I spoke with a gentleman three weeks ago to get my headlights fixed. We made an appointment for November 1st. I called back yesterday to confirm, the same gentleman said hed look forward to seeing me Monday. Then just now, I get a call from a woman who said, So what are we doing for you again? And when I said headlights she said, Im going to have to refer you (elsewhere) for bodywork. When I explained that I had already been to the place she was referring me to, she said, Well I dont have someone qualified for that repair. Really? So Ive now been waiting on you people three weeks, daylight savings ends on November 7th and you dont have anyone qualified to fix my headlights?? Bad situation but was made wholly worse by the attitude on the other line. To the lady that answered the phone, your guest service skills are extremely weak. I dont think it takes a ton of insight to see that the conversation clearly should have begun with an apology. And the fact that it ended without one either further solidifies my point.
DO NOT GO HERE! Confirmed appointments (see picture) mean NOTHING! Couldn’t do anything for us, wouldn’t make it right… simple said they couldn’t do anything. Mentioned they would have sent us another email with a confirmation, but it never came. Their customer service is horrid. At least a call to say don’t waste your time.
O, how the mighty have fallen! I used to recommend, but not now. Very drag worthy!
I can not say how pleased I was with the service at this Firestone. Traveling through the area on vacation our truck experienced overheating. It was the 4th of July weekend. Called them on Monday when many other places were closed and Melissa said we will work you in our busy schedule. They could not duplicate our problem and did not charge for diagnostic fee. We drove around and went back again and Luis came out at the end of his day and did a second look. We made it home to Iowa and I would highly recommend this facility for service. Lynn.
I had an excellent experience yesterday getting 4 new tires for my Honda truck. Melissa gave me 10% off for being a veteran PLUS I received a $130 rebate from Bridgestone when I used my Firestone credit card. Doesnt get much better than that! Thanks for an hour well spent 🙂
Well, learn from our experience, do not make an appointment online and expect this local Firestone store to honor it. Our daughter was turned away this morning for an appointment we made a few weeks ago. Firestone should not be booking online appointments if this store wont honor them.
NEVER GO HERE. Did not put on weights or balance tires. This is the most basic and crucial step of getting tires. Melissa hung up on me when I asked for a discount and to pay for parts and labor for not putting on weights and giving me the initial discount I was offered. Refused to do anything. The dealership that fixed it said they had literally never seen or heard of anything like it. Got this done at Firestone this week. I’m in the middle of nowhere trying to get in to shops to help me, travelling. Melissa you do know Firestone records and monitor your phone calls right?
Don’t go here. They will strip your lug nuts and stud and then say you need to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Also, they do not balance your tires so you will have to go somewhere else and repay for the service they were supposed to provide.
9 a.m. appointment, full brake job complete bu mid day. I would highly recommend the people and service at the Bozeman location.
Can’t even do a tire rotation in the beginning of the daySo that means we’re stuck till Monday at leastYa no thanks. U see I don’t need help with tiresDays or weeks later - went to Walmart and they actually did a great. Job that’s saying something about Firestone - won’t be using Firestone
I booked an appointment online, drove in the first unplowed snowfall of the year, just for them to tell me they can’t honor the reservation but are more than happy to move it to the second week of November. Ha
These people here have gone above and beyond with both my and my boyfriend’s vehicles. Customer service is exceptional. Michael and Melissa are the best as well as the whole team.Unfortunately they weren’t able to advanced diagnostics on the electrical issues with my CPU, but they were able to refer me to a place that has a master technician. They replaced my alternator, battery, tires, oil change, and alignment. If I have had an issue with my car I can call them and usually get in very soon. They take the time to go the extra mile and uncover every stone. The amount of care they put into each job is beyond any expectation I have ever had. I’ve been through a lot with this car prior to coming here, but since they have been with me every step of the way.
Went in for a general check up for my road trip. And asked them to do their cheapest spark plugs. Should of been no more than 200 bucks. I walked out paying 560 and they did way more work to my car and they never called me. I feel like they robbed me. I called to confirm that It wasnt a clerical error, but came to find out they didnt have the ones they quoted me on. So they threw in 55 dollar (per spark plugs) in my car. In my car I had spark plugs but just never got around to doing them. If they would of just called me and told me that I would of said no. I would suggest anyone else besides them. Wish I could give 0 stars.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere hands down thanks to Melissa - the manger??? Is that her real title?
