Love Tesla! Scheduled to drive a Model 3 and was definitely impressed. The staff there were great, they answered all my questions, were always making sure I understood everything.
Great place, nice people, love Tesla. I order my first Model 3, is time to preserve energy in the 🌎.
Currently they do not have a Tesla in store but they are super awesome when it comes to coming in for a test drive! Set up your appointment for test drive, and it’ll be smooth! The staff is super nice too.
Don’t waste your time.
Neat showroom. Enjoyed talking to Derek, very knowledgeable and passionate about Teslas
Always a good time to see Elons newest offerings at Tesla. Very friendly staff that encourage you to get in their cars and try to get you to go on a test drive! The store is always crowded and extremely clean. They have vehicle color selection samples and have the model S, model 3 and model X on the showroom.
Nice sales people who know a lot and are helpful. They are friendly and not pushy. No pressure. Fun for a little lucky Lou.
My brother went to test drive a car and now wants to but one. He says the sales agent Nicholas Jhingory was knowledgeable and had a great attitude.
So my grandparents 2015 Mercedes Ml 250 bluetec need 10k in repairs so my grandparents didnt feel it was worth it on an old vehicle, so they told me to help them find a new car so I suggested the 2021 Model X/Y. I scheduled a test drive on 10/25/20 at 4pm. I got a few updateS from the sales man Kelvin a few days before the test drive, he was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had perfectly. The day of the test drive was very good we test drove the model x and y. My grandparents loved both but chose to go with the model x. We were brought inside to discuss numbers and it was an overall great experience. (my grandparents ended up buying the 2021 tesla model x long range plus). All of our questions were answered down to earth (honest). Kelvin is the salesman to go to.
Test drove and purchased my model 3 from this location. Had a really good experience and customer service. The delivery was smooth with the help of Gannon.Today, went into the store again with the interest of purchasing a Model X and the customer experience was the exact opposite. There were 4 reps standing at the counter with minimal customers in the store. We walked around the Model X, sat in and played with the vehicle for a few minutes with no one ever approaching us or even a greeting. I decided to approach a female rep to ask a question about the vehicle charging capabilities. In return, I get a non verbal response of a head shake. I felt so disrespected with the lack of interest and treatment that I walked out. As a Tesla vehicle and solar owner, I definitely will not be ever coming back here.
Worst service ever. I first called looking for a part for the model d at 11:30 in the morning and I get their staff is at lunch and won’t be back until 2:00 can I get some one to call you back . Mind you they never called I have to call them at 3:00. I got some information from another employee to email parts and speak to Leo and I never received anything. I called at 4pm and know one answered the phone. The customer service and pets department suck . Will never call them for anything else . If I was looking to purchase from Tesla go some where else.
Jevone gave us great service was very helpful
This car is amazing. Ive walked in here a few times but I finally test drove a Model X. Wow! If youre looking for an SUV, then you need to try this model Tesla. Its incredibly well designed with amazing technology and artistic features. I never would have thought to have the wind shield glass extend over my head! Highly recommend a test drive, but get ready for the sticker shock!
I get the car concept and decided to go and look at it closer. Im in the market to replace my current car. Got greeted as I entered and saw the vehicle in middle of the store. Next to it the young parents standing talking about family stuff. Inside the car, 4 of their children playing and touching anything and everything you can imagine. The car was a playground for them with ages of 6 and younger. Cute, and waited patiently as a buyer to look at the car. Then waited and waited. The parents, not a care in the world and no one is saying anything to them. My wife and I waited for good 10 minutes, but we didnt get a chance to play inside the car with the rest of the children. Finally, got approached by a rep and she was explaining the car details. However, I was simply grossed out since there was spit and candy rappers at the driver seat. This will NEVER happen in a Benz or Audi dealership. Kids are fun and Gods gift, but Im sure Tesla also want to sell their products.... in thef future, please identify prospects vs tire kickers vs kids playing inside the cars you are trying to to sell. Good luck....
Had the unexpected opportunity to take an up close look at a Tesla while at Montgomery Mall! The representatives were very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave various configuration options to consider and explained the vehicles technology with great detail.
Benjamin Wells is the reason why I bought my Tesla.I first spoke with him while killing time about a year ago. I placed an order for a model 3 but wasn’t quite ready yet. I cancelled the order and came back in and he sold me my 2019 Model S. I’ve never met someone so passionate for the brand as Ben. He literally knows everything Tesla....I mean everything. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if 5 years from now he’s working in Palo Alto alongside Elon Musk.Thank you!!
