Ken is super - super high energy, super professional, and super on top of it with helping me navigate Progressive Insurance. Our car got rear ended and Ken was super helpful in getting me in touch with the right people to get my car 100% fixed at zero cost to me. He told me who to call to get a rental (100% covered), and then gave me a heads up that Progressive was going to try and weasel out of paying for the rental.I was able to return the rental before they could stick me with the bill, and a couple days later, my car was ready - he even got Toyota parts at no extra cost!Overall, a great experience in less than great times. Be patient and listen to what Ken says - my car looks great and it cost me nothing! My car looks better now than before it got hit!

Just had my 21 Jeep Gladiator repaired by Ken and his team at Fix Auto. Ken’s team is awesome. I had the upmost confidence that I would get my Jeep back and have it better than factory. I was updated at every step of the process and was not surprised by anything . Bottom line Ken and his team at Fix Auto is the best.

This place is horrible, they do the minimum to fix and its sloppy. Took 7 weeks to repair my sons pickup, left it outside, rodents chewed through engine wires and the owner calls it an act of God and refuses to pay to fix the damage. Dont go here you will regret it! Ken promised to refund $300 of deductible in a text but reneged. I wonder how long this negative review will last before he deletes. Very unprofessional to call a dissatisfied customer harassing. Really?

From the moment I entered the shop, Ken was friendly, as well as up front and honest with the entire process of the repairs I needed. He handled all aspects of the repairs, including the insurance claim and rental car. He took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen to my vehicle, and how the entire process would go from start to finish.The completed repairs look exceptional, and its obvious that attention was paid to all of the details, both large and minute. Wow. Thats all I can say. Owner Ken was completely honest with me, he worked with the insurance company and kept me from having to go through any hassles there, and he did just phenomenal work on my fender. He is a true artist, he repaired my creased fender and repainted such that no one could ever tell anything happened to it. Not only did they do the work well and in a timely manner, but they went the extra mile to clean my truck! The whole thing looked better after I left, and I couldnt be happier. Hes a nice guy, a hard worker and family man. He values his customers and it shows. Im glad I picked him and his crew based on their high review, it was not misleading!

I was extremely surprised and beyond satisfied with this company. My truck was hit from behind and caused around $8,000.00 worth of damage. The repairs were perfomed beyond my expectations. Dont bring your vehicle here. The ethics of Ken are pretty poor. I brought my vehicle here on the recommendation of an insurance agent. He tried to total the vehicle out, and when insurance denied, he sat on the vehicle hoping to fight them on their decision. Meanwhile, he allowed rodents to make a rather large nest under the hood and didnt notice when he replaced the battery. He could t figure out why my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree only after he had my vehicle. Things happen, I get it. He then proceeded state it was an act of god /that he was not responsible for. After reasoning with him, he agreed to fix it.Could have received a good review for being a man of his word. Instead, after consulting with the neighboring shop, who initially agreed to fix it, both decided that they would have no part. All Around Auto next door, owner John is unfortunatley on board with feeling that I should cover the cost because its like hail damage, not our fault. Pretty poor ethics all around.I dropped off a vehicle that needed a pretty straight forward job and got back a vehicle that is undrivable with a refusal to take ownership of his mistake of leaving my vehicle outside for 6 weeks with no reasonable solution other than to claim its not his fault.**To respond to your inaccurate reply:However, we did offer not only a new battery, but money back as well.--Which was agreed upon before your text three hours later refusing to take any ownership. You neither returned money or came up with any viable alternative. I spoke to you directly and had it resolved before leaving.We also offered to have the vehicle looked at by our reputable mechanic shop, however, due to the behavior that was displayed by yourself and your mother, they refused your business.--Really? Interesting that you refused to own any of the problem of your shop. I was on the phone with my agent as to how to handle it when you spoke condescendingly to my mother. We spoke after when you asked how can we resolve this?Unfortunately at this point we did have to report the harassments to the authorities and have been legally advised to cut off all communication so this will be the last response.--I never threatened anything until you texted later as to get out of your obligation. Ken, its really rather sad you cant stand behind what you said you would do. I gave you the opportunity to make it right.I would have loved to had the 5 star experience and left a nice review, but you really dropped the ball.Good luck to all those who trust you with their vehicle.

I decided to use Fix Auto because all the body shops recommended by USAA had horrible reviews with horror stories of cars taking months to be repaired. Fix Auto had my car inspected the day I brought it in, and it was back out the door in 10 days despite pretty significant rear end damage. They coordinated everything with USAA so I didnt have to worry about a thing! Honestly the car looks better than it did before I was even rear ended. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Ken was very personable from the moment I met him. I took a chance on him, as the center my insurance company was going to send me to was closed and just as I was about to research other collision centers, here walks Ken offering to help me out. He gave me a tour of his shop, and Ive never been in a collision center before this, but this is the cleanest, nicest collision center Ive ever seen. What a GREAT experience I had with Revamp Collision. Ken sent me photos of the progress of my vehicle repair and always followed up with me when he said he would. I never had to call for updates and my vehicle was completed at the scheduled time of pick up. This company has not forgotten what customer service is. Ken and his team have been so great through an unfortunate experience. My car was crashed over two weeks ago and was accidentally delivered to Revamp’s lot. I was recommended to go to Revamp by a customer of mine at my place of work. I had some damage on my rear bumper that I needed fixed. Before I heard about Revamp I called Caliber, Autobahn and Michaels and was told it would be two weeks before they could even look at the car. I called Revamp and was told to swing by the SAME day for a quote. I drove over for the quote and Ken the owner immediately walked outside and called me by name. He looked at the car and told me he would send me an estimate in a couple of hours. While I was there I had some curb rash on my wheels from sliding on one of Colorado’s snowy days and was curious how much it would be to fix. Ken walked into the shop and a minute later gave me a bottle of touch up paint to make the curb rash invisible for FREE! Due to being busy and wanting to save money I had not got the rear bumper fixed right away and waited. Fast forward a couple of months and some lady backed into me and damaged my front end. I knew exactly who to call and was able to get a quote the same day. I had dropped off my car two days later for the repairs to begin. Progressive (the lady’s insurance) kept trying to put aftermarket Made in China parts on my 2019 showroom car. I told Ken to please fight with them to make sure it was OEM parts only going on my car. The next day Ken calls me and let’s me know he fought and was able to get OEM! While my car was in the shop for the repairs to the front end Ken mentioned now would be the best time to get my rear end fixed since the car was already in the shop and that he could give me a discount. The quote I originally got was already very low and now he was saying he could do it for 1/3 of the price so I opted in to get the rear end repaired. A couple days later and I get that anticipated and cheerful call my car would be ready for pickup. The problem was the shop closes a little after 5 but I didn’t get off until 6:30. I was told Ken would stay until 6:30 so that I could pick up my pride and joy. When I picked the car up the car looked once again how it was on the showroom floor. The car was washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside for me to come back home in a spectacular clean car! If you have any body work you need done please don’t hesitate to call Ken with Revamp or now known as Fix Auto to get all body work, paint needs fulfilled with dedication and care. I am a very satisfied customer and you will be too!