Terrible service!!! Rude employees with satan worshiping rings on, No parking for customers. The “manager” is a disgrace to the company. Managers who can’t manage themselves speak for the company. She was so rude I walked out after picking out my tires. Don’t come here period.
Used the online scheduling system to set up an appointment for Sunday morning. I have showed up for my appointment to only be told they cant fix my tire because their schedule doesnt align with online scheduling system. Front desk lady said corporate runs the website and they dont have control over it. Probably it would be better to disable this service if it cant be fulfilled
Came in for oil change on labor day 7am, everyones standing around doing nothing and refused to squeeze me in for an oil change, told me to wait a week. bye
I have a 1980 Eldorado and an 81 Thunderbird and Firestone has done a great job on both for years. They also used to work on my 88 lifted Chevy Suburban and I always have found them exemplary. They work rapidly, are ethical, and the expert staff explain what needs to be done and are friendly and knowledgeable without being condescending to non-car people (like me)(or a non-car person like I am, to be precise !)Anyway, yes, I would recommend them.Andrew
Good place to fix your car for a reasonable price. The service can be a little stale though, they might have a bored type of tone when talking to you.
Have had 2 experiences with this place. The first time, the wait was ridiculously long for an oil change, but I could live with that. The second time, I made an appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment the next day, after an hour drive, I was informed by a very rude associate that they had cancelled my appointment. Not so much as a voicemail to let me know this. The employee didn’t seem to think this was a big deal, and through a big sarcastic smile, told me they could fit me in if I waited 3-5 hours. Wouldn’t go back there even if my next service was free.
This place is the best. My boyfriend and I were traveling through MT to get to Washington when my back tire started squealing. Luckily these guys were able to fit me in to their schedule right away and diagnose the problem as a pebble in my break pad. The cost was more than reasonable and they listed all of my other tire diagnostics as well. Super efficient. Very kind. You will not regret going here!
Horrible experience on the phone. I knew exactly what i wanted and had the tire size and name readily available and the person that was helping seemed annoyed because I knew what i wanted. Wont step foot in this place
Buyer beware! Horrible experience from start to finish. Went in for a scheduled appointment on Monday. Dropped off my vehicle and got a call an hour later stating they didn’t have the tires that they thought they had. Picked vehicle up and rescheduled for Wednesday dropped vehicle off and got a call 45 minutes later that again they didn’t have my tires. 90 minutes appointment took 3 hours to complete. Person who cashiered my invoice had no idea how to do his job. Took 55 minutes to pay my bill. Got out to my vehicle after paying to find my spare tire cover broken and my spare tire had been removed from the wheel and remounted backwards. The raised white letters were facing out now they are in. Then the tires I bought dropped $40 the day after I bought them. Triple promise is a joke. I have been trying to reach someone at the corporate level for over three weeks and can’t even get a call back. Giving one star because zero is not an option.
I specifically made an appointment so that my work would take priority and I wouldnt be sitting here waiting for hours. I showed up a little before 11 (my appointment time) and have been sitting for 2 hours now! People have been in after me and have been helped before me. I also had a tub of tools that would be needed in order to complete the work. The woman at the front desk didnt even bring them back. I wouldnt recommend coming here unless you want to wait an obscure amount of time!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jiffy lube tried to scam me out of 500 to change the front and rear break pads. Thankfully firestone did a free inspection and told me the break pads were in good condition and I didn’t need to change them for awhile. Also needed an on the spot tire patch and all other shops said it would be an all day wait. They had me in an out within an hour and a half! Thanks so much for your honesty and quick work.