We had absolutely fantastic service during our Model 3 test drive. Every question has a thoughtful answer and the staff member even engaged with our 6 year old without losing a beat. I only wish they sold the 3 for $10,000 less!
We took a Tesla Model S for a test drive a few weeks ago here. A really friendly and knowledgeable guy named Jake was assigned to take care of us. We enjoyed the ride so much, the car was amazing in every way, and Jake was able to answer literally all the questions we had. We preordered Model 3, and we cant wait to finally own a Tesla. Highly recommend this dealership.
I had the worst possible delivery experience of the car from this dealership. They did not send me the signed documents after I called and messaged more than 50 times. The guy who was my salesman, he was nice and helpful BEFORE the purchase and as soon as I purchased he turn into the rudest salesman ever! he didnt respond to any my messages even tho I mentioned this is urgent and I want the documents so many times! I even called him all he wanted was hanging up faster! The delivery tema responded the call after like 20 call and a woman told me gonna send it and she never did! I had to call many more time to get someone respond to the damn phone and eventually I had to threathen them that Im going to return the car to get the documents back.
Shawn is absolutely rude. Possible racist. Buyer beware!
Truly worth buying one. The car handles great and the prices are great.
Came in for my test drive appointment, checked in, waited for 20 minutes, left.I suggest watching Seinfeld Car reservation scene at the next staff meeting.
Experience the FutureI called up and found an opening for a test drive this past Saturday. Rob and Chris were just great - they made sure I knew where they were located and answered all my questions. The test drive was amazing to say the least and I really do believe it is the way of the future.
I purchased my car in May 2019 and initially the team was extremely helpful. I ended up financing the car through my credit union as I am a military member and mentioned several times that I wanted to keep my current tags as they are associated with VA Disability paperwork. The dealership agreed and still charged me for the transfer fees. This was not caught by myself as the Credit Union needed final numbers for the check amount which required me to call the dealership and trust they give me accurate numbers which they modified without my consent.BUT it gets worst, the Manager refused to do anything and was totally dismissive of the situation, then after reaching out via email and phone calls to to the personnel both at the dealership and at the facility that handles paperwork I never got a response as to if my Title and information was ever even submitted to the MVA. Why is this an issue? Well in Maryland if the lien holder is the Financing Company, they must hold the Title but there are certain signatures that are required by the dealer on the back of the title to confirm purchase date and odometer readings and Ive gotten 0 responses over the past 2 months and there is a 90 day period where this becomes a penalty.I am disappointed how they treat Veterans let alone their Customers. I am unsure where to go from here, perhaps I will have to have another dealership handle this. Not only will I have to have to HOPE another Tesla Dealer can perform this action, but I have to submit all the paperwork to Maryland MVA which I paid for the dealer to perform. This is unethical business practices and illegal.
Great dedication and customer service. Many thanks Dan and Ernie for your great support to me and your dedication to Elons sustainable transportation agenda. Kudos!!!
The guys here are super nice, and the place is beautiful. The guys know great test drive routes try out cars, and the overall experience is very smooth- way smoother than legacy dealership models.
Alannah was very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite knowing I lived out of state and was just here on business, she still took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions.
Daniel was supper nice and informative. Abby was helpful in comparison shopping. Beautiful designed showroom,
Fun store. Friendly personnel. Should definitely stop by to say hi and checkout the technology.
Great experience and and got a nice test drive of the model s. They also have superchargers here at the mall (I believe they have 3 of them in the parking lot).
I really love teslas. Give me a Tesla, Elon.
It’s a GREAT car! Sales at Montgomery Mall was awesome (shoutout to Brian and Kelvin), BUT everything went straight downhill soon as I put down the $2,500 order.(Below is my feedback on my experience with delivery, not with sales at Montgomery Mall)Here are 3 examples of what turned out to be a confusing and frustrating customer experience: 1) The delivery specialist never reached out to me until a couple of days before delivery after I had painstakingly figured out and done the paperwork on my own; 2) The scheduling team in Vegas and the local delivery team provided different, conflicting delivery dates, and they were extremely hard to reach in the first place; 3) when car was delivered, it had scratches on one door, the delivery staff casually sent us to their so called ‘due bill’ process without a confirmed date for the repair – they were not at all surprised or apologetic about their new cars having flaws; they just wanted to rush their customers out. After 6 hours of negotiation we were given a wall connector, thanks to Nina, but it didn’t make up for my disappointment and frustration of spending $50k+ on a scratched Tesla. During the purchase process, we were often pushed from one ‘department’ to another without having our questions answered. The staff at the delivery center didn’t even want to replenish coffee that was offered there, even though multiple customers were looking for it – ‘ask our service department, I’m with delivery’ one staff said.Coffee isn’t a big deal, but it reflects the kind of corporate culture Tesla has, one with arrogance and a lack of internal coordination and listening to feedback. Their staff also didn’t strike me as being knowledgeable about their products.I’m leaving this feedback hoping Tesla will listen and grow into a company that matches the high expectation the world has toward them. Unless, seeing a lot of positive feedback here, I wonder if Tesla staff choose who they like and treat different customers differently?
