After buying a new vehicle from them, the sales department sent me off with a service engine warning light saying it should go away after a few days. It didnt so I took it to service and they said they couldnt fix the BRAND NEW VEHICLE because the testing equipment didnt show an error. THE BIG YELLOW LIGHT ON THE DASH ISNT AN ERROR? They refused to repair it and sent me off without even putting the truck back together fully because they ran out of rivets. However, I could drive back in a few weeks when they had more rivets to install at no charge to me.Mopar Direct has better warranties at a fraction of the price. Dont be DDs next victim!
They quoted the fix really high. When we left it there for a week we have brand new tires and when we went to go check on it the tire is messed up like if they ran over something. Which now we cannot afford to buy another tire because the fix on the truck was totally expensive will not use them ever again

Called 5 other RAM dealership service departments, thos other dealerships all recommended the same levle of repair w/ an average cost of just a couple hundred dollars....Meanwhile, LH MILLER recommended over $4,000 repair unnecessarily! When I questioned this, I received the response...We will do whatever you tell us to do, but it will cost you more in the long-run and that will be on you. Thats why we recommend just take care of it Right the first time. Classic pressure-sales techniques!