Came here today for my car starting slowly or not right away. My car would crank and the lights would come on but it takes a few tries to get it to actually start. Before I came here I went to Auto Zone and they tested my battery which is a few years old and there is no debris around the battery. After I took my car here before going home for the weekend, they told me I needed a new starter. They tried charging me a $28 fee for checking the battery even though I had told them I already got the battery checked the day before. Then, they quoted me $522 for the starter on a 2005 Honda Accord. I could not afford that and know someone that can install a starter for free so I just went to leave. When I went to leave my battery was completely dead and my car would not even crank or make any noise, it was completely dead. I was livid and really upset because it was starting and working before they touched it. I went inside and told them that my car was worse than before and they said we didnt do anything, we didnt even move it. Its your starter. As I was in tears, running late to work I was sitting in my car extremely frustrated. One of the workers came out and opened my hood where he tapped on something and had a battery pack with him until my car started. After I left my car has started EVERY TIME just like before I got there. It is still slow to start but it is back to how it was before I went. There is no way my car just died coincidentally while I left it in their care. The guy inside did not offer to help. I am a 22 year old women who was completely stranded at an auto shop and running late for work. I really think that they wanted me to replace the starter instead of leaving. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN DO NOT GO HERE. They will take advantage of you.
Realized I had a screw in my tire at quarter to five in the evening. Called several auto shops around town, but they were all closing up or had a jam packed schedule. The folks at Firestone had a spare minute, and said to come on in. Hard working employees, and super friendly! Much thanks!
Awesome service with inspection for used I was buying.
Polite, Straightforward Got the job done
Stay away!!!! I had them service my car for several years because I was lured in with free alignments. I convinced my roommate it was a good idea too. His wheel nearly fell off his car while driving after he bought new tires there. I should have taken that, or any of the other things I will describe as signs. Here is a list of things that happened to my vehicle:1) I had to change my own oil when I was traveling and bought a k&n oil filter. The oil filter had a weird imperfection in the logo that I noticed when installing. I went to firestone for my next oil change. About 1000 miles I noticed oil leaking from my car. I checked it out and found the oil filter I had installed several months earlier. Needless to say I was not happy. When I brought it up the staff acted like I was crazy. This should have been my second sign.2) I had the timing belt replaced and the radiator replaced on my vehicle. After I got the car back I drove 30 miles til the engine was spewing oil and coolant everywhere. I payed to have the car towed back to them. They refused to tell me what was wrong, but said they fixed it. Being a moron I trusted them and didn’t think more of it.3) I had the vehicle serviced once or twice more at this place before going on a road trip. Well, the whole engine exploded. The subaru had 127,000 miles on it and had been service every 5,000 miles max, almost exclusively at Firestone in bozeman. I got the car towed to a Subaru dealer and they said that there is no service history on carfax for the entire time it was serviced at firestone. They weren’t even recording the bad work they did.Well I contacted them and got them to send me their service history. I looked at the service record for when the engine was spewing oil and it said “vehicle inspection - no charge,” nothing else.I will be contacting corporate, but it seems to me that the poor service all started in the last three or four years. I suspect the changed mechanics or management. Needless to say my new car will not be going there. I wouldn’t let them service my bicycle.
The guys were knowledgeable and really helpful. I went in to get a flat fixed, and even though I ended up having to get a couple of new tires, the entire time they were focused on saving me time and money. They easily couldve said I needed to get new tires on all wheels, but they were honest and showed a lot of integrity.
I was traveling and has a serious brake issue. They fit my truck in had it fixed it promptly. They went out of their way to get it done and on quote. They were very open of the work.needed and showed what needed to be done. They are some fabulous guys there. The mechanic that did the work was fast and very efficient. Thanks guys for a job well done.
