I could not speak more highly of the crew at Neighborhood Auto. Extremely fair, honest, and fast. Unlike most auto repair shops, these guys fix only what needs to be repaired and are incredibly fair on cost. This will be my repair shop as long as I’m Colorado. Took my Durango in and they did a great job. More work was needing to be done then originally thought but they called, sent texts with pictures explaining what needed to be done. It was a lot less then I thought it would be. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. They definitely care about their customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone and if I ever need to have my vehicle worked in again I will be taking it here.

In 90 I bought my new Subaru wagon...in 2001 I bought a new car and the wagon became the DogWagon! After 30 years, to and from the DogPark, the exhaust system rusted out and sounded like the Dog Dragster! Neighborhood Auto Care tookcare of the problem with seemingly, effortless ease...impossible or hard to find parts didnt phase them...they took care of the problem, called and said your car is ready...PROBLEM SOLVED!!! DogWagon will live to see more quiet trips to and from the DogPark!!!

Business has been purchased by someone else and the quality of service has slipped dramatically. Mechanics are not equipped or trained to do repairs that most other shops can do in one day. I gave them my car to work multiple times and it was never touched, then they had me pay for a part for another shop to put in. That shop is now claiming that it never needed that part and I got screwed out of another $600 just to hear them tell me that. What a terrible experience!

Steve, Emily, and their crew (kids included!) Are friendly and offer fast and reliable service. Ive taken my car here on a few occasions and was extremely satisfied with the service. I found these guys out from word of mouth around my work and the good reviews on Google. Both were spot on, and I highly recommend.

Very friendly service. Honest value approach is well received. They did great work and were straight forward about their quote and workmanship was great. They are the best in the area I have found and an above average value. My service was to replace engine lifters at 150,000 miles, and that required the engine top end to be rebuilt, and it is working fine. I recommend them highly.

Trustworthy, good value and great service.

I had Steve put a 50 gallon auxiliary gas tank in my F350 that feeds directly into the stock gas tank with an automatic pump system, and dashboard display of tank status. I also had him put shackles on the rear springs and new Billstein shocks all around to smooth out the ride. He did a great job, on time and at a fair price…with a smile. HIGHLY recommend Steve. I will be bringing all my cars here now for maintenance and service. It is a great feeling having a trusted car/truck care business so close to home, and one that actually appreciates my business.

Neighborhood Auto Care did great work on the instrument cluster of my 2004 Suburban. The quote was less than I expected and the vehicle was clean when I came to pick it up. My biggest fear with interior work is the possibility of stuff not getting put back together correctly and rattling while driving, but this repair was spot on and there are no rattles at all.I have known the owners of Neighborhood Auto Care for 12 years and I can say without hesitation that they truly care about everyone they meet. They are honest and they want what is best for their customers.

Integrity is not a word I usually use for mechanics, but Steve has worked on two of my cars (Dodge Intrepid and Ford Taurus) and has given me honest assessments about the urgency of the problem, how much it might cost to fix it in the short-term versus the long-term, and what he would do if it was his own car. After that honest feedback, I would now trust him implicitly with whatever his recommendation was. Hes given me top-notch service at a fair price and I would recommend him to anyone!

NEVER take a foreign car here. They are nothing but part swappers and do not do a complete and thorough job inspecting the vehicle before it leaves their shop. After spending over $800 for repairs, I had to have the vehicle towed TWICE! Once back to them and once to a dealer since they couldnt figure out the issues. Not only was the work they did incomplete and sloppy, but they failed to notice a major cooling leak after being under my car for more than 5 hours. And to top it all off, not once was there an attempt to compromise or help the customer. Just absolute denial and then got told I could take the vehicle elsewhere, since Steve could only guess what the issue was. As another small business manager, I was completely appalled at their customer service.

We have been looking for searching for an honest and reliable service and repair shop in the Castle Rock area for three years. Reviews from previous customers are spot on. We took my daughters vehicle in for repair and could not have been more pleased.

They are the best and most honest auto repair shop in Castle Rock. It’s refreshing to walk in and see a family owned repair shop that makes you feel like you are part of that family. It would be silly to go anywhere else.

I own Front Range HVAC in downtown Castle Rock and had one of my vehicles in for service that was required due to failing emmissions. Steve walked through a couple different options and provided well informed solutions and a clear direction to proceed with my individual repairs. They were fair and transparent with the cost to repair and performed the repairs in a reasonable time frame. After the repairs were completed we were able to pass emmissions and proceed with our daily operations with that vehicle in no time. I will be bringing my whole fleet of vehicles here as well as my personal vehicles. Park Street Auto Care and Customs is our automotive repair shop in Castle Rock and should be considered for all auto repair needs in Denver.
