The staff over at Wicked Collision Center were great in getting my car fixed from damaged to looking brand new and they also did an amazing job with detailing it. It iterally looks brand new. They were also very good at communicating where they where at and when they got it done

I walked in right as the owner was walking out to leave somewhere. Instead of assigning someone to me, he asked how he could help and came right out to diagnose and fix the problem w/ my truck. It was a 5 minute fix for him, but something Ive been dealing with for two weeks because its not my expertise. Its been a while since Ive received customer service like that before. And whats even better, I was curious how he was going to charge me since it was an easy fix for him at next to nothing cost, but I would have still given him money if hed wanted to charge. Rather than make $20 off me, hes just earned a customer for life and Ill be recommending him to everyone who ever needs his services. In fact, Ill be back next week with my wifes car.

Wicked did an amazing job on my BMW F30 335i xDrive! I was backed into in a Del Taco parking lot, and their insurance led me here. I could not ask for better work, it looks absolutely perfect! Thank you for the amazing attention to detail, I really appreciate you guys!

I have had a broken pin in the trunk of my Audi Avant for months so the hatch strut could not be attached, causing the hatchback to not stay up, annoying and inconvenient! I took it to McDonald Audi... may have just as well bought a brand new car by the time they were done with their estimate. Two other shops quoted me hundreds of dollars to drop the headliner, remove the interior panels to get behind the pillar and reattach. Called Wicked Collision Center, they were close by and the owner told to come on in and they could probably spot weld it while I waited. Drove in today, the guys looked at it, figured out a way to reinsert the threaded bolt and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes and said, no charge. I couldnt do that to them so paid them $20 each for their time and was on my way. Great service, and appreciated their ingenuity and willingness to get it done! Thanks guys!

Just went in, and these guys were super reasonable. Were kind enough to pull out a dent in my bumper free of charge, unlike other shops that wanted to charge me 200-300 for ten minutes of work.Will be coming here when we decide to replace the bumper entirely!

I took my car to Wicked Collision Center for a dent in the back of my car. The estimate process was very efficient and all work was detailed on the quote and the quote was delivered to me within a couple of hours after being in the shop. Scheduling the work was easy and flexible. When I picked up my car, the work was complete and looks perfect. Additionally, an extra little surprise, my car interior was detailed when I picked it up. All team members that I encountered at Wicked were helpful and very knowledgeable and kind. I very highly recommend Wright and his team!

Just got our car back and the work is amazing! I took our Armada in for what Wright describes as a simple bumper fix. The paint job is flawless and looks like brand new. The price was extremely fair and less than I anticipated. I took it in on Monday and It was ready on Wednesday. Would not hesitate to return in the future.

I received a price estimate from these guys and was put in a position where I couldnt back out of the costs. Their pricing is extraordinarily high in comparison to the work being done at other body shops. When I called the owner to see if he could walk me through the cost estimate and explain why their numbers were so high, he angrily projected at me and wouldnt help. I told him I would pay the costs, but would leave a poor online review, and he threatened to sue me if I did so....so here we are. (FYI/update, everything he says in the post below is untrue and attacking). I not accusing the owner of anything other than being angry at me.