I originally gave this place 5 stars for my appointment and the friendly staff. 180 bucks, changed a headlight and checked out my front end, never found any issues but the noise is still there.Ichatted with the staff, I ordered 4 TOYO tires for my truck, 1600 bucks worth,, this was Tuesday,, Manager Michael tells me come Friday, 1 pm. OK. ( I’m 30 miles outside Bozeman in my RV park, 50 bucks a night). Friday morning I called just to verify,, sorry no tires Michael says,, they left Salt lake 3am this morning, bring your truck in 1pm Saturday,, ok,, Saturday morning I call again to verify,, Michael is not working weekends, staff tells me,, they are not here yet ..they wont be here till Tuesday,, Maybe,, really,, why do I get the feeling that Michael knew this to begin with,, what really upset me was I never received a call on the Friday morning nor the Saturday morning to save save me driving over 60 miles,, I went to Goodyear,, bought my tires there,, poor service,, avoid these guys,, I usually have good service form Firestone over the years,, not this time,, cost me money to stay in the RV park, not happy,,
Great service, and got me in on a quick time
Absolutely terrible customer service. I also did not like the fact that I got treated like a teenager, considering that I’m 28 years old. I actually had roadside emergency, and they told me to come back on Friday. Don’t go here.
I brought my car in because it would not turn over I was already pretty sure it was not my alternator because it did not start when jumped after bringing it in they convinced me I need to pay them $500 to change my alternator which I did. After picking it up my car drove to one location and then did not start again they tried to charge me $200 to get my car towed back to them when it was their fault it did not start still and I had already sunk $500. After bring it back again they determined it was actually my ignition coil and I need to spend another $450 to fix that. AND AFTER ALL OF THAT I get my car back and one of them unscrewed my radiator cap and left it off which in turn made boiling hot coolant spray all over my engine bay and leak out my headlights. Very poorly done they were guessing the whole time and had no regard for helping me not spend more money than I should.
I own a construction business and I needed to get the brakes replaced on one of my work trucks. I called them on a Saturday to get on their roster and they had me in the next afternoon...on a Sunday...! They replaced 4 rotors and brake pads and had that baby out the door by that evening and I was ready to Rock n Roll again...on a Sunday...! U Rock Firestone Complete Auto Care of Bozeman!!
Very accommodating and helpful! I highly recommend them.
While traveling thousands of miles, my tire sensor on my RV started having issues with warning lights on dash. We were 56 mi out on a Sat after 2 pm. Called them and talked with a young man Eric. He said he was booked but would do his best to work me in. Even though the lifts would not support our Class B, he was willing to look at the warning lights and run diagnostics. Upon arrival he provided the best customer service as well as one of his techs (Bill). Magically the warning lights disappeared and diagnostics did not show a problem. His can do Customer Service Attitude is A+. Thank you.
So my car was missing and running rough all of a sudden. I took it to Firestone and they diagnosed it from my codes and inspected my vehicle for 118 dollars. I was then told my distributor cap was cracked and I needed a tune up. I was told it would cost me 800$. I said -FOR A TUNE UP? The parts manager said let me call around and see if I can find aftermarket parts that would be less expensive. He called me back 2 minutes later and reduced the job to 580$. I said no, did it myself with A/C Delco parts for 150$ The distributor cap was not cracked. The plugs were two years old as were the wires. I had one bad plug wire that for whatever reason had burned through.I spoke to the parts manager who tried to make 650 dollars off of my miss fortune. He told me that he has been doing auto parts for a long time and that is just how the business is.I disagree, an honest wage by the hour plus parts is how the process should go- just like all the other honest mechanics I have dealt with in the past.Be careful out there folks. Firestone lost my Tire business as a result of this shyster.David Black
Customer service was excellent and very fair pricing
Extremely authentic and friendly service. Those guys fixed our car almost immediately after we arrived and answered all our questions about the issues.Even though English is not our mother tongue we felt a remarkably calm atmosphere and a qualified and friendly treating between the employees.👍🏼
Kurt went above and beyond to try and help me with an issue I was having mounting my tires. I really appreciated it! The staff is usually very kind and willing to help with anything anytime I have called.
A few days ago I called and had a terrific experience. Today I called and received a different worker on the phone named Elisa who was the WORST employee ever. She refused to do her job and became very confrontational. I told her I was going to go to a different mechanic shop and she encouraged it. FIRE THIS WOMAN. I will never come back because of this experience.
Associates wont make an effort to help you, I called 3 times to track some tires, gave them email, tracking, po number and they said they didnt have enough info to find tires, never even got a call back. I had to come in person to get them.
