Took my business up the street. Your on site manager was not helpful.I was able to get a unit at Extra Space Storage up the street completely over the phone and the staff there goes above and beyond!Im glad I did not rent here.

Ive had storage here for 3 years. Ive NEVER seen any nasty bugs like cockroaches. The temperature is ALWAYS constant (not too cold or too hot). Entire property is well kept and extremely clean. The employees are very helpful and polite. Well done.

I rented from them for about a year. The facility is well kept, clean, and indeed secure. Front office staff were helpful and accommodating, adhering to their security policies. The only small beef I had was with the elevator as I tried to move in and out. The elevator door was a bit finicky and went into alarm as we tried to fill it up in order to minimize the number of trips. Overall, i was pleased and our stuff stored well.

I love this place. I have never had a problem with staff. They are helpful when I need them.

These are the superstars of the storage industry. Matt (the manager at this location) and his team are accommodating, helpful and responsive. Regardless of your needs (renting their wonderful 16 box truck, changing or adding a unit, borrowing equipment), they are there for you. While we have a SUPERIOR entrance/road now, Parker road WAS under construc-tion for quite some time and Matt consistently worked with the construc-tion crews to protect our entry and expedite the new entry ramp. Security is outstanding (in and out of the units). Highly recommend this facility to store your possessions.
