I had service done by Autobahn earlier this year. I hit a curb and damaged my wheels, axel, tire, front bumper, liners, and more. Yes I know a mean curb. They were awesome, reassuring, patient, and the communication was amazing. I knew everything they were going to do and they kept my updated frequently. Once they repaired my vehicle it like the day I bought it! I haven’t had any issues since, and this was back in January. 10 out 10 would recommend this company! Thank you.

This is an AMAZING auto body shop. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Everyone is so pleasant, helpful and professional. They did a wonderful job on my bumper and kept me up to date on the progress. The price was so reasonable--I had expected more. And my bumper looks like new. I was so impressed with the entire operation. I highly recommend.

First off, wrecking a new truck is not a pleasant experience and I was not looking forward to the pending repair process however, I can not express enough how well Blake Perry and the whole staff at Autobahn handled my repair. I would recommend this business. They stand by their work, even years after it was performed. I had the clear coat peeling on the hood of my truck, and I talked to them. They had the paint company representative look at it and use a special electronic tool to measure the thickness of the remainder of the clear coat and determined that it needed to be resprayed. They had it done in under 3 days. Great Business Practices. I would definitely return if I needed another vehicle painted.Thank You.

Pretty unhappy all-around. When I got the car, it took me thirty seconds to notice a distinct grinding sound on the wheels that they were supposed to inspect after an accident, since three wheels where damaged. Took the car back to them, and they dropped everything to get it fixed (to their credit). Im taking the car to another shop to have it looked over, since they missed a couple of major things.The body work is shockingly mediocre. Three pieces were replaced and painted. Its very easy to tell what was repaired, since its peeling away from the body; it doesnt sit flat.Paint is good - no complaints except that the cabin now overwhelmingly smells of nail polish, which is to be expected.Theyre nice enough, and very communicative - which is a requirement, since youll have to go back repeatedly to fix the things they didnt get right the first time.I recommend taking your business somewhere else.----Edit and update: I just got off the phone with Blake, one of the managers at Autobahn. We had an extensive conversation where we discussed the issues that needed work, including the brake issue mentioned above, the poor molding work, and some damaged plastic pieces that were damaged during the accident and re-installed cracked, and a burnt-out blinker that I noticed on the drive home. Also discussed a communication and pricing issue on tires. Blake mentioned three times that he meant to call after seeing this review, and to check up on the repair, and assumed everything was fine since I didnt come back AGAIN to have them revise the repairs a second time.Blake repeatedly explained that they have procedures in place to prevent issues like these from happening, and his quality control doesnt allow things like this to occur. He then explained how his QC didnt happen on this repair (letting the car go inside and outside waiting for the tape to cure, allowing it to not sit flat), then spent another few minutes explaining that even though this happened on my car, it isnt possible for mistakes like these to happen at all, ever.The call ended with nothing being solved - Blake said that he would fix the mistakes the shop made, but said we should both be adults instead of doing him wrong by posting the original 2-star review. We agreed that since Im not going to drive 120 miles round-trip to have him redo repairs the shop did wrong in the first place, thats the end of it.

When your vehicle gets hit, its not a fun experience, especially dealing with insurance companies. Autobahn made the experience a pleasure.First off, fabulous customer service. Blake Perry was my contact and was with me in each and every step of the process. He was in daily contact with updates on the insurance company, rental car, parts coming in and progress made on my vehicle.Things were done on-time and his daily communication was great. I always knew the status and was comfortable with the progress and dates that he gave me.The final result was that my vehicle looked great. As good as new and they also give a lifetime warranty on their work.Great quality work, a very fair price, worked well with the insurance company of the party that hit my car and it was ready when they said it would be. You just cant ask for any more than that.I hope that I would never need to use them again, but if I ever do need body work, Ill go directly to Autobahn. Best of the best.

My granddaughter took a rock and proceeded to draw on the hood of my car. The scratches it made looked terrible and I was worried that the hood would need to be painted (about $400). The owner looked at it and said to pull the car into the garage and Jose buffed it out and it looked like new!!! Very professional work.

I dont usually bother with reviews but I was very happy with this shop and felt that a review was warranted. I drove up here from Colorado Springs because all of the shops down here had a 6+ month wait list after the recent hail storms and Autobahn got me in within 2 weeks.They were professional/knowledgeable/communicative throughout the process, handled every aspect of dealing with the insurance without bothering me, and best of all they got my car back to me on the *exact* day they had estimated nearly a month prior.The extensive hail damage was completely gone, paint job was perfect, and they even cleaned the car inside and out. I have zero issues or complaints and I definitely recommend the shop.