Made an appointment to get new tires on my truck. They told me it would be ready in 2 hour . I came back 4 hours later and they hadnt even pulled it into the garage. Their excuse was that they were backed up. This is why I made an appointment. Now Ive got to wait another 2 hours. Terrible service. Will never come back.
Five stars for Kurt, who got us in and was able to get me a new fuel pump when I was on a time crunch and traveling across the country. However, after talking to a Subaru specialist, I think Firestone tried to give me the most expensive repair possible (new fuel pump) for a p0171 code. Not sure I would go here again. Be very careful.
Called the Bozeman location on Wednesday this week and confirmed that they had the tires I needed in stock for my F350. Had them reserve the tires for visit on Friday and was asked to drop the truck off first thing in the morning and they would have it done by the end of the day. Called the store at 4:30pm.and was told it was still scheduled to be completed and I should stop by at 7pm to pick it up. I arrived at 7pm only to find my vehicle on the lift with the old tires still on, but deflated and the lug nuts removed. Turns out the tires were not in stock after all and I wasted an entire day without the truck. How about you check your inventory a little better before wasting the time of your customers. I was unable to leave 0 stars.
Great Customer Service. Had new tires put on a fleet truck. They handled all the paperwork and everything went smoothly.
They never seem to be able to diagnose the problem right. Ive had mysterious things break in my car after they work on it. I wouldnt recommend them for anything besides an easy oil change or alignment.
We were on a roadtrip through MT when my brakes/wheel started making a squealing/scratching noise, and we needed someone with a lift to look at the problem. Firestone was able to get me right in and found the problem. The mechanics were honest about the issue being just a small rock stuck between my rotor and did not charge me for work or parts that were not needed.
I bought 4 new transformer tires for my ram 2500 this summer (1400 dollars). Need a tire rotation after 7000 miles and every time call in for an appointment they cant fit me in for at least 2 weeks every time. They use to be better than that. Service is going down hill fast.
This place is great! Everybody is super nice and helpful, its always super clean and they get things done in a very timely fashion. Ive called a couple of times to see when I could get Tanners car in with problems and theyve even taken it same day! One of those Drop it off and well get it done before closing things. Also if you dont have the lifetime alignment, you should!
Not entirely pleased with my experience here, I had to wait a week for a fix they said would be done in 2 days because they kept ordering the wrong parts. They told me they wouldnt give me back my car till it was fixed and more or less held it hostage so I couldnt take it elsewhere or get a second opinion. But they seem really good at getting people in and out quick for tire or oil changes, so if thats what you need then they are the people, but anything else? Take your business elsewhere
Tried to keep my brand new geolander h/ts worth over $600 dollars and my spare they replaced. Almost called the cops.
Should be 0 -- Canceled our brake appointment via email with no explanation provided. No decency to try and reschedule, no decency to call. When contacted location said it was due to a scheduling conflict. They provided no explanation as to why we were bumped instead of the other car; just blamed corporate. They did not offer to get us in or make amends in any way! So we’re set to head out on a long trip tomorrow without brakes.FOLLOWUP: Random guy from a store in Washington called back (not anyone from Bozeman). Stated that there are some technical issues that do not allow a store manager to know all of the appointments that are booked. Double booking is common. In this instance, the other customer was called and their appointment was also cancelled.... So, in general, if you schedule an appointment, dont expect it to be honored!
Did a great job. Nice people. Been going there for 5+ years and never been disappointed.
What a friendly and helpful staff!! We had a flat tire on a Sunday on the second day of our 6 weeks road trip... And they rescued us!! Found the perfect tires, exchanged them right away and gave us hints where to find ice cream, while we waited! Thanks so much!
Got availability and pricing for 2 tires. Friendly and courteous.
Our vehicle slid off the icy interstate while traveling from Seattle to Minneapolis. We had the damaged vehicle towed to Firestone late in the evening. They got on it first thing in the morning and had it repaired by 11:00am. I appreciate that they prioritized our SUV, fixed it so fast and at a such a reasonable cost. Thank you!
Don’t take your car here I paid $500 bc they said my Subaru needed a radiator bc it was overheating I paid that left it was still overheating then a few days later blew a head gasket so it a head gasket not even a radiator I spent 500 on a radiator for no reason I asked for a partial refund and they wouldn’t give it to me not to mention my Apple AirPods we’re missing out of my car after I took it in !
