TRACY was so incredibly kind, helpful and adorable! My husband and I came in with my little blue Merle Chihuahua Oscar and he’s hard to shop with as he’s still a pup! Tracy helped me pick out birthday gifts for a friends birthday plus extras for me! Thank you for your expert fragrance advice and allowing me to smell so many fragrances! Excellent customer service. The employees are helpful, the layout is perfect! The bath/body items are completely separate from the candles and other items.

The ladies here were very friendly and helpful.New items for men that are really nice.Buy 3 get 2 free.Cherry and Merlot handwash and spray are really, really nice and unique.

After reading some of the posts to this place, I was hesitant to shop here but was pleasantly surprised by the experience! While it is different than my regular shop in Colorado Springs, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about current sales and new products too. They honored the 2 coupons Id received for recent on line purchases with no problems and overall provided a shopping experience Ill return for when I visit the Outlets again.

Remember there are a lot of places like you out there and times are hard for some. Your best bet would be to lower the darn prices a bit, your not that special.

I tried using my rewards free product and apparently this is the ONLY bath and body works that won’t take it! I had my redeem in store barcode and she didn’t want to scan it saying they don’t take it because of their system, but they can take numbers for the system?? I asked if they’re the only one and Kate said yeah one of the locations and she thought it was weird and laughed like it was funny. If you have your rewards and want to actually use them, then don’t come here! Don’t waste your time! Never coming back!

The staff was amazing. We found really fun hand sanitizer holders. I like that they arent just selling womens scents, so I can find gifts for the whole family.

It should be renamed bath and body perfumes. All their products are heavenly. They have something for everyone. The best way to lift the spirit.

They did a great job of monitoring people in and out due to COVID-19 and they had some very good deals.

Please miss salesperson STOP ASKING ME QUESTIONS! ITS lotion, body sprays and candles, not rocket science. I get approached by no less than 3 salespeople a visit. I know they are doing what corporate tells them but its ridiculous.

Bath and Body Workd has sure come a long way! I found 3 scents I liked and was able to get the deluxe sizes in the gel, spray, and cream of each so I could have them all without breaking the bank . The plug-ins have the most beautiful decorations on them!! If you use scent plug-ins around your home, they are a must check them out item. Missy, the sales mgr there, was SO helpful and knowledgeable about every product new and old. Money well spent for sure.

I can tell the company is trying to make sure that the customers receive good service and someone helps them. They ask if anyone helped you and if you know your name at check out. That is major this start from the top down. The people who work there were very friendly and professional!!!

Check out person was very rude when presented with $10 off $30 coupon, said that Coupon expired and would need the original email to prove that the coupons is still valid.We went to another store and was able to use it with no issue ...

Was checking out today and had a coupon for a free item,Jennifer who seemed new asked another employee named Kena was very rude and stated matter of fact that the item I had was not able to use for the coupon. What ever happened to customer service, if they just explained it nicely I would have no problem, I just did not see the fine print which was a little confusing. Way to get a non-returning customer do to the horrible customer service.

Pretty store, didnt buy anything. The candles were a bit too pricey.

I went into Bath and body works recently and I was disappointed. The new scents are horrible, I wish they would bring back their old scents.

Long line, slow cashiers... Also the free item with coupon now only applies to trial size lotion. Nothing else.
