Best customer service in the business! The lady who works at the front was incredible. She knows her job very well. She streamlined the entire process for me. Everything from helping with my rental car to sending me text updates daily. She is extremely organized and made everything look easy. Exactly the type of person you want representing your business! It really sucked that someone hit my car but Service King made the process of getting it fixed as good as it could be. My car looked amazing when I picked it up too!

I hit a deer in my Lexus and there was body damage. Service King repaired it and it looks better than it did before. They finished the job one week prior to the promised date. I was kept up to date every couple of days on the progress via text and this was nice.

The lady at the desk was too lazy to walk out and look at my vehicle after I told her I wanted a piece of the frame straightened so she scheduled an appointment for me to come in the following week. When I came in she was making love to some fried chicken and told me that I rescheduled for next week. After I stood there looking at her in disbelief she finally said, “come on, you have to walk out here with me”. She went out, took one look and said “sorry we don’t do that here”. What I didn’t tell her is that I already got another quote from a nearby shop who said they can fix the problem for $255.

If i could give 0 stars I would.... Terrible experience/ service and I didnt even have my car repaired yet by them. The lady in the front was super rude from when I walked in (heavier set red head lady). I clearly had a reservation, I showed via email and text message. They lady was being super rude. I am 39 weeks pregnant and schedule to have a c-section so was trying to get this done before my surgery which is scheduled next week. I had to leave because I got so upset my 3 year old daughter could tell I was in tears.

Friendly service, but not as customer centric as they could be. Quality assurance can use some improvement as well. Had to take my vehicle back twice because they forgot to put the vehicle badging on the tailgate. Not a major issue, but now I wonder what else may have been missed. Never got an apology for the error.

They said they fixed my sons truck. They didnt do all the repairs. Had to order parts that got stuck in the TX storm. Had they ordered parts and fixed it right the first time, parts would have been here by now. Still waiting on parts. My son said companies should fix things right the first time. Garbage was left in my sons truck bed also. They couldnt even clean up after themselves. Maybe theyre good at dent/paint repair but not good at mechanical repairs. I think they got paid by insurance company to do repairs and then didnt, do keep more of the insurance money versus paying the employees to do the work or spending money on parts.

Great experience. Their Parker office was very busy so they delivered my car from Parker to the Castle Rock facility so it could be completed quickly. It was completed 7 days early looks great and they communicated every part of the process to me. Highly recommend their services.

They not only did a great job with the repair of my Toyota Tundra they also helped me deal with a very unhelpful insurance adjuster. When I dropped the truck off they told me the estimated date my truck would be ready and I didn’t think that this date really meant anything, I have had experiences with other shops that would give me a date at the beginning and that date was never the actual date the vehicle was ready. But with Service King not only was my truck ready on the date they told me from the start, they also would send updates on the progress of my repair throughout the process. This was very helpful. And on top of all of the great service the truck looks great! By far the best experience I’ve had with a body shop.

I hate to leave a poor review, but do NOT go to this place for any kind of repairs. The first person I talked to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, spoke condescendingly and was clearly annoyed to have to talk to me on the phone. Very poor customer service, and that should have been my first sign to go somewhere else. Secondly, when I finally was able to bring my car in, they told me it would take a week and a half to fix. It ended up not being finished until TEN DAYS after that date, and I was not notified by the shop about ANY changes or updates on the completion date, nor was my auto insurance company. I had to call 3 times to get any kind of response. In fact, that was a pattern throughout the entire process; I had to initiate contact multiple times EVERY time. I ended up having to pay a lot more for a rental car than I anticipated because of this lack of communication and a lack of apparent ability to follow through on their services. On the date that I was promised my car, I had to go pick it up AFTER the shop’s closing time.After I got my car back, I had extremely low tire pressure in one of my tires, but Service King told me the levels were normal. Obviously not, because my low tire pressure light was on when I picked the car up. The shop also told me that the alignment in the front of my car was off and it would cost me an additional $200+ out of pocket that would not be covered by my insurance to fix “necessary parts.” I took my car to Groove Ford, and they did their own tests and examined my vehicle. Turns out that my REAR tires are misaligned and I don’t NEED any of those parts. What a great excuse to take more money from a client! Also, my vehicle smells strongly of alcohol after getting it “detailed.” I will probably need to take it elsewhere to have the interior cleaned again and spend MORE money on this.

This was our first experience with Castle Rock Service King and they exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, did excellent repair work and detailed our car before we picked it up. In the past I have picked up a car only to find the entire car loaded with dust. I highly recommend this shop.

To be transparent, I was not looking forward to going to a car repair establishment. I had been rear ended and the insurance company I went through suggested Service King. I had not been to a location like this before, so I had reservations from the beginning. HOWEVER, I was beyond pleasantly surprised by my experience. I have to leave a 5 Star Review for Thomas Ramirez at Service King. He had extremely proactive communication, was thorough in his explanation of the process and had absolutely stellar guest service (he actually stayed almost 25 min past close so I could pick up my repaired vehicle)! The repairs went great and my vehicle looks perfect! We will return for sure! Thank you Thomas Ramirez! I sincerely hope that your Superiors and Corporate Office receives this. They have one excellent employee on their hands! Thank you again!