I used to love Firestone. My last 2 assignments have taken 4 1/2, and 3 1/2 hours. What is the point of making appointments? The service has sucked since the management regime changed. Im held victim because of the lifetime alignment... Clearly by design.
Spectacular service. These guys took care of me after Wal-Mart tried to bone me. Well worth the wait. Friendly employees and great lounge area. Its also conveniently placed next to the cats paw so you can have a cold one while you wait. These guys are professionals.
Cody was a massive help to us.We were travelling through and were able to get our car booked in with no notice to have repairs taken care of. Cody was very helpful and understanding and took great care of us.Highly recommend Firestone.
Their service and expertise have gotten a lot better over the last few years. They are upfront with costs and I trust their knowledge. Unfortunately, they were not able to match the price on a set of four Michellin Premier A/S tires from Costco. Will get my tires from Costco but take my car to Firestone for lifetime alignment and lifetime balance and rotation. Make sure you purchase these packages for the life of the vehicle and not just the tires. Saves you a ton of money in the long term.
Ive gotten tires here a couple of times and have always had a good experience. Great, no BS customer service. Theyre always pretty busy, so expect to wait a while or drop your car off...
On our vacation travelling from Tetons to Glacier and needed a new tire late on a Sunday afternoon. They squeezed us in before closing. Price was great and service was fantastic! Thanks guys!
I took my pickup to get a flat fixed. I drove it about half a block before realizing I had a flat. I walked home, got my air compressor and filled it up. It was holding 55 lbs of pressure and I drove it at least 5 miles, and it was still holding air. I told the guy inside that if they didn’t get to it soon, it would be flat again.Well, with the tire completely flat, they drove my pickup into their shop, then have the gall to call and tell me there is sidewall damage so they can’t fix it. I happened to be standing in the parking lot when they parked my pickup with absolutely no air in the tire at all. If it is damaged to the point it can’t be repaired, it will be because they damaged it.
Great service will go back to have all work on truck there.
I don’t go to other auto shops around here because of this firestone. They have excellent service and usually are on schedule (if you set an appointment) if you need immediate care, you might have to go somewhere else because this place is always busy and rightfully so.
My husband and I highly recommend this place. They got us right in and fixed the truck that day. Excellent service and kind staff.
Normally, I hate national repair chains. But this Firestone is defiantly an exception. Ive been taking my car here for about 5 years. Staff is very helpful (and usually pro-actively applies coupons without asking). Nobody likes doing car repairs but the staff here made it a much easier process. Work is usually done fairly quickly as well.
I felt the need to write this review after my experience with Dustin & Saul at Firestone. These guys were courteous, quick and honest with the work. I had four tires mounted on new wheels and balanced. They took the time to explain the tires and specifics of the Enkei wheels I purchased.Good guys, great experience.
Took my vehicle in on Sunday to repair a flat caused by driving over a screw. They couldnt promise to get it done same-day but said they would try. 1.5 hours later they called and said it was done. Great turn-around and good service!Ive been here a few other times for scheduled and unscheduled oil changes, and once had them look at the brakes. All good experiences, did not recommend unneeded work or mess around.
If youre looking for a shop that knows what theyre doing and cares about providing their customers with adequate care dont come here. Had a popped tire after hitting a rock so I came in, they just checked the air pressure fixed it and sent me on my way. I get home and I can now hear the leak and by the time AAA shows up it was flat. Back to Firestone where they then say I need a brand new tire even though the AAA said it could be fixed...I say sure new tire I just need this fixed. As I leave to finish business with the brand new tire my sensor is still on!!! Back to Firestone for the 3rd time since morning. No accommodations. No sorry. No apology, just excuses that its normal. Nope. Ive never had such poor service to get a tire fixed in my life. Literally go anywhere but here for decent service.
Good service. Relatable and thorough. The waiting room will drive you crazy but its a pretty straightforward maintenance shop. Theres very little parking and it can be really busy.