I have now used Autobahn twice for relatively minor fixes to my car. The first was a simple fix for some door dings that someone left for me. Quick fix and no problems. The second, and recent experience was a bit more complicated. I was rear-ended and needed my back bumper painted, and the internals fixed. I dropped the car off giving them two weeks to make the repairs while my wife traveled so I wouldnt need a rental. After not hearing anything before the day I needed to pick up, I decided to call and make sure it was done. Well, it seems that there was a mix-up and the paperwork got shuffled. Long story short, the car hadnt been touched.Avoiding pointless details, the end result was that Autobahn stepped up and stayed late to get my car finished on time the next day. They also took it upon themselves to fix my front bumper with minor damage from bottoming out FOR FREE. Alan and his staff really stepped up and made the situation right and then some.Though there was a mistake made throughout the repair process, they made sure to go above and beyond to make up for it. The repair work was top notch and I will continue to give them my business when I need vehicle repair.

Autobahn has been categorically the best place for me to have work done on my vehicles. From a patch of black ice getting off the interstate in 2005 when we fishtailed into a light post, to flying debris off a truck in front of us, to getting keyed by kids in a grocery parking lot, Autobahn has always restored our vehicles to excellent condition.Great staff, great service, A+ experience.

My experience here was excellent! They were able to fit me into the schedule very quickly, especially compared to the other shops that I called who told me it would be 2-3 weeks until they could get me in. I had to have all of the work done in just one afternoon since I use my vehicle for my job and I could only get an afternoon off. They accommodated me and my schedule and were able to get it done in the allotted time. The final product looks great!

The work performed was pretty good. The timeline however, could have been a bit better. The price was high, but I didnt mind for the quality work they did. Ill probably use them again, but Ill hold them to the time estimate next time.

They communicated extremely well with me throughout the entire process of their repairs and I personally recommend them to anyone seeking body work or general mechanical support services.

It doesnt get any better than having your vehicle repaired by Autobahn. Courteous, and high quality service, and promises kept. My vehicle was returned clean and detailed when I got it back. As hard as I looked to see the area that was repaired, it was impossible to tell. Autobahn is the best and I highly recommend bringing your vehicle there. They have worked on a number of vehicles for me, including my Mercedes Benz SL55. Never a disappointment.

I recently had some restoration work done on an old Chevy, and the guys at Autobahn did a great job in getting it taken care of. I understand the shop doesnt typically do restoration work, so my appreciation goes out to Barry and body man Steve for taking the car in and doing a great job! The rear quarters looks great, Steve did a fantastic job putting it all together, and not only got everything taken care of that I had requested, but educated me through the process. Ill be back.

My Family has been using this body shop since the mid 90s and I wouldnt take my car to anyone else. I hate to admit it but they have worked on about 10 different cars of ours. Quality of work is excellent and they are fair on Price. They have fixed everything for us from hail damage to over 22k in collision repair. We have only ever had one issue, they didnt argue with us one bit and they remedied the issue immediately without any hesitation. We will continue to use Autobahn in the future.

My husband and I called to get scheduled for our vehicle repair. The front office staff Becky tried passing us off when we mentioned we had hail damage saying we would need an estimate first and we could “come back after we got one.” This is not what our insurance provider instructed us to do. She had us talk with a repair estimator at the shop and had cleared up some details. When I was passed back over the phone to Becky to get scheduled, she proceeded to say we couldn’t drop off the car until September (when the estimator said we could bring it by and they’d get us scheduled). I can’t help but feel that this auto body place doesn’t value new clients and doesn’t care to hire phone employees who know what’s going on. We’ll be using a different provider.

I recently took my van in to have the back bumper repaired after a minor accident. It could not have been easier, and the whole process took less than an hour of my time. I dropped it off, the rental company came to pick me up, Autobahn fixed my van beautifully, and it was ready when they said it would be. They dealt with all the insurance items once I had a claim number. And, as a bonus, despite the fact that it was really minor damage to the bumper, they totally cleaned and detailed the whole thing, including the inside - and it is a 7 year old mini-van that we live out of - so that was no small task. And it looks fabulous!

I was very explicit when I took my vehicle in to have hail damage repaired. I told them do NOT fix the roof. I also told them that when they ran out of money that the insurance company gave them to stop working. I also told them that any extra money I had was going for Veterinarian bills (i.e. I couldnt cover the deductible).When the work was finished I received a bill for $1000. When I went over my instructions again I received an answer that a 2 year old would give I didnt understand. Im on a disability retirement and the Federal Government frowns on people printing their own money. Are they crooks or incompetent? If you use this company you get to decide.The good news is that they did do the work. The bad news is that the customer is responsible for making sure that all instructions are written down in detail.Im revising my rating (again) because now the owner is threatening to sue me because his people screwed up.I started off with Poor because of their mistake of which they have still not taken any responsibility. Then I increased it to good since they did do the job and to give them some incentive to resolve this issue. Since their resolution is to sue me Im changing the rating back to the way it was.The sad part of this is if he had just said Im sorry, I made a mistake and offered to give me some of my money back I would have agreed with that. Since they wont even admit they made a mistake a guess well have to see what a judge and jury has to say.

