Stopped in for a quick oil change. Was rudely told by the lady at the counter that she was very busy and I would have to wait. This was just as I walked in and before I could state my reason for being there. After she helped the one other customer I was told that I needed an appointment for an oil change or to arrive at 7 Am. So much the quick lane name.
Great customer service. I droped off my vehicle and they took me to my office. They pick me up again once the vehicle is ready.
I was in a terrible position with a noise coming from my brake . I had been told by the service drop they wouldn’t help me, they were out 2-1/2 weeks. I went to the Quick Lube side and said they probably couldn’t help me dnd explained. Nick overheard it and said give us 10 minutes. Then Don put it on the rack and within 30seconds found a rock in my rotor. I appreciate that kind of service so much. Had me on the road in 10 minutes
Just bought our second vehicle from Bozeman Ford and the sales experience was great as was the first. The biggest problem with this dealership is the service. I gave up on them a few years ago because of never being able to schedule service in a timely manor. I found that anything I needed was at least a week and a half out. We are a Ford family and love our Expedition, Taurus, two Fusions and our recently new Transit Connect. I told our Transit sales person we would not be coming there for service. He acknowledged the had a bad reputation for service but to give them another try. When our new Transit came due for its first oil change I called to make an appointment. They said the soonest the could get me in was 9 days out (thats for the Quick lane service). I stuck with the appointment and upon arrival informed them that I had let our sales person know a couple days after I had bought the van that it had a bad drivers side wiper blade. A while later the service advisor came and found me waiting in the new car show room. She said the techs recommend replacing the wiper blades and did I want them to do that? I said well yes of course. When they were finished my bill came to $80.21. It included$27.96 for the new wiper blades. I pointed it out to the service advisor woman and said dont you think this van should have had good wipers on it when I bought it? Her response was, well you know how Montana weather is. I didnt get it? I thought, fine, I will pay for the wipers and be done with them. I will continue to use Laurel Ford for all our service needs. They are a 100 mile one way trip for me but well worth it. Sorry Bozeman Ford service but youre still a FAIL!
I love that you can make an appointment and/or drop off. They will shuttle you too!
Dont think you could find a more helpful couple of folks than LU and Jen!!!!! Top shelf people with a professional get her done attitudes! :-) Thanks for REALLY going the full mile to get my tires on last minute and done right at an excellent price. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK WHEN I NEED MY VEHICLES WORKED ON! Thank you so much.
What a great place! My sister and I stopped by this Ford dealership because we couldn’t find a local gas station that had an air pump so that we could check our tire pressure. The receptionist was so friendly and brought us out back to a mechanic and he was great. Not only did he check my tires, but he topped off my washer fluid and checked the coolant. We were very impressed with how helpful everyone was. Thank you!!
Absolutely amazing experience! While traveling through the area with an RV we needed service on a blown intercooler. They got us in, serviced, and on the road again in an hour. Great service, amazing people!! Highly recommended!!
Two busy to help me.
Great service; but, very busy.
Lu and Chris were wonderful! Let me know what was going on and were very personable. They were interested and visited when I wanted to. Great experience!
Quick Lane has always been accommodating and helpful for anything Ive had to get fixed/checked on my vehicle. Oil changes are generally done in a timely manner, can walk in depending on time of year but may need to call in to schedule appointment which is understandable it seems like in Gallatin Valley. Ive had recent issues with my car (which is Ford brand) and theyve been clear with work they think needs to be done. I had minor work done following trips to Quick Lane and twice they have checked up on vehicle for no cost. No car service is going to be perfect in eyes of a car owner, but every time Ive had to visit Ive felt like theyve done their best to put me as a driver in safest place.
Was great very Curtis and prompt
These guys are really know their stuff quick in, quick out
Great place... Very knowledgeable employees will definitely come back.
Happy with the service. Don is a great tech.
Im currently sitting here waiting to get my oil changed. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to get my truck in over two hours ago. I finally went up and asked whats going o and I was told that they are busy and theres still one vehicle in front of mine. Apparently the woman working at the counter, the same one that told me it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes, doesnt have the common curteousy to give me a revised estimate and thinks its ok to let me sit here an hour extra without communicating with me. Additionally, she wasnt very knowledgeable about Ford trucks for working at a Ford dealership. Theres only one size diesel for a 2011 F350 and she didnt know that and also asked a few other questions that left me shaking my head.Update. They got my truck in an hour and a if later than they said and it took 2 1/2 hours to service my truck. All in I say there for 4 hours and the only reason it wasnt 5 is because I left and came back when they said they were you g to get my truck in. One of the women, I believe her name was Lou, was very helpful after she realized the one that was helping me was doing a terrible job. The one that was originally helping me, who I believe was Jen, couldnt have done worse if she tried. She made another customer there extremely angry for the same reason I was, and there was another guy that she was upsetting for some other reason. The best thing they could do is let her go or its going to cost them a lot of customers.
Great service.
Ive been coming here for 2 years and have never been disappointed. Even when Im in a rush they get the work done fast!
They could get me in for an oil change for two days. How is that a quick lane?
Busy place, but they do good work
The staff us always friendly and the got me in when I needed.
They say no appointment necessary but the one time I did get an oil change here I had to make an appointment as the wait was saveral hours. Service was fine when I finally got in. Next time was told the wait would be 3 hours. I wont be going back. Waste of time to even stop to check on wait time.
Took vehicle in for oil, filters & tire rotation & was taken in immediately & was finished in about a hour. A little pricier than other dealerships I have used, but have to consider location.
If you have warranty work, plan on it taking all day regardless of when your appt is. If Tim tells you another 40 minutes he actually means another 2 hrs and 40 minutes. Terrible customer service.
Had to go back after car was shaking on my way home and was missing a hubcap...thanks
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Not as quick as other places.
Nice waiting area, and friendly staff.
Fast Service, Friendly Service Rep. Jennifer
Great place for everything for your car !!!
Rude. Walked in and the door caught me in the arm painfully and the girls that worked there laughed at me. I didnt get anything done there, because of it.
Nice place
