He is genuinely a hard worker and does not try to sell you things. He is transparent and tells you everything you want to know. If T-Mobile’s customer service is as great as Manny’s, you’ve got a life-long customer. And i rarely leave reviews like these.

Today approached one of the sales person in Burlington mall, his name is Mr. Arian, he was very rude and showing attitude. Instead of assisting us he just ignored us. Please better educate him how to deal with customer otherwise it will affect the reputation of your shop.

I have had Sprint for over 10 years. Since T-Mobile took Sprint over, I decided to go to T-Mobile at the Burlington MA Mall to switch to T-Mobile since my old phone broke. I was greeted by Sean, who basically told me, you ain’t switching from Sprint to T-Mobile since they are the same company. Sean, in a not so friendly way told me you can switch to another company but you “ain’t” switching to T-Mobile. My issue is not about the inability to switch, as I get the part... well not really but ok I get it.. But train your employees to be polite and emphasize with the customer. After 10+ years with Sprint, just the way I did not feel welcomed by T-Mobile, I will gladly take Seans advise and switch carriers. I have never written a review, but honesty, train your people to provide good customer service.

This is seriously the WORST experience we have ever had with any company, they seem to be running some sort of SCAM business. When we were switching to Sprint, we were told we were getting 3 lines for free in addition to the 2 lines we signed up for. We did not want the 3 extra lines but the sales guy at the time (Jean) was probably getting a commission by selling us the extra lines so he insisted we take it. We were given 2 of the 3 free phones we were promised, however he couldnt find the 3rd phone at the time so we were asked to stop by again later in the week. We stopped by the store 4 times after, each time we were told they have a lot of customers and to come back another time.We didnt care about the phone we didnt receive since it was free and we werent getting charged for it anyway. However, after a year we started getting charged for the 3 extra lines AND phones. When we contacted the store, they cant seem to find the phone and we were stuck paying a lot of money for services we arent even using. Customer service also cannot help because they are asking us to PROVE that we did not receive the phone, even though you can clearly see that there wasnt a single call or text made from the line. This just does not seem to be an ethical way to do business to me. We have now moved to another state and following up with the store has been such a nightmare!! I would NOT recommend Sprint to anybody.

I wanted to change my service over to them but my phone was locked. They would only tell me to go on you tube & work with my previous carrier. I told them I was not technically oriented. I paid for their service change but they couldnt get me set up. Got the run around from both them & the service provider I was switching over from. They took my money for their service & Im still connected to my old service provider. Not very helpful at all

Stay away from the fraudulent plans offered here. I personally dealt with employees, Jean and Kyle. Their promises and handshakes are meaningless. After two months of overcharges, terrible customer support, and zero progress, I have chosen to switch service providers despite six years of business with Sprint.The good news - I found a much cheaper plan with better data and customer service elsewhere.
Jean made my experience painless and enjoyable. It was progressive and informative. He even stayed well after closing hours to assist me upgrade my phone.

Store manager is very young and ignorant.Was on his personal phone on a personal call with 8-9 people in the store and his other two reps were busy with customers. Didn’t seem to care that customers were in the store.When he did get off the phone he interjected himself into a conversation that one of his reps was having with a customer that didn’t understand some of the different fees. The managers tone and body language was very offensive.When asked for his direct supervisor, he only gave a name. Refused email or address.His level of immaturity shows he is not fit to manager a store.This store is an authorized reseller. My suggestion stay away and go to a corporate owned store.

I guess Joey quit (he was great) because we went there today and the sales guy was the rudest, most condescending, misogynistic person ever! He wouldnt let my wife complete a sentence, constantly interrupting, what a miserable experience. I mean the place was empty but we sure were inconveniencing him. Went in for the buy 1 get one free iPhone 8 promotion. The salesperson Stefanos told me I would receive a monthly credit of $29 and it should take 2 to 3 months to see it on my bill. Well I never received the credit and when I contacted them they said I was supposed to send in for a rebate for the 700. AND it was too late to fix it for me. Nothing they could do to help me...just terrible customer service. I should have stayed with Verizon!

