Great service! There was an issue when we got home with our vehicle not starting correctly. We called. They came out to our house within the hour and fixed it (turned out it was just a dead battery). Their response was prompt and professional!

The shop ordered the wrong mirror (And blamed Ford), body panels was returned damage/dented, hood was put on incorrectly, door is not on properly and making noise, and they charged for parts that they didnt have to purchase (They charged me $250 for a tire that was covered under warranty). When going back to the shop for fixes (Returned 4 times), they claimed its FORDs issue and they did not take responsibility for the poor body repairs they performed. They just about deflected all blame to shoddy aftermarket parts and not their ability to either screen for poor parts or to paint properly. I would not recommend other than Kimberly who was the nicest person there.

I got an online estimate from Calibre to fix a dent and a scratch on my rear passenger door. The bid was reasonable but $100 higher than another bid I got across town, but still $900 less than still another bid I had received. But Calibre had done some work for us in the past and did a great job, so I wanted to follow up with them for an in-person quote. At Calibre, Tanner checked everything against the online estimate, and it was all accurate. But in talking to him about the damage and how I wanted the door restored, Tanner was quick to realize there were options that didnt have to cost $1500. He asked if I had 10 minutes to spare, and he took my car to the back to see what he could do. He came back 10 minutes later and I asked him what the verdict was. He said it was all done. He was able to pry out the dent and polish it out. It looks good as new, with damage only visible in certain light (and Im sure by certain people, but I am not one of them). He said they could, of course, fix it properly by redoing the whole door, but this may do the trick. Heck yes, it did! And even better, when I asked how much it would be, Tanner said no charge! I was so impressed with the client advocacy, the honesty, and the kindness. I will never go anywhere else for autobody repair and I will tell everyone I know. I talked to other autobody shops in town, in person, and no one gave me such options. Cheers to Calibre Collision! I stopped by to get a quote on my paint due to debris that hit my car on the freeway. Paul actually buffed the scratches he could out and then quoted me the work. He was awesome to buff that out at no charge. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

Shattered sunroof glass was replaced on an insurance claim. Repair estimate was precise and detailed with no hidden costs. Staff and service advisor were courteous and knowledgable. Entire repair process was well coordinated with insurance carrier, seamless and worry free. Repair was performed on schedule, per OEM standards and with correct parts (per insurance coverage). Vehicle was returned clean. Excellent service overall and highly recommended.

They were on time and informative while the vehicle was in the shop.The workmanship is excellent.

Work appears quite nice, better than I had hoped it would look. People are quite friendly, and clearly have a an appreciation for their customers. However, in my case the work took almost three weeks longer than promised. Evidently my assigned customer manager went out for an extended absence. Assuming or accepting their explanation the main schedule issue was receiving delayed parts, my real complaint was their lack of reassigning or handling the customers of the absent customer representative. My middle-of-the-road rating is best described as poor customer communication, and better than expected quality of work.

Paul at Caliber Collision in Castle Rock provided amazing customer service. My vehicle was returned to its former self after a brush with my garage. Paul really cares about his clients and community. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Ive had two consecutive awful experiences with this shop. The first time I had to take my car to another place to get it fixed properly. The second time only part of the quoted work was even done but the full price was charged anyway.

So when I had an animal incident and my wheel well was hanging on my tired, I called them to see if they could help that morning so I could get to work. Jim was on it, pull my car in and got it all fixed up so I could get to work and didnt even charge me. I will use Caliber with my auto collision needs!

Caliber Collision in Castle Rock is AMAZING. John, the General Manager, is always ready to help out when I come in and knows the names of people in my family and all my cars. Last time I brought in my Audi A7 because my wife backed into it, he basically took the keys from me, took it in the shop, and fixed it right one the spot for me without charging me. If he had said it was $1000 I would have paid it, but he just buffed it out on the spot and removed other scratches at the same time! These guys are truly awesome. Thanks John and Caliber!

Collision damage repair. on time and great communication

I have had two cars repaired at this Caliber Collision in the last 8 months. Once when my wife hit a deer and my car which was struck by another vehicle. In both cases I was dealt with in a very professional manner by John, the manager, and his employees. I was well informed during both processes and they went above and beyond to make sure that the work done was exceptional. The owners are a nice family and try hard, but referring to quality and speed I think they are far behind market average. They are slow, the place is not clean at all and at the end they gave me a quote for my break pads for $900!! I got my brakes taken care of at just brakes for just $400.Actually they deserve just a one-star, I gave them the second star because as I said the owners are nice.