The crew is always very helpful with explaining what might need to be done in the future on all my vehicles. The tires are always awesome when I purchase from them and the oil change service is really great! Highly recommended when needing maintenance done soon and in a timely manner.
If a fool and his money are soon parted, that parting is likely to happen at Firestone. For my own foolishness, I asked Firestone, during a recent oil change, to look into the cause of some smoke that had lately been rising off the engine of my Subaru. Oh, they found the cause, alright! $900 later, a portion of my steering system (with an apparent leak) had been replaced. Unfortunately, the smoke continued. Exasperated, I took my car to Intensive Car. The actual solution, it happens, is that crush washer for the oil drain plug was missing. Intensive Car installed a replacement for $5 and sent me on my way. Viola, no more smoke! To recap: Firestone missed something simple and obvious (anyone changing oil should have noticed the missing washer) and talked me into spending $900 on a needless repair. Ill never let Firestone work on another vehicle of mine—not even a simple oil change!
We were visiting from out of town and our car broke down. We took it to Firestone because they were the only ones open that day. We dropped the car off on Saturday and they said it would be ready or pick-up on Tuesday (extra day because of Memorial day). It was a radiator problem. Tuesday came around and it wasnt done. The same thing happened Wednesday. We finally picked it up on Thursday and two miles from the shop our car started losing horsepower. Turns out they broke one of the spark plugs. Once that was repaired, we finally were on our way home after missing three days of work. On the way home our car died because the radiator blew. We took her to a shop this morning in our own town and they said our car had been misdiagnosed - the radiator was a symptom, but not the actual problem, but now our engine will never run again. I will never recommend or return to Firestone.
Very friendly and helped me get my entire brake system done and got me a great deal on tires. Will be coming back for everything I need.
Great customer service! Had a funeral to get to today, and these guys helped me out more than you can imagine. Very helpful, not pushy, reliable and quick. Informed me of services needing done, but didnt make me feel pressured, thank you everyone at this location!
Great service-especially for me who knows little to nothing about cars...they really took the time to help me understand what was going on
TL;DR: Firestone had just installed a brand new tire that loses roughly 1 psi per hour. They tell me to get bent and schedule an appointment 1-2 weeks down the road even though I wont be able to do that because my car was about to be at the dealership for repairs for a number of weeks.Im not a person to write bad review on a business to occupy myself - I just feel that this needs to be said:I ordered my tires and one came in with sidewall damage and we had to order a replacement. The firestone tire guys kept failing to provide a report/information regarding the damage to the tire supplier so the supplier kept calling me for photographic proof of what the tire looked like upon delivery (which I didnt have, as the tire was delivered straight to firestone)- so that was a fairly decent hassle. When I did receive my tires installed on my wheels, one of the center caps was broken off and had been hastily glued back on so glue had oozed out around the center cap, and another was missing completely; again - a hassle but I didnt feel like bringing up another issue with a set of tires that took 2-3 weeks to get installed already at this point. Now, a day or two after I left the firestone location, I noticed one of the wheels had a slow leak that would give me a 100% flat tire every 2-3 days. I drove back down to Bozeman (I live in Big Sky) for a service on my vehicle as the AWD system stopped working. Before I dropped my car off at the dealership, I drove to the firestone location to have the slow leak fixed; they said it was too busy that day and I could come back with an appointment in 1-2 weeks (which was not possible, as my vehicle will be at the dealership and the dealership will have to pump up my tire any time they move my car).It makes me rather uncomfortable knowing that a tire dealer/installer feels no concern when a customer who lives 50 miles away not have their tire even inspected when it leaks more than 1 psi per hour. That is the perfect recipe for a blow out and I cant believe they would even let me drive away because they should be liable for any damages and/or injuries should I have a blow out on this leaky tire.
These guys were so solid! Far exceeded expectations. We were from out of town on Thanksgiving vacation when car problems started, the shop was totally swamped but we still got in and taken care of.Cody was awesome, great customer service, personable, printed off pictures to show me everything that was going on inside my car, gave me the play by play on everything that was going on with the repair as it unfolded, and taught me what was wrong on the rusted broken part when finished.I would take my car to these guys on the regular if they were in my home town. Thanks again.
