Foster a tech of GE Monogram Expert is absolutely fantastic. I had this problem with my fridge accumulating ice at the bottom and then a leak that came out the front door and on to the floor. Foster came right over, diagnosed the situation, and fixed it--all for a very reasonable price. He gave me lots of helpful information along the way. Hes the real deal--knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, really nice, dependable. I recommend him enthusiastically (how often does that happen? A lot in Fosters case!).

Eugene at GE Monogram Expert was terrific! I called a couple of hours ago with a dead dishwasher and he just left with it up and running all for a very reasonable $125. Even had the replacement part in his truck. Also left me with some tips on how to help it wash better etc. Couldnt have been any better! Would recommend him to anyone.

I have requested a quote to repair my dryer via yelp and Phillips from GE Monogram Expert responded to my message. He came to my home on a Sunday morning and diagnosed the issue with my dryer. The problem was with the motor and I have decided to go with a new dryer. He charged me a very reasonable service fee. I have asked him to check my gas stove top - 3 of the burners wont light. He cleaned it up and made it to work. I would use his services again. I highly recommend him - he seems to be knowledgeable, has honest suggestions, and displayed professional behavior. The assigned technician that has been sent out was skillful and experienced for he had the best way to solve the problem without affecting other parts that still have good functions. I admired his expertise for he fixed my refrigerator gasket perfectly in less than an hour of service. I was impressed by the quality of his work. Brooks quoted a service call rate. No additional fees for Saturday. Brooks texted me 30 minutes prior to arrival as requested. Brooks arrived on time. Brooks took apart my dryer, showed me why it was not working. He had parts on the truck and gave me a FIRM price. Brooks was neat, cleaned up after himself & was PROFESSIONAL. He vacuumed all the dust/lint within the dryer as well as behind and under the dryer. I would hire Brooks again.

I have used GE Monogram Expert for several dryer repairs at my Los Altos and my shops, and I will never use anyone else. Elsevier is super responsive, and can often come the same day or the next. He is on time, friendly, and very transparent about the cost of parts, etc. His labor price is very reasonable and I never feel overcharged. I am a woman, and often repair people speak to me like I am an idiot. Not Elsevier. He shows me broken parts, explains things to me, and is always very respectful.
