Awesome folk! Always more than helpful. I have been a customer over 35 years and they are always the go to folk when I have a question, or am looking for a part that is hard to find. Yes, I could go online but shields always seem to have the part I need on hand to keep my office running smoothly. Shields has never disappointed me. Thank you for your excellent service!!

I truly hate this place. I have lived in Bristol many years and have tried time and time again to give them my business but they time and time again are just horrible to deal with. Bought a $100 iron from them it was dead and such a hassle to return, they acted like they gave no cares. I have given this place thousands of $ over the years but they still treat you like who are you. I have asked them to order or stock things that i regularly buy them out of stock on so many times and the lazy young son there wont even lift a FINGER to try and help or order anything. You call and ask for some wire etc they only sell you 500ft. They do NOT serve the common man in Bristol. Better yet they are a bunch of NO mask wearing rude people. Buy online and save the hassle of dealing with lazy people such as these.

Most overpriced unfriendly place I have ever seen. Wont lift a finger or try to help anyone local. Buy online its 100 times cheaper, better products and better service. Shame a cool Electronics place cant be in Bristol. Instead you got these folks

Really great selection and a huge array of products. Plus the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with a great deal of help to offer. They dont do any services which is say is the only down side bit even if they cant they will tell you who or where can.

Nice selection of electrical items and equipment. Many of the items did not have a price on it and you have to ask. Staff is not overly friendly.

This is a great place to shop. Sure they have cool stuff for retail, but they are known as the go-to place for fair prices on a huge variety of stuff that you need to run a successful business. Sales staff is never trying to pressure you - they are there to answer questions, get stuff of shelves, and ring you up.

Excellent place to find any electrical parts you may need. Im happy to have a store locally that stocks capacitors, resistors, diodes, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful and prices seem very reasonable.