While we did not take our vehicle here for repairs as it was already at another shop, the level of customer service and time provided for inquiries was amazing (Hal). I would recommend this shop for the simple fact that they are detailed in their approach and very customer oriented.Update: Of course with my luck, our next car needed body/paint repair after a run in with a concrete post... Oh 2020... Service King was our choice this time around and our expectations were exceeded. Thorough communication as a part was a bit delayed and the car was returned in pristine condition.

Overall, the repair looks good. There was some confusion around pricing and I ended up paying more than I was first quoted. They reduced some of the bill to help, but the original quote was not honored. They also did a mediocre job on the final wash.

The scheduling process is ridiculous. You cannot deviate at all from the times given. I wanted to drop a car off the night before the appointment and the scheduling representative had no idea how to make that happen. However after going in to the shop the manager apologized and was able to get me scheduled for and estimate. I appreciate the help at the store and hopefully the nationwide scheduling can be improved.

Had my vehicle repaired a year ago at a different company and the repairs failed. My insurance company recommended that I take the my vehicle to Service King in Castle Rock. I have to say from the moment I walked in I was impressed. Very professional and willing to help in any way. The repairs took a little over a week and when I got my vehicle back it was spotless inside and out. I took it for a test drive before accepting it and it drove better than it ever did. Thank you Ross and Service King for a job well done. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Even drove me to lunch while my car was being examined! Just ask for what you need. They work on Tesla Model S’s and they are much faster than the Denver Metro Service King simply because less people make the drive down there.

I was very pleased with the repair and the timeliness. While they are short handed, their website was very helpful in tracking the status of the repair. In addition, they returned my car fully detailed and cleaned, which I did not expect. Originally I was quoted 5 business days and miraculously my car was completed within that time! So no complaints... I left my car on Feb 26th and picked it up on March 4th. I am very happy with the final results and would not hesistate to recommend this business.

I had an exceptional experience at Service King. My car was in a crash in the mountains and Service King repaired my car that was towed in. My car was towed in and they evaluated and repaired my vehicle in a seamless manner without my having personally drive in to the shop. Justins service was exceptional. He stayed in regular contact with me with updates on the status of my vehicle. The car was finished a week ahead of schedule and Justin went through the vehicle repairs with me upon picking up my vehicle. I would highly recommend Service King Collision Repair of Castle Rock.

Terrible customer service and no follow through. My car still isn’t complete. It’s been months. They have received phone calls from USAA and me. I had to finally call and share my concerns and disappointment with the front desk and still no manager called back. No apology for bad service and incomplete work. USAA called and they assured them they would call me back to confirm the final part and service and I’m still waiting. Don’t use them! You have to leave and hope your car is in good shape when it’s not even done. With their service and incomplete job who knows. Terrible experience.

In addition, the final price was cheaper than the quote because their amazing techs were able to take out the dents without having to repaint. I would definitely recommend Service King.

I was referred here by my Allstate agent. I was told that they would take care of me and there would be no problems. The incident happened 08/2017 here we are 3/2018 and I think Ive got all that I will at this point. Let me start with the fact that I like Jeff and Justin as people and could see myself having beers with these guys but at the end of the day I feel like I took my truck to Arbys to get an engine swap.The shop had 4 months to prepare to receive my truck then they had it for 8 weeks. I had to have my truck back so I took it back being told that it was done but the alarm system still needed work, the cruise control had the wrong connection (which I have since verified that it did and does not), the ash tray would be replaced when one came in, the lights on the dash would be replaced if or when they could, and for the kicker the power outlet was not fixable since it was irreplaceable.I returned my truck 2 weeks later and left my truck for another two weeks. I dont know who can go without their truck for two weeks or 8 weeks or every couple of weeks but I cant pull horse trailers or campers with my car. I got my truck back after 2 weeks and nothing had been done... literally nothing!! I was told that the ash tray came in but was broke so they needed to order a new one, the bulbs in my dash were said to have been replaced but burned out within an hour (scratches head). I asked what caused it and was reassured that it was a fluke and the bulbs would be replaced again and be fine the next time. I may not be the prettiest crayon in the box but I have a motto if it aint broken it aint mine so I have the ability to fix things. Bulbs blowing out within an hour is indicative of a larger problem or a lie. I was told that the power outlet was still and was to remain irreparable, the cruise control was not fixable, and it was up to me to deal with the alarm system company to get that fixed.I got a call from Service Kings a week or so after but told them I wanted to finish the work on my side of the state. They said they would work with the other SK to get the ash tray completed and bulbs put in. Never got the call back. Went to the junk yard over the weekend and pulled an ashtray, bulbs for my dash (which havent blown in 3 days and I dont expect them to), get this I even found 2 power outlets so I have an extra in case the first one ever burns out. I even got a new rear view mirror, sun visors, all kinds of other cool stuff, I even pulled a dash cover from a 97 for my buddies truck.It sucks to have so much admiration for my truck but to drop her off at a place that appears to be so lackadaisical and carefree about the repairs on my vehicle. There are a lot of things that could be fixed from a business stand point but my salary doesnt depend on that shop running effectively so I wont delve into my thoughts on what could be done to fine tune that shop.At the end of the day I have my truck back and have had to do some of the repairs myself. My alarm system is still broken, my remote start still doesnt work, and the cruise control, still doesnt work. Ive managed to fix the minor things that were left but I do not have the technical know how to troubleshoot an issue with the electric system which I believe is what is causing the remaining issues.