Bought the best camera phone available in Dec 2013. Im now on my 3rd phone because Sony phones are junk and they say Im not under warranty. I suggest you spend your time and money elsewhere. Ive spent almost $800 on this phone (and replacements) since I joined T-Mobile and my current phone (#3) is as useful as a paperweight. Plus Im suppose to pay until Dec for it, even though it wont even turn on. Both T-Mobile and Sony have been unwilling to admit they provided me a bad product and give me any compensation. I suggestion you go to Verizon or Sprint.
Its been frustrating these guys.The communication is pathetic.We moved to sprint with 5 lines.3 of our family members are in different state.These store guys said that they shipped the phones to our address.Its been 3 weeks.None of us received the phones.They are saying that their UPS account is locked out if Im asking tracking numbers.They are ignoring completely when Im trying to reach out them over the phone.I went multiple times to the store.Still no luck.I suspectthese guys are doing some fardulent business.Im going to lodge the complaint with sprint customer service.
July 20, 2017: Burlington, Mass, store. Jeffrey waited on me today. I needed assistance with installing Skype on my cell. He walked me through it step by step and was very helpful. Without my asking, he told me about a plan that was available at the same price, but with 10GB of monthly high speed data instead of the 2GB Im receiving now since I dont call Canada or Mexico. Ive received texts from TMobile with offers to increase my speed, but the plans are at a higher rate. I was very pleased with my service today!
Theyll do whatever they can to get you to pay the most for a phone. Told me I would receive a bill credit that never happened. Told my best friend whom I share my account with that you can either pay in installments or pay the full option price, but didnt mention that it is about 20% of the full price. These guys love to lie by omission, to get you into the store.

The sales associate lied to me. He informed me that I would have my new iPhone in in 4-7 business days. When I hadnt heard from T-Mobile, because the associate does not return his email, I called the customer service number. I was informed that my phone would not be available until 1-4 WEEKS! Not days. I went into T-Mobile SPECIFICALLY because I wanted the iPhone 6 and AT&T would not let me upgrade my contract 3 weeks early. As a result I decided to take my business elsewhere, namely T-Mobile. WHAT A MISTAKE! AVOID THIS STORE! IT IS FILLED WITH LIARS! Anything for a sale!
Omg on 7/10/15 The manger did not want to help was rude didnt want to hear what I was saying about they might have the wring number.I paid $21 for a order to be delivered in one business day then found my self chasing to find out what happen to it.This manger was the worse service Ive ever experienced in a store. I would never recommend Going there if his working the girls where great. Manger just didnt want to do his work I guess.. So disappointing.

You guys recently advertised T-Mobile Sling backpacks on the t-mobile Tuesday app me and my mom went to 2 T-Mobile’s that we knew of and they either didn’t have it or they ran out we called 5 T-Mobiles That were close to our location and they either didn’t have it or a ran out if you guys are going to advertise something number one habit and number to have enough in stock because it’s not fair to the customers that they save something you advertise and then they don’t get it
The guys who work there really have zero customer service skills.
Please notice that some of the 5 star reviews are actually written by employees (Fillipo) and they STILL have a low rating. .These guys are the WORST. They are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent. Since signing on with Sprint, it has taken 3 months to straighten out our bill because Jean the store clerk didnt sign us up properly. In those three months, he and his manager Karthik Gopal have been unable to clear it up, provide us with our free HULU subscription or secure a magic box because Sprint signal is weak in our town. They repeatedly make false promises about when to expect services and hardware. They also have promised on at least 4 different occasions to call us back and have NEVER returned our calls.All cell carriers are problematic with poor customer service due to the corporate nature of each company. That is the industry standard, but this level of incompetence is unprecedented. They have NO IDEA how to do their jobs correctly, dont care when they mess up, and dont try to fix problems they create. This is the WORST store experience I have had in any industry. I have written complaints to Sprint corporate offices, the Better Business Bureau, and the District Attorneys office. Sign on with Sprint if you must, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
