This is a great place. I have used them for about five years. I moved to this location from one that was not “climate controlled.” What a big difference. Sometimes I need to work at the unit for thirty minutes or so. In the Texas heat, that used to be a killer. Now, I just drive up. Park very close, and work away in comfort. Very secure. I once lost my keys, but the managers took care of me. Great service.

I’ve been at this facility for 3 years and in those 3 years I have nothing but great things to say. Great rates, convenient location, and great overseers of all of my precious belongings. Mrs. Virginia and her husband are the absolute best! Thank y’all for all that you do!!

I’ve been using Self-Store for years and have been extremely satisfied with my unit.....or I should say “units.” I’ve downsized then upsized and just in the last day or two downsized again and Virginia and Chris have been great through the entire process. They even gave me a new unit just a few feet away so moving my “stuff” from one place to another took only a short time. I use an air-conditioned unit and have never had an issue with it plus I’ve seen the exterminator truck come around many times to keep all the critters away from all the units. I definitely recommend Self-Store and its fair prices for all of your “stuff.” Thanks Virginia for all your help.

Virginia and Chris are THE BEST! I have had a storage unit at Self-Store @ Midway for like 15 YEARS. I have been there through several management changes and they (Virginia & Chris) are the BEST OF ALL. Anything you need, and I mean ANYTHING---they will do everything they possibly can to assist their customers. I have refered several friends to this location and they have all been extremely happy using Self-Store @ Midway. The facility is safe, clean, well-maintained and at a great location. This is a great choice for long or short-term storage needs!

After a tour of WAY too many storage places; we picked this location. It felt so safe because Virginia and her husband made me feel like I was just adding a garage to my own home. We have been here a year and never a problem!

I love the couple who run this facility and live here too. They are so kind, accommodating and really funny as well! They alone are the reason I will keep storing here and tell people about it!

Ive used midway storage for over 3 years and had the most pleasant experience. Never an issue ether coming in or out of the facility or making a payment . The staff has been nothing but friendly and professional and makes you fell like they really care the serve and do their job for you. Sorry, I didnt double check the star rating. This is a great place, with a very special couple that takes the time to make sure you are well taken care of.

Unit LEAKED the entire time I occupied it. I tried to have them fix the issue on three separate occasions, with no resolution EVER. I finally decided to just move out.The response I received from the onsite manager was, these leaks can come from anywhere and are difficult to find. I understand it may be difficult to find, but after the third occasion of leaking all over my stuff I was done.