My vehicle had major front end damage and the passenger door was almost ripped off the vehicle. The vehicle was not driveable so we had it towed to Autobahn Auto body. They contacted my insurance company and had an adjuster out the next day for the repair authorization. Not only was the service fast but you cannot even tell the vehicle was in an accident! Thanks for the fast service and perfect repair...

Fantastic service and outstanding work.

If there was a negative star, Id choose minus 10+ on this one. Took my car in for a minor repair (door dent), got it back and the nightmare began. I went to pick it up and the obvious dripping paint (like a bad nail job), flat panel of paint sticking off my door (as if you squished paint between two surfaces and stuck it straight out from my car door), the chipped paint on the inside door jam, the mist of overspray on my windshield (and rest of car) and the highly toxic fumes inside my car that left an oily, black film inside my windows truly shocked me. The shop said THEY were not happy with the results and were truly embarrassed as they made an excuse (one of many) about their worker who did not show up last week.I indicated that I would have my insurance agent back for the pick up to review WITH me. From there, the shop chose to leave me out of the loop and scheduled an appointment with my own insurance company to see round 2 of the work without the courtesy of my presence.I got my car back.Again, the nightmare continued. My inside door panel was falling off. The one they removed while painting my door. I took this to another body shop with my insurance company present. The owner of that shop looked at it and documented many more issues than my untrained eye could see. The top coat was not properly applied. The paneling was not properly secured. The rearview mirror was not remounted correctly. The entire car was covered in overspray. The list goes on and on.My insurance company was very concerned by this sloppy, sloppy job. So, it was not just my personal disappointment, but two other professionals shook their heads at this mess.Today, after a several month ordeal from start to finish, I picked up my car from the OTHER body shop. I learned that once they got that panelling off, they found more of an unfinished mess inside.Now, it is fixed. The detail, the care, the service that I sorely missed at AUTOBAHN, exists right across the street. And, they gave me a complimentary car to drive the entire time mine was in the shop.You never know who to trust with your business. In my case, my brand new car got the initial damage (cause for bringing it in) and continued damage from AUTOBAHN. Awful experience. I can only hope that you choose wisely and that this helps. My very own insurance company circled back to AUTOBAHN with recourse.Good luck out there and drive safe!

I went to Autobaun to repair the hail damage on my car because they are one of State Farms preferred autobody shops in Castle Rock. To be honest, I dont understand the poor reviews here as I had a really good experience with Autobaun. They worked with my schedule to get me in as soon as they could and arranged to have a rental car available for me while my car was in the shop. They finished the job ahead of time and my car looks showroom beautiful again, like nothing ever happened to it. Also, the staff there is really nice - Barry and the nice lady receptionist there treated me like a long-time customer. I would definitely recommend them as a good place to take your car.

This has been by far the worst customer experience Ive had anywhere. First, we take our car, a 2015 Subaru WRX STI with only a few thousand miles on it...essentially brand new, there for accident repair, and they took a month and a half before they called to say it was done. During this time, we got a couple updates saying it would be done it a week or so. Finally, when we took delivery of the car, the color match was so far off that it looked like two different car parts on the car. When we pointed it out, they were saying things like...It looks different because one part is plastic and the other is metal...its normal. So we pointed out the fact that every car has metal and plastic painted and it all looks like the same color. They started to say You dont know what youre talking about....after several rounds of this, another person from the body shop came put and said that they agreed its not right, so they took it back. A week later, they called and said its done. The color match was correct this time. But when we got the car home, we noticed a huge dent in the roof of the car, and several of the yellow warning guages were on and would not turn off, the seat belt didnt work and the tire that they replaced wont hold air, we have to inflated it every 24 hours. So, we take the car back, try to explain and they started denying the dent on the roof was there when we brought them the car and they tried to say we should take the tire to Discount Tire, and they spend about 30 minutes trying to convince us that it wasnt their fault. I had pictures of the accident on my phone and showed them that dent on the roof was in fact a result of the accident. They only agreed to fix it because they called the insurance adjuster for payment, otherwise they said they would charge us. The agreed to fix the roof, the seat belt, the engine lights and the tire issue. They took the car back for a couple days, and I will say they covered us with a rental car for these few days, but when we got the car back, the roof looks great, but the seat belt still isnt fixed, the tire still needs to be inflated every 24 hours and the dash warning lights are still on.They flat out lied to us on many occasions, their integrity is completely missing.DO YOUR SELF A BIG FAVOR...DONT GO HERE!

Wont step foot in there again. Bad customer service. Lucky for me I didnt have them work on my car. Could only imagine how bad their work is if their customer service is as bad as I experienced.