Only reason I bought our car here was our insurance recommended it. It’s been nothing but a horrible experience. 90% there phones are down and computer system too. Our service advisor has been on vacation for the past two weeks with no one filling his spot. So we received no update on the car. Now they say things where not installed right in the car when they got it. And when they did call us saying the car is done they yell and threaten us to pick it up before they close which was in 5mins lol worst place to go by far and would never go to any service king again. Our car will be taken back to our ford dealership to fix there work

So far our repair is delayed. Not sure exactly whats happening. Something about the wrong part being shipped twice. Not blaming them for the issue, just wish I didnt have to call them to find out that Im not going to get my car tonight. They might want to be a little more proactive in calling customers to let them know of the status.

-10000/10. Service king has been nothing but terrible. I gave them my car on April 22nd and my vehicles estimated date of repair was May 24th. May 24th come and I have returned my rental and very excited to receive my long awaited vehicle just for them to tell me it was not ready. They explained they were waiting on parts and it that it would not be ready for a week. I finally have received my vehicle eager and excited but the car didn’t start up right. I figured it was just because it hadn’t been started in a about a month and figured okay that is normal. However the battery died after 4 days of getting the car back and I had driven it twice since I got it back in my possession. Turns out the employees working on the car would use my radio without the car on and leave all the doors open and not even charge my battery. When I called them to complain and tell them I have spent two hours stranded because they forgot to charge my battery. The managers response was “it worked when I gave it to you”. The customer service of service king is atrocious and I will never give them my business ever again.

Poor communication- No timelines or expectations were given.Slow- took 2 weeks to replace a bumper cover.Broken expectations- I asked them to buff some scratches and debadge. They offered to do those for me for free. Neither of which were done and the guy didnt even know if they were done or not when I came to get the car.Slop customer service- receptionist sounds like shes half asleep. I was told my car was done (after having to call myself to find out) so i came 30 minutes before close and was told they needed 15 minutes to dry the car. Clearly not done.Mediocre repair- bumper lines with the brand new OEM bumper were off, theres a significant blemish in the paint on one corner.

I had the displeasure of dealing with “Kurt” one of the estimators over at service king. I was bringing in one of my families cars for repair after an accident. We have taken multiple vehicles through service king as they work with our insurance and have been reputable in the past. I scheduled an appointment for drop off for the vehicle and upon my arrival Kurt came out, oblivious to the previous communications. When I explained that I might gather multiple estimates, Kurt angrily said that whoever I decide to go to can do th estimate and he will not conduct an estimate and that I should take my car elsewhere. I decided to speak with a manager as I thought Kurt was mistaken and was reassured that they would conduct a thorough estimate and will ensure proper repair. This was said as Kurt yelled “we won’t work on your car” and stormed out of the room. My review will stay as one star because a company is only as strong as their weakest link, and the horrible treatment and disrespect that I was given by a front of house employee, shows their weakness.

Having to fix a banged up car is a stressful time, so I was thrilled that Auto Image made the entire experience completely STRESS FREE. The estimate process was fast and simple, and the actual time for repair was exactly as long as I was told it would be. Not to mention, the repair to my car was perfect. Hopefully I wont need to, but if necessary, I will take my car back to Auto Image again.

My daughter had her car struck at the Sonic parking lot--weve all been there right? I took my daughters car in to Auto Image Collision location in Castle Rock in mid-September and spoke with Eric Labouvie. Instead of the promised 2 week out schedule for repair per Eric, they scheduled it for November 25th. Not happy about 6 week delay, but agreed to that date. Received a call from Cindy their schedular on 24 November saying they need to reschedule me for late January b/c they were so busy with the snow storms and other business. I stated it was unacceptable and that makes this a 4 month repair and I was on their schedule first. Give me an alternative. Yeah, that did me no good. I let them know I would tell everyone I know their service is terrible...so here you go. I would look elsewhere in Castle Rock to insure better, more prompt service.

After the embarrassment of wrecking my paid off 2009 Ford Focus SES, I thought we would be getting back into another costly car payment. I worked with Eric Labouvie at the Castle Rock, CO location and I was very pleased with his professionalism and great attitude. Eric called throughout the process to keep us in the loop and I felt like we were in good hands for the duration of our business venture. We got the car back today and I was shocked at how seamless the work was. I could not even tell that work had been done at all. Looks the way it did off the showroom floor.
