My experience with Via Roma started out REALLy rough with a gentleman that was working there that was supposed to help us with our wedding party tuxes. After this gentleman ordered the entire wedding party white suits, and then re-ordered all black and 1 random blue suit, we were about to walk away to another store until the new manager, V came to our rescue. She took over, fixed the issues to the best of her ability in the short timeframe we were working with (not even 2 weeks to my wedding). In the end, everyone had black matching suits.. some of the alterations were off because of the 1st gentleman we dealt with, but I am SO grateful towards V and her wonderful communication for making everything happen despite all the past issues. Thank you V, you are the absolute best!!!!

Went to Via Roma yesterday and I met V, she was great and helped me find what I was looking for. The stuff at the store are great and the customer service was even better. I’ll be back soon.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS EVER! We ordered 7 suits from Via Roma in the Burlington Mall. Went in for fittings. We were told suits had been delivered, called to confirm to set up final fitting and were informed suits were not in. This pattern continued until the day before wedding. We were told we could pickup at 730pm on Friday * they close at 8pm). In the middle of rehearsal the groom drove down to Burlington to pick up suits. When the groomsmen dressed the next morning for wedding not one suit fit. We had to zip tie pants to stay up, suit coats could not be buttoned and the Father of the grooms pants were hemmed for a toddler! So disgusted!!! Via Roma does not even have the decency to return our calls! Shame on you and your company. DO NOT BLAME COVID FOR THIS MISTAKE. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THW SERVICE ATLEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL PEOPLE YOU CANNOT DELIVER!

This place is Amazing!! I have purchased 8 or 9 suits here over the last 3 years. I have got vests, ties and other accessories as well. Terrific service, prices are the best!! Will, the manager is a savant. He always finds great stuff for me, and makes me always go back

What a wonderful store and wonderful staff. They helped outfit my 16 year old in clothing that we could both agree upon. They were helpful, let us take our time and had great selections to choose from. I would 100% recommend.

The absolute best shopping experience I have ever had. Will was spectacular assisting my friends and I with finding the most jaw dropping looks. We talked a while about life and Krispy Kreme. My friends Mike and Cody both look like absolute studs when trying on the clothes. I will certainly be back the second I need some more clothes. The prices were perfect. The outfit is amazing. I had a great experience shopping @ Via Roma.Everyone at this location was courteous & engaging with me as I asked my 100 questions attempting to power through many years of clothing and style knowledge within a few minutes.They took great care of me and we were able to pick 3 great pieces for a phenomenally discounted price.I look forward to making another stop here when ready for some more improvements in my style and wardrobe.Thanks again for the help!!!!!

I stopped to buy an outfit yesterday for my son to go to his graduation today at 9:15am, my son cant go to graduation because the selling you forgot important parts of the clothes, when I called wanting to talk to the store manager he said Its me so I explained the situation and he smiling as if I was saying something funny treated the situation very relevant, finally, my son is in the room crying, he cant go to graduation because all his friends would be dressed for the ceremony and the clerk just ignored the fact, I dont recommend this place, Im going to look for my right and Im suing the store.

Going there is like meeting up with distant relatives- Always ready to help and interested in more than just a sale. Even if you dont have a lot of money, they will work with your budget. Definitely worth a visit...or two!

I bought some suits last week. And they were if you buy one you get two for free. I was charged $160 for alterations for each suit. While I felt that it was overpriced, I was willing to give them a benefit of the doubt. I came several days later as I was required and. All three tops will worse than when I looked at them at the first time. I drove a long way to get here and Im extremely unhappy right now. Now I have to make another trip. For the money that I paid for the alterations I expect them much better job. I will add more information later.Its Saturday now. Noone called despite my request and their promises. I dont know how they run the operation. I paid for something and I still love to received the benefit of my payment. Not contacting me is not an option. So I am reducing my review to one star. This is pool customer service and poor tailoring. They also feel to respond to my messages.I was promise to have the suit mailed to me to arrive by Monday. Today is Tuesday and nothing. I called and the person in charge is not available. I feel this is consumer fraud. They also refuse to give me the telephone number of their corporate headquarters so they want to hide the mistakes in house. Nothing works and the customer service just gets progressively worse and worse. if you look at the website you can see how bad the tailoring is and its too bad I didnt see it before so I wouldnt have to order what I considered junk tailoring.I gave them until Friday and as of Friday I will take the legal aid attorney and I do demand better customer service and better quality response to me none of which Ive gotten.If you had my experience and mine only, I would avoid this place. Is the result of the four going, I do not recommend buying anything there under any circumstances. The time to give these folks the benefit of the doubt is over. Employed these folks like to plague.So I never got the suit that was promised to be mailed. No one called me until almost 4-5 Hayes later. Then without talking to me and despite their protests, I was told that I was going to be refunded. They did nothing for my aggravation. They did nothing to tell me that they werent going to mail me the suits. They just do whatever they want and And stupidly believe that they dont have to keep their promises and they can get away with anything they want. And All they have to do to make me whole is to refund me the cost of the suits and alterations and everything is okay.Its not okay. Its disgusting customer service. And their response does not satisfy me. And why Im glad the time getting a refund, the aggravation and the time I spent over this failed sale, is and was totally ignored. And if I had to I would have filed legal action against them this Friday. So the mere fact to make themselves look good in refunding my money does not make them look good And dont let their answer fool you. This was aggravation for over 3 weeks. No customer deserve this selfish treatment.
