zero time to write reviews. But thank you Jim Coleman Nissan and thank you Ryan.

I brought my girlfriends car in for service because there was a horrible noise coming from the engine. Rian was my service advisor and helped me through the process.