This place is a joke. Made an appointment 2 days before getting there to make sure they had the right tire. Get there, they said 2 hrs. Come to find out the tire wasnt there after waiting for 2 hrs. We are from our of town, so we couldve gone somewhere else.
Great customer service and a wonderful experience... very helpful and honest..
Went in for an alignment, to check my e-brake, which wasnt working very well, and received my car back with a crooked steering wheel, my power windows no longer working, and after 2 weeks my e-brake was loose again. I went home and took my door apart to find the power window motor soaked in water. I was only able to get one of them working again. They said they werent working on anything electrical so couldnt have possibly done that, but that I could pay them to fix it. Needless to say I went home and did it myself.
Great place to go they are great and have excellent customer service
They were awesome. I got a flat tire on the interstate and they helped me to get back on the road. They ended up staying late to get the job done. Very much appreciated.
What a refreshing experience at the Firestone in Bozeman! The team at the desk, as well as the guys in the garage, took care of my concerns with such professionalism. They genuinely cared about my safety and the condition of my car. They got me in right away, did a diagnostic test and within 15 minutes had me out the door. I commend their knowledge and willingness to explain to me what was causing the problem with my car. Not only are these guys knowledgeable mechanics, theyre spot on with their customer service skills. Many thanks and without a doubt this is where I will take all of my vehicles for any and all services.
They charge for shop rags which is so bizarre, it would be like gonna to the bank and then charging you to use their in from their pens... they are always trying to figure out ways to up charge you, and once they told me they would have to drill into my car to make the suspension fit.. it was the factory suspension, they couldn’t figure out to reinstall it. Try somewhere else or just get tires put on here.
Super clean. Took us broken down out of towers in first thing in the morning and got us out before supper time, complete with chauffeur service. Big shout out to Cody, who gave high class customer service with a big smile!
DO NOT GO HERE!! I dropped my truck off last Monday to get a tire rotation and oil change. I left it there all afternoon and picked it up at 10:00 that evening. As anyone would have I jumped in and drove home. The next morning I noticed they didnt rotate the tires so I brought it back in the next day. They finally rotated the tires but when I was driving it home again that evening I smelt grass burning but didnt think anything of it. I didnt drive the truck again until this afternoon and the burning was more intense, I noticed smoke coming out of the hood when I got back home. I opened the hood and was absolutely horrified. My engine was packed with weeds, grass, leaves, and who knows what else. I would highly recommend you avoid Firestone if you can.
I’ve been going here for years and Michael and his team are fantastic whenever our vehicles need service or repair. An honest place of business.
Good service and not to mention, open on Sunday. Parking situation is quite congested tho fyi.
Not a fan have gone with two associates on different occasions and they did do the job on one but over charged them the other was an oil change and I went to change it next time to find they didnt even replace the oil filter.
Joe and Conner helped us back on the road. We were on a trip across country with our kids when we noticed our vehicle was shaking and vibrating excessively at high speeds. It was saturday and very hard to find someone willing to fit us in. These guys did! And did an incredible job! Thank you so much!! You made a stressful situation much easier to handle!
Excellent experience. Firestone replaced my Interstate battery that was under warranty with only installation charges. Big Os tried to tell me I had to have the original invoice.
I was in a hurry and Michael got a tire from the warehouse so that my repair was done same day. VERY courteous service along with good advice and I will definitely go back when I am due for new tires again.
A friend and I were coming up to Bozeman for the Bobcat game from Billings. We ended up having a flat tire on the way up, and changed it and went on our way. We came to Firestone at 5:45, when they close at 6, asking if they could look at the tire and see if it was fixable. The guy at the counter, sadly we did not get his name, came out and inspected the tire. He was friendly, and he explained why the tire would not be 100% and what he could do to help us get on our way. He gave us clear instructions on how we should drive home with the tire patched, and that I should probably start looking for tires as soon as I got home. He was friendly, and even after staying late, insisted that he would not charge us for the work he did. We made it back to Billings safe and sound, and couldnt have done it without his help. I would highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone.
