Stay away from this place. We placed an order 9/5 and paid the full amount for an in stock bar cart with the rep informing us that the delivery will be scheduled in 3 days. As of today, we still have not received the product or been issued a delivery date. I’ve stopped in and called multiple times, but was told that their warehouse shows the item isn’t paid which clearly isn’t true as I have the paid receipt (see photo showing paid receipt). After confirming this is the case, they told us that delivery will be scheduled, however, no ones reached out. As of today, no one has any answers to this issue other than we will look into it. Naturally, I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund, but they said this is not possible. We are stuck now stuck with a paid bill and no word on when we will receive the product. Please also be very careful with this shady store as they claim to have told all customers that there is a 50% refund policy which is not the case. No one has ever mentioned that to us. Take your business to arhaus. You won’t have an issue there.
My daughter and I spoke with Mary about interior design. She made things very easy to understand for my daughter who has just purchased her first home. Very good quality furniture with great warranties. Mary was very knowledgable! I think my daughter may purchase items there when shes ready.
Extremely poor customer service. You have to call them multiple times following up on the order, they not only bother to call but I never received a refund for the cancelled order. I don’t write any reviews but I had on this bse of pattern if behavior on multiple occasions. I bought many items from Natick store including living room set never had a problem but the Burlington store I would never recommend.
I went in with a friend of mine and she was talking to me about what she wanted. the worker over heard my friend and was standing behind us and began engaging with her. little did they know i was actually looking for something too, but the associate didn’t acknowledge my existence - didn’t look at me, greet me, absolutely nothing. the worst, poor service, maybe because i look pretty young but that shouldn’t matter. i would never ever do business with this company. extremely disrespectful and they don’t take anyone seriously unless you have a certain look.glad we didn’t spend any money here, my friend decided against it after this.
Great modern look. I went in to browse decor for possible staging ideas, spoke with a woman named Mary there. She was so kind and also was an interior decorator with lots of great input. I recommend asking for her directly if you visit and decide to purchase here.

Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams is a decidedly different Furniture experience. The selection ranges from moderately upscale to higher-priced, but the designs are incredibly artistic, skewing towards the theatrical. If you enjoy transitional with a heavy dose of chic modern... youve come to the right place. You can decorate a regular space, but you could also decorate a home fit for James Bond in 1977 with ease. If you like furniture with a twist of colorfil theaterics look no further. The location is directly across the street from Wegmans in Burlington, Mass. If you get a chance, ask for Maura Frackleton... shes a designer who is also incredibly helpful.