Drive a Tesla: its just marvelous! Gentle and happy people there.
My sales rep was very nice and informative, the manager however was short tempered and somewhat rude. I will be doing my business elsewhere because of his attitude.
I love it. Elon please dont close this store down 😂😂😂
Great salesman, TERRIBLE everything else. I cancelled my order after a series, yes series, of Tesla screw ups regarding the delivery of the car. And that’s not mention that it took a month longer to “ready” for delivery than I was told. Now, I’m waiting for my nearly $20,000 refund that I was told would be 7-10 business days. It’s been a month and I’m still getting annoying emails and texts about scheduling that pickup of my Tesla. Clearly, there is a HUGE communication issue within the company. Not only did they lose me as a custome but I’m telling anyone and everyone about my nightmare experience. I’ll happily wait until more luxury EVs are available to get the customer service I would expect for a car that’s over $100,000!
Great service! Thank you Justin!
Once youve bought the car, customer service is extremely poor. My partner asked for a copy of the contract we both signed for a week, being treated either with indifference or condescendently every time he called.
I WOULD like to have Tesla is a dream but l have to Wake up l cant affort it
Super cars. Luxurious.
Where dreams come true-ish. So, i am a leaf owner because money (bought used for ~7000). I hope to be a tesla owner, because money, some day but i shall dream in the meantime. My wife and I visited today and were very happy with the professional engagement. The people working here were good. Almost too good. They knew about the cars. They knew about the new 21700 cells that are being manufactured at the giga factory. They knew a lot of stuff. Frankly, due to my obsession, i spend time watching lots of review videos of owners. And i did not learn a whole lot today, but i was very happy to see that the people there were so darn knowledgeable about the product. My wife enjoyed herself too having little interest in the movement behind moving away from burning gas to go places. That model X doe.... One of these days. I should have probably started with this, they can sell you a car at this gallery. Thank goodness for freedom!
Teslas customer service has been sorely lacking. I bought a Powerwall, but I cant set it to charge from the grid, unless their StormWatch system triggers it, and StormWatch is completely unreliable. It had turned itself on due to sprinkles in my area but wont turn on when theres a tornado watch. It took them over a year since I purchased the Powerwall for it to even be installed, and within just a couple of months, it broke down. It took another 3 months to get it repaired. Since then, Ive learned how limiting this thing really is. They control it, not you. I can no longer recommend Tesla as a company.
I cannot believe how arrogant the parts staff are. I had to wait over an hour for the parts specialist to return my call just for price and availability. After being told that they would put the parts at the front desk so sales staff could easily find them when I came to pick them up, they failed to explain that the Montgomery Mall branch which I had called does not sell parts. Instead, I had to go to the Gude Drive service center. When I told them I didnt realize the store that I called--which the man on the phone said he would have the parts at the front desk for easy pick up--wasnt the one that actually had the parts, they told me, We just assumed you knew. You know happens when you assume, right? When I finally made it to Gude Drive, I had to wait and wait and wait just for a copy of the receipt to be printed. When suggested to just make a copy, they said it would just be a little while longer.Surprisingly arrogant, unfriendly, zero apologies for every and all of the inconveniences that could have been avoided. Whenever a customer asks me what I think about Telsas, I tell them exactly how I was treated by their service department. I have heard that they work grueling hours and dont make much money, so I suppose its not their fault. Still, an apology would have been nice. The only plus side is that the parts were cheaper than I expected, considering the mark up on most of them (like windshields. Wow.)
Beautiful cars cant afford it right now
Beautiful card, nice helpful people.
Way better than a dealership.
Great staff, all the info you need. Keep in mind it is in a mall.
Chris at Tesla was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. He even gave my little sister a few gifts. Tesla is the car of the future.
The experience at the Bethesda location was terrific, not so for the Rockville location
There are electric cars in this store. I walked in and was impressed by the technology. The sad part is walking out without one.
Definitely the car of the future.
The car didnt let me exit without asking an showroom attendant. Steve wouldve insisted that a breakaway price tag be included for safety reasons. Pay me and I will tell you which Steve.
Friendly staff, quite helpful and curtious.
Great customer service. Great cars