Complete bait and switch! Final bill was more than double the quote initially provided. My point of contact failed to touchbase on any of the scheduled follow up calls. Parts added to the bill are so far from the point of impact it’s not plausible for the parts added to really be needed and doubtful these parts were actually replaced. The day of pickup was a debacle costing me an extra day of car rental. Still have no idea if my car is ready! I would not return to caliber or recommend them to anyone ever.

We have used the Castle Rock Caliber Collision twice...once when we hit a deer that darted across the road in front of us and once because of hail damage. We were pleased with the repair work both times...so much so that I used the name in my latest novel.

Not helpful. Got into my first accident and was trying to get my car repaired. They stoned walled every solution I gave and game me a poorly done estimate and refuesed to take my car into their lot. Got a guy up in Longmont to fix my car much faster and much cheaper then Calibur collision. My advice to anyone going through the same thing. Find a small shop in your town. They will perform much better faster and cheaper then calibur.

Edited review.Inititally gave 1 star because check engine light came on again after 20 mins of driving.Raising it because they sent someone out almost immediately, and it was a quick fix. The check engine light wasnt dangerous.They did a great job otherwise. Car was almost totaled before, looked like new.

Kind of a whole in the wall place, but they seemed nice when I stopped in. Decided on a different shop.

They took really good care of the car, made it right and were up front and honest.

This is the last place I would take my car again. It was a very frustrating experience. We got the run around from them every day. They told us our car would be ready every day for 2 weeks and when I finally got to take it home it still wasnt really fixed- we are now having to pay someone else to do what they should have already done. I went in one day and talked to a person named Raphael and the next time I went in his name was Jim. If they dont even know who they are how can you expect them to fix a car. If you have to use a Caliber Collision go to Parker. They were great!!!

Ive had my car fixed here a few times. Its a bit of a long wait to get an estimate and schedule a repair, but otherwise they do great work!

Its been a bit of a frustrating experience with Caliber so far. Overall customer service has been good however my concern is that they dont have the best quality assurance processes in place for when cars leave their shop. Here are a few of my concerns:1. Internal antenna no longer works (radio)2. Hole punched in a part of the topper flap3. Minor hail damage to topper was never addressed4. Hood appears to be aftermarket (not OEM) and is wavy5. Hail damage to passenger side mirror was repaired, driver side was notI am going to bring the truck into Caliber this week. To Calibers defense, theyve been more than willing to make things right.

Honest

Worst place ever!! Had a collision in which the front of my car was damaged-the hood. They replaced a headlight-when there was no damage to the headlights, now I have one shiny new headlight and one dim old one. They didnt properly fix my hood-its still out of alignment, closes too tight that its difficult to open, and theres more of a gap on the driver side then the passenger side. Also because of how they fixed my hood, the paint is cracked and coming off- I have bare metal showing now!!. They also didnt bother painting the whole hood and fenders. When I noticed the difference in the headlights and the poor paint job I tried calling them and they gave me the run around and then blew me off. USAA recommended this place, I WOULDNT SEND MY ENEMIES HERE!!

Beyond displeased, i had a fender bender someone rear ended me they were to replace my rear bumper and fix a few dents and scratches. I was given this whole story about some machine they have that can match colors well my rear bumper looks nothing like the rest of my vehicle they said theyd be able to match colors and the certainly did not do that. Second they call me on the day my vehicle is supposed to be done and proceed to ask me if my break lights, blinkers, and headlight worked before i brought my vehicle in?.... YES so they had to figure out that they had not reconnected the vehicles ground properly so now Im stuck without my vehicle for another two days because they couldnt fix it before the weekend. LAST its a king ranch truck, anyone whos ever owned one understands how hard it is to maintain the leather in the vehicle well i do my best to keep the leather in better condition than most, i get my truck today and my steering wheel is COVERED in gunk so i returned and said hey look at this... it was not like this when i dropped it off this needs to be fixed and cleaned, now you would assume that a place of business such as caliber collision would know how to properly clean and take care of this... think again he comes back tells me its clean we walk over to the truck and it appears that someone took an old rag and some water and scrubbed my LEATHER steering wheel as hard as they could for a couple minutes.. i just left in disbelief Im currently at home trying to treat the leather on the steering wheel and bring it back to life. this place is a joke i would not recommend this location to anyone ever.

The company will not pre-order parts and therefore cannot give any timeline on vehicle completion. The company told me USAA would pay for more than 30 days of rental if the parts caused the problem. USAA indicated this was not true. Cannot trust this shop.
