I needed storage nearby relatively quickly. This facility was nearby and had good reviews. I called, the rates were the same as most other facilities but the location was right for me so I booked. I’m glad I did, because this place is very clean, Roxie at the front desk is so helpful and courteous. She’s dedicated and always running around doing something. She does a great job! My unit is climate controlled. I don’t expect it to be cold, but it is hot hot. Maybe crank it down a little guys.

Been renting a space for a year now. Havent had any issues, the rate is reasonable for the area. Climate controlled, good security yet easy access for customers. The staff is always helpful.

The facility is very clean, looks nice and is reasonably priced. The best part of this place is Roxie. She keeps the place looking in tip top shape and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right unit for our storage needs. Roxie is absolutely amazing and has restored my faith in storage facilities. This All Storage is the way to go!

Miss Roxie was so very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help me out when I was new to the whole storage thing. She answered every question and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in the door. Its very hard to find that most places. So I can already say Im going to love this place :) It was also very clean and you can tell they care about you and their buildings.

The ease of access is a huge benefit. We sold our house and have to move out by the end of the month, so the location is convenient as well.

Great location, very secure with 63 cameras and one entrance and it is also the exit. Roxie is the best at customer service.

The units are spacious and affordable. There are plenty of carts available which makes it much more easier to move stuff to your unit.

Good units. Have rented for over six years and they are always clean. No security concerns. Well lit with lots of security cameras. The site manager even helped me load a big piece of furniture into my SUV.

I was struck by the kindness and professionalism that I received from Roxie, the young lady who answered the phone, and I felt the need to acknowledge how pleasant it was to speak with her. I have been using All Storage for a few years now and have been pretty happy with the staff and the facilities. They are a large facility with indoor temperature controlled units. The have multiple floors and multiple elevators. When I drive into the parking level of the building, there are always dollies for me to use to and from my unit. They allow boat storage along with other types of vehicle storage. The facilities are always clean. I have been happy for the most part with their customer service. As far as rent, they have better prices than other places around here. They do raise the rent every year. Mine went up $12 this year, but as I understand it there is a cap they eventually do not exceed.

I had great customer service as they worked with me to find the best price for our storage needs. Units are clean, safe, easy to access and climate controlled. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very helpful. My arrival was delayed several times and All Storage was great about adjusting my arrival date. They allowed after hours access so that we could get all my household goods delivered in one day. That was much appreciated.

Facility was nice and clean. Ease of access was good and I felt like I was getting my moneys worth. I love the drive in bay area and the interior access of my unit. Staff is extremely friendly, especially Roxanne (I think this is the right name) and was very accomdating.

The facility is large, clean, well-lit, and safe. The staff has been helpful and is friendly. I have rented at this location 3 times the last 15 years and have been happy with this place.

I had a trailer parked here for about a year. It is a very nice trailer. The kind that someone would like to steal or break into. Between the secure location and the 24/7 cameras, I felt very comfortable with it being there. The staff was very helpful and polite. The place was clean and well kept, and the price was the best I could find. If I need storage space in the future, I will definitely check this place out again!

Management is there to help and always friendly. The parking areas are easy access. Gated and cameras for security. Definite fell good that I am storing my stuff here.

I called All Storage on Old Denton Rd and spoke to the property manager, Roxie Woods, who was extremely courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions about my storage unit. I spoke to her several times as we were trying to get a copy of my renters insurance to her (All Storage) email and afterwards she was able to conclude her assistance. I would highly recommend this storage facility as I am positive you will get the same courteous and professional assistance as I did today.
